N/A The cushion is one of the various factors that is related to inconvenience in using of the chair. This study measured the Body Pressure Distribution(BPD) to compare convenience between new and old air cushion chair and a response for the test. The body pressures of 21 male subjects were measured under the same posture to minimize the influence of variables. The Flexible Body Pressure Mat System was used to measure body pressure of subjects. The result showed that the distribution pattern of body pressure for new product is symmetrically centering around the ischial tuberosities and the highest body pressure was less than old product.
시뮬레이터 환경에서 속도변화에 따른 운전자의 이차과제 수행시간과 정신적 부하와의 관계에 대한 연구

In driving situation, driver``s performance can be divided into primary task and secondary task. Many studies of primary task have been in progress, but those of secondary task are not implemented sufficiently. However, the driver``s error is greatly influenced by secondary task. In this study, an experiment was assessed to determine the relationship between the driver``s operation time for the secondary task and mental workload due to speed changes in a driving simulation. The time to perform the secondary task was analyzed with Fitts`` Law, and mental workload was analyzed with RNASA-TLX(Revision of NASA-Task Load Index). The results has showed that the higher speed, the weaker the explanation by the use of Fitts`` Law and the result of analyzing mental workload using RNASA-TLX was similar to the result of Fitts`` Law.
운전자의 인체치수변화에 따른 지게차 페달 위치에 관한 연구

This paper is a study on the pedal placement and driving position of forklift according to the various body dimensions. Comfortable driving position were measured angles of joint(ankle, knee, hip) by Goniometer. From SIP(seat index point) to basis of pedals were measured about X and Y axises. In addition, Z axises were gauged between floor and pedals. In this paper, The 27 male subjects with no experience in driving forklift were measured in the test in order to exclusion of learning effect. Therefore the subjects have a preference for pedal location to the body dimensions, if as long as their body dimensions was very long, they would required each pedal``s location of Y axis to increase. However, driving position is no influence. The pedal location of X and Z axises weren``t related with various body dimensions and subjects have symmetrical location to the pedals of inching and break and hight of brake pedal is lower than the others. They hope that brake pedal is lower than others.
에어쿠션 사무용 의자의 사용성 및 인체 적합성 검증에 관한 연구

본 연구는 새로 개발된 에어쿠션의자의 인체 적합성 검증에 관한 실험으로 기존 에어쿠션의자와 스펀지 매트의자를 새로 개발된 의자와 비교 평가 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 설문지를 통한 사용자의 감성 및 사용성을 측정하였고 객관적 검증에 필요한 체압분포측정을 하였다. 실험의 결과 사용성 평가에서 대부분의 피험자들이 신형 의자가 보다 편안하고 안락하다고 응답하였으며, 각 의자를 비교하는 전체 14항목의 설문 중 11개 항목이 의자A에서 중요도 순위가 좋게 나타났다. 체압분포에서도 좌판의 경우 신형 에어쿠션의자의 체압의 평균값이 적게 나오면서 고르게 분포하였고, 좌골결절을 중심으로 좌, 우 대칭이 되게 나왔다. 또한 등판부위에서도 등판의 수직선을 중심으로 체압분포가 좌, 우 대칭이 되게 나왔다.

It is a semiconductor product industry womed out enormous of loss that happened to accident for during in production exist to leakage, fire, explosion, using to variable chemical material of application, treatment, storage. This is presented to that improvement example for study, research, investigation of PSM in semiconductor industry and so processed to follow as theory consideration for PSM in semiconductor industry. This study did the object of research that S company is point to appointment and so give a account of S company PSM contents, searching to conclusion of PSM and consideration of problem and injury prevention for PSM expansion. From now on, PSM of semiconductor-injury is bring up improvement of problem, large-scale -company of semiconductor.
