Recently environmental regulations are getting strengthened. Due to this regulation trends, reducing pollution and energy consumption technologies are being actively developed. One of the techniques for reducing energy consumption is lightweight technology, it can reduce energy consumption and studied in various fields. Lightweight technologies also can important things to achieve high speed rail. So in this paper, to contribute to reduced emissions and weight reduction of train, make a target to train doors for 2 percent of the total weight of train and door are reduced by change material. And computational simulation will be implemented and evaluated whether the conditions are satisfied.
지역사회 재난 탄력적 대응 위한 통합 재난안전 관리체계 개선방향에 관한 소고

우리나라는 현재 통합 재난안전 관리체계를 구축하고 있으나 구축과정에서의 시행착오와 재난관리의 미비점들로 인해 여전히 국내 재난안전관리에 대한 우려가 되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 최근 재난 및 안전관리에 있어서 함께 논의되고 있는 지속가능성과 레질리언스 개념을 고려하여 현재의 국가 통합 재난안전 관리체계를 개선하기 위한 정책적 방향을 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해 지속가능성 및 레질리언스를 제고하기 위한 원칙들, 즉 다양성과 가외성, 상호연결성, 완속 변수/ 요소 제어, 시스템적 접근, 학습 및 피드백, 적극적 참여 등을 바탕으로 국내 통합 재난안전관리의 개선방향을 검토 및 논의 하였다. 이는 국가 통합재난안전관리 역량 및 체계를 강화하고 지역사회의 지속가능성과 레질리언스를 제고하기 위한 전략 및 정책, R&D를 수립하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Integrated disaster management system in Korea is recently concerned due to incompletion and inadequacy in establishment of the system. In this regards, this study aims to examine improvement of the domestic integrated disaster management system considering sustainability and resilience concept, which are recently considered in disaster and safety management. To do this, the authors examined the integrated disaster management system with representative principles to enhance sustainability and resilience in community based on diversity and redundancy, connectivity, slow variable, systematic approach, learning and feedback, and active participation. It is believed that the improvements and recommendations proposed by sustainability and resilience principles in this study can contribute to establishment of strategies, policies, and R&D for enhancing domestic integrated disaster management and sustainability and resilience in community.

Long-term behavior of precast prestressed concrete members are influenced by the concrete creep, shrinkage and steel relaxation. As the magnitude of creep and shrinkage are dependent on temperature and humidity, the research is needed for investigating their effects on the long-term loss and serviceability of these members. In this research, experimental and theoretical investigations were performed for the effects of domestic temperature and humidity conditions on the long-term behavior of the precast prestressed concrete members.
고정밀 DC 측정용 어플리케이션을 위한 Capacitively-Coupled Chopper Instrumentation Amplifier

In this paper, we describe a high precision and low power capacitively-coupled chopper instrumentation amplifier (CCIA) for DC measurement application. A positive feedback loop (PFL) is implemented and analyzed to boost the input impedance. Also a technique to remove a Wheatstone bridge sensor’s offset is implemented and introduced in this paper. The circuit is designed in a 3V 0.13 μm CMOS process, and designed sensor’s offset cancellation range is 256mV with 2mV LSB. High gain accuracy and 3 μVrms input referred noise is achieved and these are verified with simulation.

While many domestic studies have been focused on railway safety matters, there are only few studies focused on Obstacle Deflector which is installed at the front side of railway cars to remove dead animal bodies, trees, or other small obstacles. A new tension-based obstacle deflector suggested in this study is aimed at supplementing the weaknesses of previous removal devices such as unstable load application and uneven energy absorption which are mainly caused by the compression and bending-based system. For the new obstacle deflector, the Finite Element Model is composed through Hypermesh and numerical analysis through LS-DYNA.

금호강 내에는 주거와 산업시설에 의한 생활오수와 산업폐수 등의 오염원으로 인해 금호강 수질에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 금호강 유역을 대상으로 금호강 내 대상 지류를 선정하여 오염원 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 농도, 유달부하량 점유율, 수질항목별 지수변환과 합산을 통한 Index 분석 및 WQI 평가를 통해 금호강 지류의 오염 현황과 기여도를 분석하였다. 평가 방법에 따라 우선관리 대상 하천이 다를 수 있지만, 전체적으로 달서천과 남천이 금호강의 수질에 가장 큰 영향을 나타냈으며, 오목천 또한 수질관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 금호강 수질의 적절한 관리를 위해 지류에서 우선순위를 설정해서 관리하는 방안이 마련되어야 하며, 오염 농도가 높은 지류의 경우 하천별로 관리대상 수질 요소를 달리 설정하여 관리하는 방안 또한 고려해야 할 것이다. The water quality of the Geumho River is greatly affected by pollution such as domestic sewage and industrial wastewater from residential and industrial facilities. Therefore, an attempt was made to determine the effects of pollution from these sources by targeting the Geumhogang River basin and selecting tributaries of the Geumhogang River for study. The pollution status and contribution of the Geumho River tributaries were analyzed using concentration, delivery load sharing rate, index analysis via index conversion and summation by water quality parameter, and water quality index evaluation. The rivers chosen to be subject to priority management may differ depending on the evaluation method used, but overall the Dalseocheon and Namcheon stream were shown to have the greatest influence on the water quality of the Geumhogang River although Omokcheon Stream also required water quality management. One plan to properly manage the water quality of the Geumho River should focus on setting priorities for the tributaries. For tributaries with high pollutant concentrations, a method to set and manage different water quality factors for each stream individually should be considered.
