        역량교육을 통해 바라본 초·중등학교 민주시민교육의 실천적 담론: 인권을 중심으로

        The purpose of the study was to suggest how and what human rights education goes with civil democracy education. Analysis of civil democracy education contents in the 2022 revised general education curriculum draft and that of the 2030 OECD Education project have been performed to find out what contents are necessarily included. Results are as follows: Firstly, human rights education needs to be adopted as an independent subject to be delivered with detailed and organized information. Secondly, actual experiences in diverse curricular and extracurricular activities need to be provided. Thirdly, a human rights-friendly atmosphere needs to be established to update teachers’ perception and upgrade competency regarding human rights education. Lastly, it is expected that these activities facilitate adoption of human rights education curriculum into 2022 general education. 본 연구는 민주시민교육에 대한 시대적 요구와 함께 학교 교육과정에서 인권교육이 나아가야 할 방향성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2022 개정 교육과정 총론(시안)에 나타난 민주시민교육 내용과 OECD Education 2030 프로젝트에 제시된 역량교육을 토대로 분석 및 제시하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 2022 개정 교육과정 내용 중 범교과 학습을 통한 인권교육 강조 및 인권 교과 교육과정을 보다 상세화, 체계화할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 학생의 인권 의식 함양과 인권보장을 위한 다양한 범교과 학습, 창의적 체험활동의 지속적인 인권교육의 실시과정이 제공되어야 한다. 셋째, 교사의 인권 기반 관점과 역량 함양을 위한 지속적인 노력과 함께 인권 친화적 학교 문화를 조성할 필요가 있다. 끝으로 2022 개정 교육과정 개정을 앞둔 시점에서 학교 인권교육을 선도할 수 있는 토대의 마련과 가능성을 확인하였다.

        대학구조개혁평가와 대학재정지원사업에 따른 교양체육에 대한 대학의 정책변화와 대응

        The purpose of this study was to explore and find out strategies for the elective athletic program in college in order not to be cut down its number and diversity of it. The college elective athletic program has been considered one of the major fields to achieve the holistic education philosophy for a long time. However, it began to be regarded as a nuisance since college tuition has been under governmental control for six years not be increased and college has had difficulties in financial management. Most colleges in Korea, except a few of them supported by financially sound foundation, depend their financial sources on students' tuition. College is not able to manage educational and administrative costs if the rate of the price rise is not included in tuition raise every year, but college tuition has been frozen for a number of years and most colleges have attempted to apply for governmental projects that come with huge financial support. The reason that college elective athletic program is considered a nuisance is that one of the shared evaluation index to determine project-receiver is "how many classes are taught by tenure-track professors in the college" and most college elective athletic programs are taught by non-tenured instructors. That is, college elective athletic programs became considered an obstacle to receive projects from the government. So did most art-related department. Therefore, this study suggests that the related in the elective athletic program as well as the art-based department need to go into action together to exclude the index of "how many classes are taught by tenure-track professors in the college" for the college elective athletic program and the art-related department when the government evaluates colleges and determine the project-receiver.

        미래 대응력 제고를 위한 교원양성기관의 교육과정 개선 방안

        The purpose of this study was to strengthen the practicality of preliminary teachers in preparation for future education, to respond to structural changes in the teacher training system due to a decrease in the school-age population, and to seek a future-oriented direction for the curriculum of teacher training institutions. To this end, we analyzed the competency diagnosis items of the teacher training institutes in the 5th cycle from 2019 to 2020, and based on the proposal for the development plan for the teacher training system announced by the Ministry of Education in July 2021 and the contents of the 4 discussions, content was presented. The results were as follows. First, to nurture creative and convergence-type talents, teacher training institutions need to develop multi-curricular competency and reorganize the curriculum into a future-oriented curriculum. Second, in order to foster the competence of teachers and preliminary teachers in teacher training institutions, it is essential to strengthen the competence of teachers through the introduction of the metaverse, general teaching methods, and ICT-using teaching methods. Third, teachers’ training institutions will introduce and strengthen the ‘education practice teacher homeroom system’ to strengthen school field-oriented practical competencies, ‘dedicated mentor-mentee’ centered on seniors and juniors, ‘monitoring system’ led by university professors, and ‘probationary teacher system’ 본 연구의 목적은 미래 교육에 대비하여 예비 교사의 현장성을 강화하고, 학령기 인구 감소로 인한 교원양성체제의 구조적인 변화 대응 및 교원양성기관의 교육과정에 대한 미래 지향적 방향성을 모색하고자 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2019년∼2020년 5주기 교원양성기관 역량진단 항목을 분석하였으며, 2021년 7월 교육부에서 발표한 교원양성체제 발전방안 시안 및 4차에 걸친 토론회 내용에 근거하여 미래 교원양성기관의 교육과정에 대한 내용을 제시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의·융합형 인재 양성을 위하여 교원양성기관에서는 다(多) 교과 역량 함양과 미래형 교육과정으로의 개편이 필요하다. 둘째, 교원양성기관의 교원과 예비 교사에 대한 역량 함양을 위해 메타버스의 도입, 일반 교수법, ICT 활용 교수법 등을 통한 교수자 역량 강화가 필수적으로 요구된다. 셋째, 교원양성기관에서는 예비 교사 양성을 위해 학교 현장 중심의 실무역량 강화를 위한 ‘교육실습생 교사 담임제’, 선후배 중심 ‘전담 멘토-멘티’, 대학 교수자 주도의 ‘모니터링 시스템’, ‘수습 교사제’ 등의 도입 및 강화이다.

        체험마케팅을 활용한 스포츠 메타버스 콘텐츠 요인 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the key elements and sub-components of experiential marketing in a sports environment based on the metaverse. Method: The research methodology involved several steps. Firstly, ai tel rature review was conducted to identify and derive various factors. Secondly, interviews were conducted with five experts to categorize the elements of experiential marketing into five components. Thirdly, a survey analysis was conducted using the Expert Choice software Ver. 11.0 analysis program, with 20 data sets. (CI<.1, CR<.1). Results: The study’s findings revealed diverse priorities among the praticipants. The highest priority was given to the Cognitive experience (.301), while the Relationshpi experience (.002) was rated the lowest . Sensory experience (.237), Behavioral experience (.212), and Emotional experience (.167) were intermediate. Furthermore, the study identified twenty-two distinct sub-components. Among these, Curiosity (.126) was found to have the highest priority, while sub compoennts such as Self-respect pride (.008) , Considerate mind (.008), and Symbolism (.008) ranked the lowest in the sub-component hierarchy. Conclusion: In conclusion, the development and utilization of experiential marketing elements in a metaverse- based sports environment are crucial. This suggests that experiencing sports metaverse content may have the potential to increase engagement in actual sports viewership.

        360° VR(Virtual Reality) 무용공연 체험 콘텐츠 제작과 활용가능성 모색 -현대무용을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study was to make a trial version of 360° VR dance content and to find out whether and how it could be utilized in dance performance industry. Two experts in dance and the other two experts in 360° VR participated in the first stage for story board development. Seven dance experts joined in the modified Delphi survey at the following stage. Literature review was performed to select the factors that were included in the survey for modified Delphi before administration of the survey. Components categorized for the upper level in literature review are “Sense of presence”, “Dancer”, “Performance” and “Practicality”. Sub-components for “Sense of presence” were “Sense of reality”, “Sense of 3-dimension” and “Sense of immersion”. In general, the experts participated in this study considered that 360° VR modern dance film could be utilized for the purpose of marketing and contribute to expansion of dance performance audience.

        인성교육진흥법과 학교체육진흥법안 분석을 통한 학교체육 및 스포츠클럽활동의 방향성 탐색

        The purpose of this study was to review the School Physical Education Promotion Act and the Character Education Promotion Act and explore futuristic models of after-school activity in the primary school and school sport club activity in the secondary school. In the School Sports Promotion Act, non-description of the expected results in relation to social character development through physical activity in the school causes people’s disregarding of its role of social character development. In addition, students participating in the sport club activity in the secondary school are not able to take advantage of it although one of the clauses in the Act delineates that the record of the sports club activity should be provided in the school report to be utilized in the college admissions, because the sports club activity record does not contain one’s social character development through the activity. Regarding the Character Education Promotion Act, every description in the Act targets student’s cognitive changes although behavioral changes should be the ultimate goal. Policies based on the Character Education Promotion Act need to be incorporated into the policies founded on the School Sports Promotion Act since sport club activity presents opportunities to develop desirable social characters.

        2015 개정 체육과 교육과정 시안에 따른 표현영역에서의 창의역량 하위요인과 적용

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the subfactors of creativity in the Expression that is one of the domains included in the proposed 2015 National Physical Education Curriculum. Then, the direction to implement the desirable and creativity-consistent physical education curriculum and instruction was considered. The proposed 2015 national curriculum as well as the curriculum revised in 2009 targets to foster learners with creativity and citizenship. However, creativity, due to its ambiguity as an educational goal although the contemporary society as well as all educational institutes emphasize it, needs to be clear with concrete objectives, so-called creativity subfactors, because the goal of creativity could be vague without delivering its concreteness to the school field and gym. Therefore, this study, firstly, reviewed diverse previous studies and reports created by the educational division or organization of OECD, EU, the U. S. and Korea to initially and roughly find out what could be subfactors of creativity, and eleven PE teachers and four doctorate experts in PE participated in the Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) to understand the level of priority of the subfactors. ‘Contextual understanding,’ ‘openness,’ ‘self-guidance,’ ‘sense of progressiveness’ and ‘cognitive integrity’ were hierarchically determined as the subfactors of creativity through this process.

        360° VR 체험형 무용콘텐츠의 활성화를 위한 우선적 요인 분석

        The purpose of this study was to find out hierarchical factors and ranks in 360° VR dance content production. Literature review, expert discussion and analysis of hierarchy process(AHP) were adopted to understand initial factors and their group of sub-factors in production of 360° VR dance content “Content (.384)”, “Performer (.294)”, “Sense of presence (.188)”, and “Practicality (.134)” are hierarchically ranked for the initial factors with the consistency index (CI=.02). A 360° VR dance content production contributes to dissemination and popularization of dance performance. As shown in the results, the role of choreographers and that of dancers are prior to that of technicians in the 360° VR dance performance production. However, its production and success as a marketing strategy certainly needs coordination between dance-related experts and technicians.
