걷기 및 덤벨 걷기운동이 비만 여대생의 건강관련체력과 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 비만 여대생을 대상으로 걷기운동 및 덤벨 걷기운동을 실시하여 건강관련체력과 혈중지질에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 18명의 연구대상자 중 6명은 통제그룹, 6명은 걷기운동그룹, 6명은 덤벨 걷기운동그룹으로 구성하였다. 운동 프로그램은 12주간 주 4회, 1일 60분을 실시하였으며, 건강관련체력과 혈중지질을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 반복측정 이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 건강관련체력 중 최대산소섭취량, 체중당 최대산소섭취량, 무산소성역치, 유연성, 근육량은 12주 후 유의하게 증가하였으며, 근력, 체중, 체지방량, 체지방률, 복부지방률은 그룹과 처치기간에 따른 상호작용 효과가 유의하게 나타나 변화추이를 살펴본 결과, 운동그룹 모두 개선효과가 나타났다. 혈중지질은 TG가 그룹과 처치기간에 따른 상호작용 효과가 유의하게 나타나 변화추이를 살펴본 결과, 운동그룹 모두 개선효과가 났으나, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C은 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 건강관련체력은 긍정적인 효과가 나타났으나, 혈중지질은 긍정적인 효과가 다소 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 향후 운동프로그램을 다양화하고 대상자와 운동 강도를 재조정하여 지속적인 걷기운동을 실시하여 보다 체계적인 연구가 요청된다. The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of walking and walking with dumbbell on health-related fitness and blood lipid profiles in obese female college students. For this experiment, eighteen subjects were divided into one of three groups, control group(n=6), walking exercise group(n=6), and walking with dumbbell exercise group(n=6). Exercise program was carried out under the condition of 60 minutes /day, 4 days /week for 12weeks. Health-related fitness and blood lipids of all subjects were measured before and after they participated in 12 week program. All data were expressed as mean and standard deviation by using SPSS program, and the data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA with repeated meausre. V˙ O2max, V˙ O2max/kg and anaerobic threshold were significantly increased walking with dumbbell exercise group. Trunk flexion and soft lean mass were significantly increased within walking and walking with dumbbell exercise group. Muscle strength, body weight, fat mass, percent body fat, waist-hip ratio, TG showed significant difference in the interaction effect. 0n the other hand, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C did not produce any notable result in terms of interaction effect between the group and the test time, main effect analysis by group and time. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that application of walking and walking with dumbbell exercise could improve the level of health-related fitness and they could ameliorate blood lipids in obese female college students.
요부안정화 운동이 만성요통 노인여성 환자의 통증지수와 오스웨스트리 장애지수 및 일상생활체력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of lumbar stabilization exercise on VAS, Oswestry disability index, and daily living fitness in elderly women with chronic low back pain. 20 participants (exercise group, n=10 control group, n =10) were participated in this experiment. Exercise group was given to utilizing lumbar stabilization program with the period and frequency of 40 minutes, 3 days a week for 8 weeks. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Oswestry disability index (ODI), and daily living fitness(balance, flexibility, muscular endurance, gait ability) of all subjects were measured before and after the program participation. Consequently, VAS, balance, flexibility and muscular endurance were significantly enhanced within exercise group after application of exercise program. In summary when considering the above results, we conclude that lumbar stabilization exercise may improve the level of VAS and daily living fitness in exercise participants with chronic low back pain.
복합운동 프로그램이 비만 중년여성의 신체조성, 동맥경화지수 및 인슐린저항성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined exercise on body composition, atherogenic index and insulin resistance in obese middle-aged women. 16 subjects were divided into combined exercise(n=8) and control(n=8) groups. The combined exercise program was conducted 80 minutes/day, 3 days a week for 12 weeks. The results were summarized as follows: Percent body fat, waist-hip ratio, visceral fat area level, TG, TG/HDL-C, fasting glucose and HOMA-IR were significantly decreased within combined exercise group. Body fat mass, lean body mass, soft lean mass and fasting insulin showed significant differences in the interaction effect. HDL-C, TC/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C showed significant differences in the between groups. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that combined exercise could improve body composition, atherogenic index and insulin resistance in obese middle-aged women.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training on physical fitness factors in male wrestlers. 16 male wrestlers were participated in this experiment. The period and frequency of training was 5 days/week for 5 months. Body composition and physical fitness factors of all subjects were measured at the point of pre-test and post-test. All data were expressed as mean and standard deviation and paired t-test also was performed to test the significant levels of differences within group by using SPSS program. Significance was set at the a=.05. The results of this study are summarized as follows: Muscle mass was significantly increased within group after experiment. Sargent jump, two hand medicine ball put, side step, Burpee test, back strength and 1RM were significantly ameliorated at post-test compared with pre-test after application of training program. But there was no significant difference in muscular endurance following experiment. Sit and reach and endurance shuttle run also were significantly increased within group. But there was no significant difference in dynamic balance following experiment. As considering the above results, we concluded that the training program at large is effective in improving the level of physical fitness factors in male wrestlers.
12주간의 탄력밴드 운동프로그램이 여성고령자의 건강관련체력 및 균형감각기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of elastic band exercise on health-related fitness and equilibrium sensory function in elderly women. For this experiment, twenty subjects were divided into control(n=10) and exercise(n=10) groups. The exercise group was participated in the elastic band exercise program for 12 weeks. Grip strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and equilibrium sensory function test of all subjects were measured before and after they participated in 12 week program. There was no significant difference in grip strength test within and between groups following 12 weeks. Muscular endurance, flexibility and static balance test were significantly increased within exercise group, and exercise group was shown that there was a significant difference compared with control group. Dynamic balance test was significantly decreased within exercise group, and exercise group was shown that there was a significant difference compared with control group after application of exercise program. In summary, when considering the above results, we concluded that the application of elastic band exercise could improve the level of health-related fitness and equilibrium sensory function in elderly women.
축구 활동이 지적장애 학생의 건강관련체력과 동맥경화 지수 및 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of soccer activity on health-related physical fitness, atherogenic indices and insulin resistance in student with intellectual disability. 24 subjects (exercise group , n=13; control group, n=11) were participated in this experiment. Exercise group was given to utilizing soccer program with the period and frequency of 70 minutes, 5 days a week for 12 weeks. Health-related physical fitness(%fat, muscle mass, muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardio-respiratory endurance), atherogenic indices(TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C) and insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) of all subjects were measured. All data were expressed as mean and standard deviation by using SPSS program and two-way ANOVA with repeated measure was performed to test interaction of group and period. Significance was set at the α=.05. Consequently, exercise group had significantly better levels in %fat, muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility cardio-respiratory endurance, and TC/HDL-C than control group after application of 12 weeks soccer activity. In summary when considering the above results, we conclude that soccer activity may improve the level of health-related physical fitness and atherogenic indices in exercise participants with intellectual disability.
