      • 걷기가 비만 청소년의 AOPP 및 염증인자에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 비만 청소년을 대상으로 걷기 운동을 실시하여 AOPP와 염증유발 인자에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상자는 B광역시 B고등학교에 재학 중인 17-19세의 비만 남자 고등학생 20명을 대상으로 운동군 10명과 대조군 10명을 대상자로 선정하였다. 12주간 주3-5회 걷기를 실시하였고, 1-5주까지는 40-60% HRR, 6-12주까지는 61-70% HRR 으로 주기별로 점증시켰다. 측정항목은 신체조성과 혈압을 측정하였고, 혈액은 혈중지질과 advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP), interleukin-6(IL-6), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1), high sensitivity C-Reactive Protein(hs-CRP)을 분석하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 반복측정 이원분산분석을 이용하였으며, 사후분석으로 t-검정을 실시하였다. 모든 유의수준(α)은 .05로 설정하였다. 본 연구결과 점증적 걷기가 비만 남자 고등학생의 체지방률과 체질량지수에서 상호작용이 나타났으며, 운동군이 대조군보다 체지방률과 체질량지수가 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. AOPP의 변화에서도 운동군이 대조군보다 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 또한 염증유발 인자의 변화에서도 운동군이 대조군보다 IL-6, hs-CRP, MCP-1에서 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 이상과 같이 점증적 걷기는 비만 남자 고등학생의 체중, 체지방률, 체질량지수 감소 효과가 나타남으로서 비만 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 점증적인 걷기를 통해 비만으로 인한 신체적 스트레스의 감소가 산화 스트레스 감소와 염증유발 인자의 감소에 영향을 미쳐 건강증진과 비만 예방 및 개선에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 비만인에 있어서 혈중 AOPP 농도는 혈중지질성분과 염증유발 인자들의 개선으로 미루어 보았을 때 심혈관계질환을 예측할 수 있는 인자로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 향후 심혈관계 질환을 가지고 있는 환자들을 대상으로 다양한 운동 프로그램을 통해 산화 단백질 손상지표에 관한 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

        수중걷기와 지상걷기 운동이 비만 고령여성의 인슐린저항성, 아디포카인 및 혈압하강에 미치는 영향

        The aim of the present study is to investigate the effects of 12 weeks water-walking and land-walking exercise on insulin resistance, adipokine and hypotensive response in obese elderly women. 20 females participated in this study and performed walking in water and walking in land. Measurements of insulin resistance, adipokine, blood pressure were taken before and after exercise. Data analysis was using repeated two-way ANOVA, and paired t-test. The results of all the studies and inspections are as followed: At first, in the body composition were significant differences in body weight, Body fat(%), BMI in both the water-walking exercise group and the land-walking exercise group. Fasting glucose, insulin and HOMA-IR levers in both group. And adiponectin level were significantly increased after 12 weeks exercise training in both group. in addition, our results showed that the concentration of retinol binding protein-4, CRP, TNF-α and blood pressure were significantly decreased in both water-walking and land-walking group. The results of this study suggest that water-walking exercise can be recommended as safe and effective method of obesity prevention and treatment.

        유산소운동이 폐경 후 여성의 혈중 비스파틴과 혈관내피세포 성장인자에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of blood lipid, visfatin and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) variable in post-menopausal women after 12 weeks regular aerobic exercise progams. These subjects were classfied to two groups, who one group or exercise group(n=10) was participating in an exercise program for 12 weeks, and the other group or non-exercise group(n=10) was not in that program. And the aerobic exercise programs were performed by warm up, workout(treadmill running), and then cool down. All the measured data were represented by mean(M) and standard deviation(SD) using SPSS window package ver. 18.0 program. The results of all the studies and inspections are as followed: At first, in the body composition and blood pressure there were significant differences in body weight, percent fat, body mass index and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in exercise group. The investigation of this paper has shown the results, which involved in positive changes of 12 weeks regular aerobic exercise programs of body composition, blood pressure and blood lipids variables, visfatin, HOMA-IR, VEGF in post-menopausal women who had been to exercise regularly.

        수중운동치료 프로그램이 경직형 뇌성마비아동의 운동기능, 균형 및 일상생활활동에 미치는 영향

        This study is aimed to determine the effects of aquatic exercise program on motor function, balance and activity of daily living in children with spastic cerebral palsy (CP). The groups of this study were the aquatic exercise therapy group(AT, n=10) and the physical therapy group(PT, n=10). The subject of this study are children with spastic cerebral palsy; 2 groups, who agreed with this research, where picked up. Subjects received aquatic exercise training for 8 week, which consists of 2 times per weeks, 30 min of working pattern for each session. We measured Gross motor function masured (GMFM) and Korean Pediatric Balance Scale (K-PBS). Functional in dependency was assessed using Functional Independence Measure for Children ( WeeFIM). Main results of the present study were as follows: GMFM were significantly increased in AT group more than PT group. K-PBS and WeeFIM were significantly increased in AT group more than PT group. Therefore, the aquatic exercise therapy is effective in improvement of t improve the gross motor function, balance function and activity daily living in children with cerebral palsy.

      • 12주간 유산소운동이 비만 청소년의 신체조성, 혈중 지질 및 아디포카인에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 비만 남자 고등학생을 대상으로 규칙적인 유산소 운동프로그램을 적용하여 신체조성과 혈중지질 및 아디포카인에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이 연구는 비만 청소년 29명을 대상으로 비만 예방 및 치료를 위해 권장되고 있는 중강도와 고강도 운동을 근거로 50-80%HRR의 운동강도로 40분간 주 5회 실시하여 신체조성과 혈중지질 및 아디포카인에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 규칙적인 트레드밀 운동프로그램 실시한 후 신체조성은 운동군에서 체중, 체지방률, BMI, WHR에서 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈다. 혈중지질은 운동군에서 TG, TC, LDL-C의 유의한 감소와 HDL-C의 유의한 증가가 나타났다. 또한 아디포카인에서 렙틴은 운동군에서 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 아디포넥틴은 운동군에서 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 본 연구에서 실시한 규칙적인 유산소 운동은 비만 청소년의 에너지 대사가 활성화 되어 신체조성과 혈중 지질의 긍정적 변화로 인해 아디포카인에서도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 비만의 개선 및 치료에 효과적임인 것으로 생각된다. 추가적 연구로 비만 청소년들뿐만 아니라 성인과 노인들을 대상으로 다양한 운동형태와 아디포카인의 관계에 대해서도 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

        운동형태가 고령여성의 동맥경직도와 혈중 마이오카인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of aerobic and resistance exercise program on arterial stiffness and myokines in elderly women. These subjects were classfied to two groups, who one group or aerobic exercise group(n=10) was participating in an walking exercise program for 12 weeks, and the other group(n=10) was participating in resistnace exercise program. All the measured data were represented by mean(M) and standard deviation(SD) using SPSS window package ver. 18.0 program. The results of all the studies and inspections are as followed: At first, in the arteral stiffness were significant differences in R-vaPWV and L-vaPWV in both aerobic and resistance exercise group. IL-8 expression wsa increased significantly higher in aerobic exercise group than resistance exercise group. And IL-15 expression was increased significantly higher in resistance exercise group than aerobic exercise group. The investigation of this paper has shown the results, which involved in positive changes of 12 weeks regular aerobic exercise and resistacne programs of stiffness and IL-8, IL-15 in elderly women who had been to exercise regularly.

        중등도 유산소 운동이 비만아동의 adiponectin, RBP-4(retinol binding protein-4) 및 혈관염증인자에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 비만아동을 대상으로 12주간 중강도 유산소 운동을 통해 신체조성, 아디포넥틴, RBP-4, 혈관염증인자에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 대상자들은 두 집단으로, 운동군(n=15)은 12주간 중강도 유산소 운동을 실시하였고, 대조군(n=13)은 운동 프로그램에 참여하지 않았다. 운동군은 여유심박수 50%의 운동강도로 300 ㎉에 도달할때까지 트레드밀에서 런닝을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다 : 운동군이 통제군보다 체중, 체질량지수, 체지방률, 수축기 혈압과 이완기 혈압이 각각 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났고(p<0.05), 최대산소섭취량은 운동군에서 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 공복시 혈당, 인슐린과 인슐린저항성은 운동군에서 유의하게 감소하였고(p<0.05), 아디포넥틴은 12주 운동 후 운동군에서 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 또한, 혈중 RBP-4, CRP, IL-6 농도는 대조군보다 운동군에서 유의하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 본 연구에서 12주간 규칙적인 유산소 운동 프로그램은 비만 아동들의 염증과 신체지수 개선에 긍정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of the present study is to investigate the effects of 12 weeks-moderate aerobic exercise training on body composition, adiponectin, retinol-binding protein-4 (RBP-4), and vascular inflammation factors in obese children. The subjects were classified into two groups, one of which was an exercise group (n=15) practicing moderate aerobic exercise training for 12 weeks, and the other group, the control group (n=13), was not in that program. The exercise group participants performed on the treadmill running at heart rate reserve (HRR) 50% of exercise intensity for 300 kcal of the consumed time. The results of all the studies and inspections are as follows: Weight, body mass index, body fat, and systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower, while VO₂ max was higher in the exercise group than in the control group (p<0.05, respectively). Fasting glucose, insulin, and HOMA-IR levels in the exercise group were significantly decreased (p<0.05), whereas adiponectin levels in the exercise group were significantly increased after 12 weeks’ exercise training (p<0.05). In addition, our results showed that RBP4, C-reactive protein (CRP), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) concentrations in the exercise group were significantly lower than those of the control group (p<0.05). This investigation has shown that a 12 weeks-regular aerobic exercise program offers useful effects such as an amelioration of inflammation and body indices in obese children.

        유산소운동이 비만 고령여성의 대사증후군 위험인자 및 RBP-4에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of aero1ic exercise on the body composition, the physical strength, the risk factor of metabolic syndrome, the insulin resistance, and RBP4 in obese elderly warren The target was the obese elderly warren with 30% body fat and BMI 25㎏/m2 or above, and they were categorized into two groups: metabolic syndrome and non-metabolic syndrome. As for an exercise program, the new millennium bealth gym for the elderly, and walking and jogging were performed and then resting blood pressure, insulin resistance and RBP4, were analyzed As a result, With respect to weight(p<.01), body fat and BMI, there were significant differences between groups(p<.001) and body fat and BMI were significantly different between times(p<0l). With respect to the stand on one foot one’s eyes open(p<.0l), one’s eyes close(p<.001) there were a significant differences between times, Waist circumference, systolic and diastolic bleed pressure, triglycerides and blood glucose, there were showed significant differences between groups, and they, systolic blood pressure, triglycerides, blood glucose(p<.001), diastolic blood pressure(p<.01) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(p<.05) significantly differences between times(p<.0l). With respect to metabolic syndrome group and non-metabolic syndrome group, the number of risk factors decreased by 42.86% and 19.04% percent respectively, With respect to the insulin resistance, there appeared a significant differences between group and times. The interaction effect by each group and period was appeared(p<.05). The insulin index and RBP-4 levels there were a significant differences between tines, In conclusion, the regular exercise with intensity of 50-60% HRR for obese elderly warren, positively influenced over the body composition and the strengths of the elderly, and positively improved the insulin resistance and RBP4 which were closely related to the causes for metabolic syndrome, as well as the decease of the risk factors of metabolic syndrome.

        수중재활운동이 무릎 골관절염 환자의 통증, 신체 기능, 보행기능 및 낙상효능감에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to examine the effect of aquatic rehabilitation exercise on pain, physical function, walking ability and falls efficacy in patients with knee osteoarthritis. These subjects were classfied to two groups, who one group or exercise group(n=15) was participating in an aquatic rehabilitation exercise program for 8 weeks, and the other group(n=15) was not in that program. All the measured data were represented by mean(M) and standard deviation(SD ) using SPSS window package ver. 20.0 program. The results of all the studies and inspections are as followed: At first, pain were significantly reduced in exercise group. K-WOMAC were significantly improved in exercise group. Walking speed test, Step speed test and Timed up and go test for walking ability were significantly improved in exercise group. Falls efficacy were significantly improved in exercise group. In conclusion, the aquatic rehabilitation exercise applied to the patients with knee osteoarthritis was effective for improving not only their pain, physical function, walking ability but also their falls efficacy.
