국내 데이터센터의 에너지효율 향상을 위한 설계 ELC 평가의 사례분석

The purpose of this study is to clarify the practicability of the electrical loss component (ELC) index proposed by ASHRAE standard 90.4 during the design phase of data centers in South Korea. For this purpose, we derived the main design components required for the calculation of ELC by reviewing the design document of electrical equipment and was conducted by the ELC method for two domestic data centers. The results were as follows : (1) The energy performance information in the design document was insufficient to calculate the ELC of the incoming electrical service segment at the front of the UPS. (2) The ELC value was affected by the efficiency of the voltage conversion rather than the distribution loss. (3) The effect of the load rating was underestimated when calculating the ELC based on the test report suggested by the manufacture. (4) If the actual energy efficiency of the equipment is secured in the design phase, the efficient design of power supply systems based on the ELC will be possible in the future.
미디어 노출을 통한 스포츠 승부조작의 미디어 프레임 분석

This study aims at selecting major broadcasters with public confidence and influential power (KBS, SBS, MBC, Channel A, TV Chosun, YTN, JTBC) along with major newspapers (Chosun Ilbo, JoongAng Ilbo, Donga Ilbo) to study the role of the media through an understanding of match fixing from the year 2010 to 2015 and through comparison and analysis of previous studies. ‘Sports match fixing’ was searched as a keyword through the internet portal site NAVER and after frame analysis of the 146 deduced articles, the following results were drawn. First, most reports were on the exposure and investigation of sports match fixing with 81 related articles (55.6%). Second, there were only 5 articles (3.4%) related to solution methods for sports match fixing. Third, it was found that media reports regarding solutions were lacking in other frame analysis studies which dealt with specific events other than match fixing as well. Thus, improvement methods for media reports were presented as follows. First, the media should not stop at presenting the problem of match fixing, which is the greatest interest of the greatest number of people, but it should give reports on basic and realistic solutions in various ways. Second, after reporting solutions to match fixing, the media should present reports on perceptions of the masses regarding match fixing and it should continuously report how the policies of relevant institutions are changing.

The demand for remodeling projects is increasing due to increased greenhouse gas emissions and decreased living satisfaction caused by poor energy performance of old buildings. Accurate energy diagnosis is necessary to predict the increase in energy consumption and improvement effect due to the decrease in thermal performance of buildings, and the precision of performance measurement technology is important. In this study, it is intended to check the method of measuring the envelope performance that greatly affects the building energy, and to refer to the standardization of the method of measuring the envelope performance for remodeling.

The objective of this study is to patternize the factor which constraints members of soccer club from spectating Professional Football game and to analyze feature for each pattern by using Q methodology which can grasp their subjective attributes. To attain the objective of study, the statement of the final 23 questions was selected by carrying out the process of extracting preliminary questions & assessing their propriety and feasibility of contents. The data of 23 members of soccer club in Seoul who experienced in spectating Professional Football game were used as final analytic data. Main factor was analyzed for P sample of selected 23 persons through PQ method (ver 2.35) program to draw the following conclusion. The feature of each pattern is as follows. Pattern 1 as ‘Pursuing to watch other pro-sports instead of soccer’ tends to prefer spectating other pro-sports rather than spectating Professional Football game due to the lack of support by ball club and the declined level of domestic Professional Football game. Pattern2 as ‘Pursuing actual soccer activity & indirect watching’ tends to directly play soccer and to spectate game indirectly rather than directly. Pattern 3 as‘ No time available in weekend’ is restricted in spectating soccer game due to their soccer club activity & other busy schedules. The cost incurred in stadium tends to be burdensome to Pattern 4‘Those who think much of price.’ Pattern 5‘Pursuing to spectating support & convenience factor’ tends to think spectating support provided by soccer ball club and convenience factor first rather than other factors restricting them from spectating game . The above result provides information on the factors for which potential spectators, members of soccer club who do not visit domestic Professional Football stadium, can play a pivotal role to activate spectating of Professional Football game by presenting solution. Further, it may provide the public who are less engaged in spectating soccer game with marketing information applicable to them.
공공건물의 BEMS데이터를 활용한 설비시스템의 운영 실태 분석

As BEMS is usually focused on monitoring functions rather than control, HVAC systems are operated as heuristic rules by the building manager. This can be difficult to control HVAC systems in response to real-time changing load. We analyzed the operation of HVAC systems and reviewed effective function of the BEMS for energy saving in the public office building. First, it found that several BEMS data sensor is not working normally. So operator was not able to perform effective control through BEMS monitoring. Second, it found that the HVAC systems are controlled by monitering realtime indoor-temperature. And then, the control method could lead to inefficient operation and unpleasant indoor environment. As a result, operator will be able to perform the efficient operation through the guideline that presenting the normal physical values of HVAC systems with the analysis results about the operation status.
