사회적 인식확산을 위한 셉테드 교육프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

범죄예방을 위한 셉테드의 제도화, 자치경찰제도의 시행, 지역주민 주도의환경개선 사업 확대 등 사회적 환경의 변화에 따라 경찰, 자치단체, 기업체, 지역주민의 범죄예방에 대한 관심과 인식의 확대를 위한 교육기회가 필요한시점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대상별, 수준별 셉테드 표준 교육프로그램 개발을 통해셉테드에 대한 사회적 인식확산에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 셉테드 교육에 관한 국내·외 현황 검토와 연구진 브레인스토밍과 전문가 자문 등을 통해 셉테드 교육프로그램의 구성과 운영에 관한교육모형을 개발하고, 대상별, 기간별, 수준별로 표준화된 교육주제, 교육기간, 교과목 편성안을 제안하였다. Despite the fact that permanent and non-permanent education to spread awareness and strengthen professionalism of CPTED, standardized education programs by education target and level do not exist. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the capabilities of the police, local governments, businesses, and local residents in order to institutionalize CPTED to prevent crime, implement the autonomous police system, and expand local residents-led environmental improvement projects. Considering that the target of CPTED education is adults, this study derived educational design methods based on adult learning theory. Based on the analysis of domestic and international CPTED education programs, education subjects were selected by subject and level. In addition, it was proposed that the selected subjects could be organized into actual education programs and used in educational sites. Through these education programs, it is expected that it will be possible to expand social understanding of CPTED by encouraging citizens interest in and participation in community safety and providing accurate CPTED knowledge and strategies such as CPTED s concepts and strategies.

본 연구는 국내외에서 진행되고 있는 CPTED 교육 프로그램을 분석하고 설문조사를 통해서 개선방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구결과 설문 응답자들은 교육과정에 대해서는 긍정적으로 평가하고 있지만, 현장적용 가능성을 포함한 여러 측면에서 부정적인 인식이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구를 통해서 도출된 CPTED 교육과정 개선 및 활성화 방안은 “이론과 실습으로 이원화된 교육 프로그램의 운영, CPTED 교육비용의 현실화, CPTED 교육을 장려할 수 있는 지원방안 등”으로 요약할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to suggest measures for CPTED activation through questionnaire and analysis of CPTED training course. In this study, it was found that questionnaire respondents gave an affirmative answer about the CPTED training course but an negative answer about various things inclusive of CPTED application. The measures for CPTED activation were summarized as the operation of training course focused on theory and practical work, readjust fees to a realistic level, active support measure including CPTED institutionalization.
전기자동차용 유·무선 통합 충전을 고려한 무선 충전 시스템의 두 가지 제어 방식에 따른 효율 비교·분석

The charging methods of electric vehicles are divided into wired charging and wireless charging. Restrictions on the use of charging infrastructure for wireless charging vehicles currently exist because most charging infrastructure uses the wired charging method. Thus, wired and wireless integrated charging system has been studied. In this system, a wireless charging system especially requires a control method for high-efficiency operation in consideration of a change in a coupling coefficient. Therefore, this paper introduces two control methods for the high-efficiency operation of wireless charging that can be applied to wired and wireless integrated charging systems. In addition, loss analysis is performed through PSIM simulation to select a more advantageous method for high-efficiency operation among the two control methods. To verify the simulation-based loss analysis result, the two control methods are applied to the actual wireless charging system, and the efficiency is compared through the experiments Based on the experimental results, a control method suitable for high-efficiency operation of the wireless charging method is selected.
전기자동차용 유·무선 통합 충전 시스템의 고효율 동작을 위한 권선비 가변형 LLC 컨버터 설계 및 제어 방안

This paper proposes a method to adjust the turn ratio of a transformer for the high-efficiency operation of an LLC converter with a wide input range in a wired/wireless integrated charging system for electric vehicles. The characteristics of the inductive power transfer converter in the integrated charging system are analyzed to design the LLC converter, and the DC-link voltage range is derived. The aspect of voltage gain following each parameter of the LLC converter is analyzed, and the resonant network and transformer are designed. Based on the designed parameters, the feasibility of the design and control method is verified by implementing the operation of the LLC converter according to the DC-link and battery voltages.
