        한국인에서 D16S539 유전좌의 유전적 다형성

        The D165539 locus was investigated to collect population genetic data in the Korean population. The selected subject was unrelated 293 Korean people. DNA was extracted from the samples and PCR was performed with fluorescent primer. The amplified fragment was analysed by automated DNA sequencer and it's application software. Among the Korean population, 7 allele and 18 geneotype were observed and allele No. 9 is mostly frequent(0.2679) and then allele No. 11(0.2679), allele No. 9(0.2645). The observed heterozygosity and the expected heterozygosity is 0.7466, 0.7829 each. The polymorphism information content(PIC) is 0.7466. The power of discrimination(PD) and the mean exclusion chance(MEC) are calculated to be 0.9190 and 0.5775.

        대형참사시 컴퓨터를 이용한 법의치과학적 개인식별

        This study intends to find usefulness of the computer assisted dental identification in mass disaster. The variety of dental characteristics was investigated through the research of dental records of 508 adults. And a computer assisted simulation program was used to evaluate the selectivity of dental identification. Findings were as follows : 1. Combinations of dental characteristics were found 155 types. The most various dental characteristic was showed on the mandibular first molar. 99.0% of subjects had dental characteristics for dental identification. 2. The posterior teeth, in comparison with anterior teeth, showed higher selectivity in dental identification which was enhanced by information on the material, type and cavity of the restoration. 3. The variety of dental characteristics was mainly found on the combinations of missing tooth with the material, type and cavity of the restoration. 4. The computer assisted dental identification program, with informa- tion about one's tooth state, made individual identification possible when there was only a part of the teeth in a corpse. 5. The computer assisted dental identification had considerably high selectivity based on the variety of dental characteristics. And it was also performed faster and preciser than the existing identification methods. Based on the results of this study, there are various combinations of the feature of the tooth itself with dental characteristics caused by a certain type of treatment on the teeth. And using the computer assisted dental identification program based on this, dental identification can be more efficient economically and more useful than any other forensic identification methods.

        Forensic odontology and DNA typing in individual identification have been progressing rapidly and its significances has been increasing. But not all individual identification can be done by one single method solely. Therefore, understanding the advantage and disadvantage of each method is necessary to achieve forensic individual identification properly in each case for it to be applied promptly, economically and precisely.

        지역단위 장애 영유아 교육의 실천

        I looked about the rationality and reality of special education for handicapped young child and infant based on community. I investigated educational cognitions of the persons who are concerned to it, and presented the concrete practices of special education institution for young child and infant, “아이꿈터”. I concluded the next five direction from that kind of investigations and practices of special education for handicapped young child and infant based on community. First, the special education for handicapped young child and infant should be administrated in unified public system of local community. Second, the regional inequality of special education for handicapped young child and infant should be minimized. Third, the system which finds the handicapped young children and infants in early age and gives proper educational arrangements to them should be made based on local community. Fourth, the integration education for handicapped young child and infant in the small and middle cities, and farming and fishing communities should be normalize. Fifth, the special education for handicapped young child and infant should be supported to satisfy the need of the person who are concerned to it.

        체성감각 정보가 자세 조절 시 자유 모멘트에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 체성감각 정보가 자세 조절 시 횡단면 상의 회전 움직임(자유 모멘트: FM)에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구 대상자는 12명의 건강한 성인 남성이었으며, 실험 과제는 눈을 감은 조건하에 체성감각 정보 제한 유무에 따라 안정된 기저면(firm)과 불안정한 기저면(foam) 조건에서 직렬 서기(tandem) 자세로 30초간 최대한 정적으로 자세를 유지하는 것이었다. 실험 과제는 2회 반복 측정하였다. 체성감각 정보의 제한은 FM과 ML 방향의 COP의 가변성을 증가시켰다. FM 주파수 성분 분석 결과 체성감각 정보의 제한은 저역대(0-0.1Hz), 중역대(0.1-0.5Hz), 고역대(0.5-1Hz) 파워를 증가시켰다. COP 주파수 성분 분석 결과 체성감각 정보의 제한은 AP 방향에서 중역대, 고역대 파워를 증가시켰으며 ML 방향에서 세 주파수 대역 모두 증가시켰다. FM의 주파수 성분은 저역대에서 낮은 파워, 고역대에서 높은 파워를 나타냈으며, COP는 저역대에서 높은 파워, 고역대에서 낮은 파워를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과는 FM과 COP가 다른 특성을 가지고 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구는 FM을 변인으로 하는 후속 연구에 유익한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of the study is to find the effect of somatosensory information on rotational movement on transversal plane(FM) during posture control. The participants were 12 healthy males. The task was to stand as stable as possible in a tandem stance for 30 seconds on firm/foam surface, with eyes closed, repeated 2 times. FM variability and COP ML variability were higher on foam surface than firm surface. Frequency analysis on FM revealed that reduced somatosensory increases the power of low(0-0.1Hz), middle(0.1-0.5Hz), and high(0.5-1Hz) frequency bands. The power of middle and high frequency bands of COP AP were increased by reduced somatosensory. The power of all three frequency bands of COP ML were increased by somatosensory reduction. FM showed low power in low frequency band, higher power in higher frequency. COP showed high power in low frequency, lower power in higher frequency. The result of the present study revealed the different characteristics between FM and COP. The study could be used as basic data for future studies with FM as a variable.

        치아에 의한 생체 연령감정 사례의 분석

        We collected age determination cases which were done at Yonsei university dental hospital, department of oral medicine from 1976 to 1999 to analyze it's tendency among Koreans. We analyzed 435 clients cases which were stored by age estimation program from January 1993 to December 1999. The results are as follows: 1. There were no significant difference in the sexual distribution (male : 52.0%, female : 48.0%) and more than half percent (51%) were 20's and 30's. 2. Among the age determination clients, those who wanted to decrease their age (50.3%) and those who wanted to increase their age (49.7%) shows similar in number. And the former case were predominant in the female clients, but the latter case in the male clients. Also the clients below six years of age were predominant in the former case, but the clients more than sixty were predominant in the latter case. 3. The purposes of age correction showed different distribution for ages: job or employment for 20's and 30's, marriage for 20's, registration for school for below six, welfare and other social services for 50 and older. 4. Age was estimated by Nolla's growth stage for 12 and under, calcification of the second and third molar for 12~20, and for 20 and over, Takei's tooth abrasion model was used. 5. The alleged age was in accordance with the documents and other information given by clients, but in the 20.6% of the estimation cases, the alleged age was discarded. In the results of the analysis of age determination cases in Koreans, many of the cases resulted from our historical turbulence and social distinctiveness, causing an increase in the necessity for age correction in each age group. For more accurate determination for each age group, further studies with Koreans must be done continuously.

        남자 고등학생(17세$\sim$19세)의 체형 특성 및 분류에 관한 연구

        The main objective of this study is to suggest the new sizing system proper to the boys in the high school students by classifying their somatotype for the development of educational environment and uniform. The sample for this work was chosen from data which were collected and measured by Size Korea during two years $(2003\sim2004)$. In order to analyze feature of the somatotype of boys in the high school students, analysis was performed about 479 subjects on 37 body parts such as height (9 parts), width (5 parts), thickness (6 parts), circumference (7 parts), length (8 parts), body weight and $R\ddot{o}hrer$ Index. The result of this study can be utilized in various fields such as design of classroom, student uniforms, facilities and equipments for education at high school and university, etc.

        백혈병 환자의 구강악안면 증상 발현에 관한 증례보고 (Oral Chronic GVHD)

        Subsequent to an allogenic stem cell transplantation(ASCT) on patients with hematologic malignancy(AML, ALL, CML, multiple myeloma, lymphoma etc.), chronic GVHD(graft versus host disease), which is an immunological reaction, occurs. With treatment results from patients who were diagnosed with ALL(acute lymphocytic leukemia), undergone BMT(bone marrow transplantation) and showed oral and skin lesions due to GVHD, treatment of oral manifestations of leukemia and its general management were studied. 90% of patients with chronic GVHD show change in the oral mucosa causing oral manifestations such as leukoplakia, lichenoid change of the oral mucosa, mucosal atrophy, erythema, ulceration and xerostomia. In treating GVHD, extensive systemic immunosuppression cause bacterial, viral, fungal infection that are fatal, and even if the treatment is successful, the patient is already in a severe immunosuppressed state. Therefore, localized target therapy is preferred. In another words, topical application(rinse, cream, ointment etc.) of cyclosporin and steroid in treating oral chronic GVHD is highly recommended, and the use of PUVA(Psoralen Ultraviolet A) and thalidomide is reported to be effective. In treating such diseases, dental treatment to control pain and prevent secondary infection of oral manifestations is very important. To those patients with systemic diseases who show limited effect by general dental treatment, non-invasive treatment such as the dental laser, in addition to the use of drugs, may be necessary to actively treat pain and help the healing process. For greater results, new effective methods are to be developed for treatment.

        서남해권 중권역 물환경관리 현황 및 전망

        중권역 물환경관리 계획의 시행으로 하천의 수질정화, 비점오염원관리, 생태하천복구 등이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 서남해권중권역의 물환경 현황을 알아보았다. 그 내용으로 인구, 산업, 물이용 현황, 자연환경보호구역 현황, 수생태계 현황 등을 조사하였다. 조사결과 이를 통한 문제점으로 수자원정책의 다변성, 관리 체계의 복잡성, 오염예방대책 등이 있다. 이에 대한 대안으로 중권역에서 오염총량관리, 비점오염원관리, 생태계복원사업 등을 현실에 맞게 적용한다면 물환경관리에 미치는 영향은 긍정적일 것이다. 또한, 국가수자원관리 통합시스템으로 효율적인 관리를 통해 문제파악과 대안모색을 위한 기초자료로 활용도가 높아질 수 있기를 기대한다. By middle zone water environmental management plans, it is necessary that are water quality purification of river, nonpoint source pollution management, ecological river recovery and so on. On this study, examined water environmental status of southwestern middle zone. As the contents of the population, industry, water use status, environmental protection zone status, aquatic ecosystems status were investigated. As investigation results the problems through this are variability of water resource, complexity of management system, etc. At the results alternative plan would be suggested that the amount of pollution management in middle zone management, nonpoint source pollution management, ecosystem restoration projects, etc. If they wold be applied to circumstances that the impact will be positive for water environmental management.
