        연속주조법에 의한 Sn-38%Pb 공정합금의 초소성특성

        N/A The 8㎜ dia: Sn-38%Pb eutectic alloy rods were produced by use of the horizontal continuous casting process with the heated mold and chill cast process. The cast rods were rolled into 2.0∼0.5㎜ thick plates and structural and mechanical properties were examined. The results revealed that the plates produced by the continuous casting process with the heated mold show much higher superplasticity at ambient temperature (1550% elongation at 0.5㎜ thick plate and 0.5㎜/min strain rate) than the plates procured by chill cast process (630% elongation). Such a high superplasticity of the continuous cast plates is due to the high-quality plates free from any inside and surface defects with fine and uniform distribution of eutectic phases.

        Reinforced concrete is the most widely used construction method for constructing structures. There is a lot of process for constructing Reinforced concrete structures such as installing rebars, molds and support, mixing and placing concrete, and curing. So the reinforced concrete work accounts for a large part of the total construction cost for constructing structure. For this reason a reasonable standard for estimating the cost of reinforced concrete construction has to be established and it will be possible to secure appropriate costs for construction work. In this study, we analyze the revision factors of the standard for estimating the cost of reinforced concrete construction and present them to secure reasonable construction costs.

        The advent of the COVID-19 has brought quarantine into people’s awareness. People’s desire for personal activity has surpassed that of interacting with others. This awareness was revealed through the increase of the preference for personal space over shared space. This article examines the characteristics of shared houses in the context of the assumption of shift in the demand of shared houses and provide insight towards the change of demand in the COVID-19 times. COVID-19 has brought numerous research regarding the response to the pandemic into progress such as direct indoors-sterilization, rooftop greening and smart farms. But this study focuses on the density and the ventilation of shared space, and the method of maximizing utilization of personal space both of which were not considered of significant importance. The findings of this paper proposes that firstly, to respond to the various demand of personal space, layered concept be introduced. Secondly, optional socialization become available through positioning movable cabinet units. Thirdly, each entrances be supplied with sterilizers to promote greater ventilation.

        현장 시공실태에 따른 철근공사 공사비산정기준 개선 연구

        철근콘크리트공사 공법은 건축물, 교량, 터널 등의 구조물의 골조를 시공하는데 가장 보편적으로 활용되고 있는 공법이다. 특히 철근공사는 건설공사 공사비 비중이 가장 큰 공종 중 하나로 철근 공사비의 변동에 따라 전체 건설 공사비가 영향을 받고 있어 적정한 건설 공사비산정을 위해서는 합리적인 공사비 산정기준이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 현장 실태조사 및 내역서 분석을 통해 적정한 철근 공사비를 확보할 수 있는 기준을 제시하고 그 영향성을 분석해보았다. 먼저 기존 공사비 산정기준의 실태와 실제 현장 적용실태를 비교 분석하여 기존 철근 공사비 산정기준의 문제점을 도출하였다. 총 29개의 현장을 대상으로 구조물의 종류, 현장 여건, 철근 규격, 공장가공과 현장가공 등에 따른 가공 및 조립의 적용실태 확인 및 생산성 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현장시공 실태가 반영된 합리적인 공사비 산정기준이 제시되었으며, 철근콘크리트공사 적정공사비 확보에 일조할 것으로 기대된다. The reinforced concrete construction method is the most commonly used method for constructing structures, such as buildings, bridges, or tunnels. In particular, reinforcing bar work form the largest part of the cost of construction work. Because the overall construction cost is affected by the fluctuations in the cost of reinforcing bar work, it is necessary to develop reasonable standards. This paper presents the standards for calculating the cost of reinforcing bar work. The effects were analyzed by investigating the status at the site and analyzing written details. This study derived problems in the existing standards for calculating the cost of reinforcing bar work by analyzing existing standards for estimating construction costs and how they are applied at the site. This research carried out field investigations on 29 construction sites and analyzed the construction productivity of rebar processing and assembly according to the structures, site conditions, rebar specifications, or factory or site processing. Based on the field investigation results, this research established a revision to the standards for calculating the cost of reinforcing bar work reasonably. It is expected that this will contribute to estimating the cost of reinforced concrete construction appropriately.

      • 스마트건설 공사비산정기준 사례조사 연구 - 일본사례를 중심으로 -

        Recently, the need for smart construction technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution has been increasing in order to improve productivity of the construction industry. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has established Smart construction technology road map to commercialize the smart construction, and research and development is also underway. However, due to the lack of cost estimation standards for such smart construction technologies to be deployed to actual sites, smart construction technologies are not actively applied to construction sites. In particular, cost estimation standards are needed for construction machinery equipment with ICT technology that is currently available for commercialization. Therefore, as a preliminary study for the development of smart construction cost estimation standards, a case study was conducted on ICT construction estimation standards in Japan and present them as basic data for standards in Korea.

        The proportion of maintenance work has been increasing due to the recent aging of the infrastructure, but the standardized construction cost estimation standards are insufficient for this. In particular, reinforced concrete structures are being applied to many structures such as buildings and bridges, and various construction methods for maintenance of reinforced concrete structures are being developed and applied. In this study, we surveyed about the current status of the construction method for the maintenance work of reinforced concrete structures and analyze the factors of the revision of the construction cost estimate standard for the reinforced concrete structure maintenance.

        철물류 제작 및 설치 공사비산정기준 적용성 향상을 위한 연구

        건설시공 현장에서는 다양한 철물류의 시공이 발생되고 있다. 하지만 국내 건설공사비산정기준에서는 ‘각종 잡철물 제작 설치’ 하나의 기준으로 수십가지 종류의 철물류 시공원가를 산정하고 있는 실정이다. 철물류는 재질, 현장가공수준, 제작 및 설치 방식 등에 따라 투입 품의 차이가 많이 발생할 수 있으나, 한정적인 기준을 제시하고 있어 공사비의 과대, 과소 집행이 발생될 수 있는 우려를 안고 있으며, 적용하는데 혼선이 일부 발생되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 공사비산정기준에서 제시하는 ‘각종 잡철물 제작 설치’의 기준을 분석하고, 공사 관계자가 이를 적용할 경우 발생하는 문제점 분석을 분석하고 주요 발주기관의 적용현황을 파악한 후 30개의 현장 조사를 통하여 ‘잡철물 제작 설치’의 개선안을 제시하고자 한다. 그 결과 기존의 ‘제작’, ‘설치’, ‘제작+설치’ 유형을 변경하여 ‘제품설치’, ‘제작철물 설치’, ‘현장가공 설치’ 유형으로 품을 구분하고, 현장조사를 통한 생산성 정보를 바탕으로 유형에 따른 단위당 투입기준을 새롭게 분석하여 제시하였다. 더불어, 유형에 대한 설명과 적용방법 등을 자세하게 정의하여 철물류 원가를 산정하는데 보다 정확한 원가기준이 될 것으로 판단된다. Construction of various steel structures takes place at a construction site. However, the construction cost of dozens of types of steel structures is calculated based on one standard of manufacturing and installing various miscellaneous steel structures. Steel structures may show many differences in construction cost calculation standards depending on the material, quality level of on-site processing, manufacturing and installation methods, etc., and there are some complaints about them. Therefore, in this study, criteria presented in the current construction cost calculation standards were analyzed, problems were analyzed when applying to construction personnel, and the application status of major ordering organizations was identified. The analysis was done through field investigations. We intended to suggest an improvement plan for the standards. As a result of the analysis, a clear application method for production and installation was not explained, so a different method was applied for each site. In addition, there was confusion about the detailed explanation of the application method, the examples of steel structures, and the scope of work due to the type of task. Therefore, we changed the existing production, installation, and production and installation types, and the estimation standards were divided into product installation, manufactured steel structure installation, and site processing installation. Based on 27 field surveys, input standards for each unit according to type were analyzed and presented. It is judged that the standards have been improved so that they can become more accurate for calculating costs by defining the description of types and application methods in detail.

        This study collected and analyzed BIM strategies of nine countries. The BIM roadmaps of 9 countries could be classified into 3 types depening on how the milestones were set up. Each milestone of some BIM roadmaps were defined by collaboration level, method of data exchange, and level of BIM uses. This paper also identified 6 areas of strategies, namely education, policy, leadership, .... Among them,education, policity and leadership are the most frequently discussed topics.

      • 산업안전보건관리비 계상기준 개선방안 연구

        Occupational Safety and Health Management Cost, used to protect workers in Korean construction worksites and to create safe working environments, is a legally managed expense item. As this cost item is grounded on the Occupational Safety and Health Act, it is always implemented. However, because there is a ceiling on its rates, insufficient amounts of Safety Management Costs are often allocated to worksites, with the money not being used to areas essential to worker safety. As such, the current study raises the need to develop a set of standards to enable some items under the Occupational Safety and Health Management Costs―appropriated under the rate of indirect costs―to be appropriated as direct construction costs. As a preliminary step in this effort, the current study will provide basic data that can be used to create construction cost calculation standards for items that can be calculated as direct construction costs.
