Magneto-Impedance(MI) sensor is a highly sensitive sensor, which was able to detect a weak geomagnetic field. It also has a merit to be able to build in the low power system. In this study, their magnetic permeability and anisotropy field(H$\sub$k/) as a function of some different thickness of sputtered amorphous CoZrNb films with zero-magnetostriction and soft magnetic property are investigated. In order to make a uniaxial anisotropy, film was subjected to the post annealing in a static magnetic field with 1KOe intensity at 250, 300, and 320$^{\circ}C$ respectively for 2 hours. Magnetic properties of films are measured by using a M-H loop tracer. Magnetic permeability of a film is measured over the frequency range from 1 ㎒ to 750㎒. By thickening a CoZrNb film relatively, magnetic permeability and impedance are examine to design the. MI sensor which drives at 50㎒, and thereof fabricated the MI sensor which drives at the 50㎒.

In production manufacturing area, many companies recently have a lot of difficulties due to the trade protectionism from leading countries externally and the labor dispute including wages of workers internally. Manufacturers put efforts to change their production lines by using automation techniques. The vocational education system is still wandering and is not following demands of skilled workers related automation in the industrial society. The production system of manufacturing has a wide range of automatization that requires background knowledge about computer, control, mechanics, and electronics. But the curriculum of vocation training related automation is far from the demand of skilled worker in automated production system. In the previous research, a curriculum of vocational training of automation techniques for good quality and high productivity was suggested. In this paper, the technical qualifying examination related automation areas is proposed which satisfies to demands of these days industry, and a real practical exam is given as a model which is able to estimate the ability of trainee and all of background knowledge related automation areas.

With a rapid development of new technologies such as computer and mechatronics, production techniques in manufacturing field are changing so fast and desires for automatization of production systems are increased in modern industry. However the realization of industrial structure in our countries is a little different from leading countries. In practical view, the production systems of our country have a wide range of automatization in manufactures, and most of the production systems are far from the fully automatic system and the computerized system in leading countries. Such industrial structure with wide range of automatizationis required various kinds of skilled workers who have the background knowledge about computer, control, mechanics and electronics. The purpose of this project is to develop a part of education program about vocational training of automation technology for good quality and high productivity in developing country, and suggests a prototype of curriculum for the automatized production system to fit in the request of modern manufacturing industry.

In this study, the efficiency of ceramic micro cutting tool with abrasive-type was evaluated by basic micro cutting experiments. Generally, micro drill and endmill made of tungsten-carbide which have sharply cutting edge are worn out rapidly. Therefore, ceramic micro tool which has minute bump feature was proposed in this study. In experiments, micro hole and slot shape were fabricated by ceramic micro tool. Finally the quality of fabricated hole and slot were evaluated and tool wear trend was observed by microscope.

In this paper, the real shape of macro and micro endmill deflection were observed by high-speed camera. This approach allows us to avoid modeling machining characteristics.(cutting forces, tool deflection and machining error etc.) For analyzing the endmill deflection, the real tool images were obtained by high-speed camera in endmilling processes using macro and mciro endmills. Finally, possibility of proposed method was verified by the analysis of captured images.
