일학습병행제 참여자의 교육훈련만족도가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

In this study, the effect of the participants' satisfaction with education and training on the organization effectiveness (occupancy and organization immersion) was investigated and analyzed. The research materials, such as the operation manual of the Japanese Learning Service issued by the Korea Industrial Resources Corporation, and the existing prior study on the Japanese Learning Service at home and abroad were reviewed. Based on the theoretical background, this study derived the study model and verified the hypothesis through empirical research. In May 2019, this study distributed 176 copies of the questionnaire to 198 incumbent employees who were participating in the day-to-day learning exercises at two joint training centers and eight independent companies in South Jeolla Province. Based on the 176 questionnaire sample secured to carry out the empirical research, the reliability and validity of the research model was verified and the hypothesis was tested using SPSS 24, Amos 18.0. The results showed that the satisfaction level of the participants in the daily learning parallel system's education and training has a significant impact on the effectiveness of the organization (occupancy, immersion). In addition, there was a significant statistical difference due to individual characteristics as a result of the analysis of demographic factors and their relationship to the daily learning and training satisfaction, task satisfaction, and organizational immersion. Groups that are more satisfied with education and training are more likely to participate in the day-to-day learning parallel system than those who are less satisfied with their work, and are more involved in organization. It has been found that the level of educational and training satisfaction of participants in the day-to-day learning exercises is affecting the effectiveness of the organization (satisfaction and immersion). In addition, self-efficiency and recognition of organizational support were shown to be moderating the relationship between the satisfaction of education and training and the effectiveness of the organization, which provided a theoretical foundation. Based on this, the following methods are proposed to enhance the performance of the learning staff. 본 연구에서는 일학습병행제 참여자의 교육훈련만족도가 조직유효성인 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적 연구를 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 2019년 5월 전남서부지역 2개 공동훈련센터, 8개 단독기업에서 일학습병행제에 참여하고 있는 재직자 198명에게 설문지를 배부하여 176부를 회수하였다. 확보된 176부 설문지 표본을 바탕으로 SPSS 24, Amos 18.0 등을 사용하여 연구모형의 가설을 검정하였다. 연구 결과, 일학습병행제 참여자의 교육훈련만족도가 조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입)에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기효능감 및 조직지원인식이 교육훈련 만족도와 조직유효성 간의 관계를 조절하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일학습병행제 참여 과정에서 교육훈련 내용, 현장교사 자질, 교육훈련 평가, 직무관련성, 처우개선 등에 대하여 다양한 의견을 청취하여 수용하면 직무만족 및 조직몰입 등 유효성이 제고될 것이다. 둘째, 일학습병행제 교육훈련만족도가 높을수록 조직유효성의 직무만족 및 조직몰입도가 높으므로 일학습병행제 참여기업에서는 학습근로자의 만족도 향상에 지대한 관심이 필요하다. 이 연구 결과가 향후 일학습병행제의 성공적인 정착과 산업현장에서의 활성화 및 확산을 위한 제도 개선에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

This paper aims to evaluate the results of toxicity testing with Daphnia magna and Vibrio fischeri on wastewatersamples which might be influenced by ion imbalance. The effluents from factories were found to be more toxic withhigh salinity levels than those from public wastewater treatment plant (WTP) and sewage treatment plant (SWP). Clioncomposition was highest in the effluent, in terms of percentage, which was followed by Na+, SO42- and Ca2+. K+and Mg2+ ion was relatively low. The sensitivity of D. magna test results was higher than V. fischeri. Amongsamples which were proved by V. fischeri testing to be nontoxic, the composition ratio of each ion whether toxicsamples or nontoxic samples which were decided by D. magna toxicity testing, were compared. Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+ion composition ratio showed high level in nontoxic samples whereas SO42- and Cl- ion composition ratio was high intoxic samples. Accordingly, SO42- and Cl- ion seemed to be considered the ions causing toxicity in effluent. Toxicityfrom some categories of industries (Mining of non-metallic minerals, Manufacture of basic organic petrochemicals,Manufacture of other basic organic chemicals, Manufacture of other chemical products etc.) seemed to be influencedby salinity. The Ion concentration in influent and effluent were similar. Concentration of Na+, Cl-, K+, Ca2+ ions werehigh in influent, however Mg2+ and SO42- ions were high in effluent.
