        서울시 매입임대주택 거주자 특성 및 정책효과 실증분석

        The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of residents for purchased public housing in Seoul, using empirical panel data. The scope of the study will be targeted at the Seoul, as of 2017. The research method includes literature review, statistical analysis, and spatial analysis using QGIS software program. The data used in the research is the Panel Survey of Public Housing in Seoul(2017). The main results of the research are briefly summarized as follows; Firstly, Living in a housing with an increased area compared to the previous housing. Secondly, they can live for a long time with low rent. The burden on housing costs is 71.8% in the case of the deposit. Thirdly, there is little concern about social stigma. Purchased public housing was found to be good in terms of stigmatization due to low-income clusters. Lastly, the accessibility in the city center was good condition. In particular, commuting time was 34.79 minutes on a one-way basis, saving about 4 minutes compared to other types of public housing.

        후향적 연구를 통한 맞춤형 족부보조기와 한방치료를 병행한 편평족 환자의 인체중심선 변화에 대한 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Korean Medical treatments combined with Orthotics on patients's center of gravity with flat foot. Methods : We reviewed the medical records of 24 patients diagnosed with flat foot. They had received Korean medical treatments combined with Foot Orthotics. To estimate the efficacy in rebalancing of body, we analyzed the changes in center of gravity. Results : Among the 24 patients, 13 were male and 11 were female. There was no statistically significant change in frontal angle at the time of treatment. But side angle was changed statistically significant(P=0.009). There was no difference according to sex of male and female. Conclusion : In this study, We found that Korean Medical treatments with Foot Orthotics was effective for correction of patients's center of gravity with flat foot.

        서울시 무주택 청년가구의 주거지원 정책이용 의사 영향요인 분석: 가구 및 정책특성을 고려하여

        This study investigates what influences the 2030 households' intention to utilize housing support policies for the younger generation. Using the logistic regression model, our empirical results show that the 'the recognition of youth housing support projects', 'the housing occupation', 'employment type', 'housing type', and 'age' factors have a significant effect on the intention to use the housing support policies. Specifically, the intention is positively associated with economic activity, one-room residence, monthly rent, employment status during the Covid-19 period, and policy recognition, while negatively related to age. In addition, willingness to use the housing support policies is greater when respondents lived in a studio, lived on a monthly rent, recognized the policy, and improved their employment status. The results suggest that housing support programs need to be expanded and improved. Moreover, information on housing support policies should be efficiently delivered to eligible households, and more sophisticated housing support policies should be provided for young people early in their careers.

        당당통합교정치료의 효과에 대한 연구

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Dang Dang integrated corrective therapy including myofascial release, chuna therapy, and exercise therapy on height, muscle mass, body fat, and body water in patients with body imbalance. The secondary aim was to investigate whether the percent of change in height, muscle mass, body fat, and body water varied by age group. Methods : In total, 279 patients with body imbalance between the ages of 10 and 79 were recruited at hospitals. All participants had Dang Dang integrated corrective therapy including myofascial release, chuna therapy, and exercise therapy. The patients’ height, muscle mass, body fat, and body water were measured before and after Dang Dang integrated corrective therapy using InBody. Results : The height, muscle mass, and body water significantly increased after Dang Dang integrated corrective therapy in all age groups except for the 70∼79 age group and body fat significantly decreased (p < .05). The age group comparison of the percent change in height, muscle mass, and body water showed significant differences (p < .05). In the post hoc test, the percent change of height in the 10∼19 age group was significantly greater than in the other age groups except for the 70∼79 age group. The percent change of muscle mass and body water in the 10∼19 age group was significantly greater than in the 30∼39 age group. Conclusion : These findings suggest that applying Dang Dang integrated corrective therapy to patients with body imbalance, excluding patients aged 70∼79, may be a useful method to increase height, muscle mass, and body water and decrease body fat through spinal and joint realignment. The best results were observed in teenagers.

      • 압력 생체 되먹임 장비를 이용한 깊은 목 굽힘근의 근력 및 지구력 측정 시 시각적 피드백 유무에 따른 검사-재검사 신뢰도 연구

        Background: The maximum voluntary contractile strength (MVCS) and sustained time at 50% submaximal voluntary contractile strength (SMVCS) using a pressure biofeedback unit have been used to measure the muscle strength and endurance of deep neck flexor muscles. However, to date, there has been no test-retest reliability study for this measurement method. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to measure the test-retest reliability of muscle strength and endurance of deep neck flexor using a pressure biofeedback unit, with and without visual feedback. Methods: Thirty healthy subjects were recruited for this study. Muscle strength and endurance of deep neck flexor were measured by pressure biofeedback unit and stopwatch. Intra-rater reliability of the deep neck flexor strength and endurance was analyzed using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC 3, 1). Furthermore, the paired t-test was used to compare the sustained time of SMVCS of deep neck flexor between with and without visual feedback. Results: For MVCS, the value of ICC with (ICC: 0.965) and without visual feedback (ICC: 0.892) were both excellent. For the sustained time of SMVCS, the value of ICC with visual feedback were excellent (ICC: 0.910) while without visual feedback was fair to good (ICC: 0.654). Additionally, the sustained time of SMVCS of deep neck flexor was significantly greater with visual feedback than without visual feedback (p < 0.05). Conclusions: The measurement of strength and endurance using a pressure biofeedback unit with visual feedback can be recommended for reliable measurement of deep neck flexor muscle. Furthermore, the pressure biofeedback unit with visual feedback may be an effective method to increase the endurance of deep neck flexor muscles.

        Background : Posture imbalance is related to the loss of height and can frequently be managed by myofascial release (MFR), Chuna therapy, and exercise. Postural changes are not only affected by spinal flexibility, muscle activity, and passive tissue, but also exist gender differences. However, no research has investigated gender differences in height growth in patients with body imbalance when applying myofascial release, Chuna therapy, and exercise. Objectives : This study was designed to investigate the effect of integrated correction program (myofascial release, Chuna therapy, and exercise) on height for patients with body imbalance and compared gender differences Methods : In total, 166 patients (67 men, 99 women) with body imbalance were recruited. All participants performed integrated correction program. The height was measured using an Inbody. Differences in outcomes between pre and post integrated correction program were analyzed using a paired t-test. Gender differences of integrated correction program were analyzed using an independent t-test. Results : After 12 weeks integrated correction program, height was significantly increased post than before intervention in both men and women (men: t = -7.351, p < 0.001; women: t = -13.760, p < 0.001). The percent change of height was significantly greater in women compared in men (t = -2.760, p = 0.006). Conclusions : The integrated correction program will be a useful method to increase height by correcting posture imbalance, especially for women.

        보골탕이 Monosodium Iodoacetate 유도 골관절염과 Interleukin-1β 유도 연골세포에 미치는 보호 효과

        Objectives Bogol-tang has clinically been used to protect joint cartilage and to treat osteoarthritis. Our objective was to study the protective effect of Bogol-tang extract (BGT) in functional impairment, behavioral disorders, cartilage loss and pathological changes in a monoiodoacetate (MIA)-induced murine osteoarthritis (OA) model and interleukin (IL)-1β -treated primary rat chondrocytes. Methods Mouse knee joints were injected with MIA, a chemical that inhibits glycolysis and causes joint inflammation and matrix loss. MIA-OA induced mice orally administered BGT or acetaminophen (AAP) for 18 days by daily. Primary rat chondrocytes were pretreated with BGT or dexamethasone (DEX) and followed by co-incubation with IL-1β (10 ng/mL). Results In MIA-OA mice model, BGT led to delayed response on hot plate analysis, and suppressed the cartilage loss and damages in joint tissues. BGT suppressed the elevated levels of inflammatory mediators, nitrite and PGE2, the gene expression of matrix degrading enzymes, and extracellular-signal-regulated kinases 1/2 and c-JunN-terminal kinase phosphorylation in IL-1β-treated primary rat chondrocytes. Conclusions Our results suggest that BGT improve the knee joint function and delay the cartilage damages by anti-nociceptive, anti-inflammatory and ant-catabolic effects, which indicate BGT could be a potential candidate for osteoarthritis treatment.         위등세모근에 적용한 허혈성 압박기법이 월 슬라이드 운동 시 앞톱니근과 위등세모근의 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        Background It is known that a wall slide exercise is required to strengthen the serratus anterior. However, overactivation of the upper trapezius during wall slide exercise reduces serratus anterior muscle activation. There is no study that Ischemic compression affects upper trapezius and serratus anterior muscle activity. Objectives The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ischemic compression applied to the upper trapezius muscle on the muscle activity of the upper trapezius and serratus anterior during wall slide exercise. Methods A total of 15 healthy male volunteers were recruited for this study. Before and after applying ischemic compression, muscle activity of the upper trapezius and serratus anterior was compared during the wall slide exercise. The electromyographic data of the upper trapezius and serratus anterior was measured using 4D-MT, 2EM. The difference between before and after ischemic compression was analyzed using the paired t-test with p<0.05 as a significant level. Results The upper trapezius muscle activity was significantly decreased (p = 0.014) and serratus anterior muscle activity was significantly increased (p = 0.002) when wall slide exercise after ischemic compression versus before ischemic compression. Conclusions The ischemic compression applied to the upper trapezius will be a useful way to increase the muscle activity of the serratus anterior.

        클램쉘 운동 시 골반 회전 조절 방법이 중간볼기근의 활성도와 골반 회전량에 미치는 영향

        Background Clamshell exercise is commonly used as a rehabilitation strengthening exercise for the gluteus medius muscle, which plays a large role in human walking, weight-bearing activities, and pelvic stabilization. Compensatory movements such as excessive horizontal rotation of the pelvis may occur during clamshell exercises. Various studies on pelvic control have been conducted, but studies on how to control pelvic rotation using tools are lacking. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on gluteus medius activity and pel-vic rotation when adjusting pelvic rotation using a smartphone-based measurement tool during clam-shell exercise. Methods This study recruited 27 healthy adult females. During clamshell exercise, gluteus medius muscle activity and pelvic rotation were investigated with and without the use of a smartphone-based measurement tool. Gluteus medius activity was measured with 4D-MT 2EM, and pelvic rotation was analyzed using the Kinovea® program. Statistical analysis was performed using t-test. Results The activity of the gluteus medius muscle significantly increased and the amount of pelvic rota-tion significantly decreased in the clamshell exercise with the use of the smartphone-based measure-ment tool compared to the clamshell exercise using the pelvic rotation control method without the use of a smartphone-based measurement tool (p < 0.001). Conclusions The use of a smartphone-based measurement tool during clamshell exercise can help the efficient activation of the gluteus medius muscle by minimizing compensatory actions such as un-wanted rotation of the pelvis.

      • 레이저빔을 이용한 시각적 생체 되먹임이 전방 런지운동 시 안쪽넓은근과 가쪽넓 은근의 근 활성도에 미치는 영향

        Background : Knee pain is a common musculoskeletal concern that inconveniences daily life. A recent study revealed that knee pain occurs mainly when the knees are not aligned correctly during weight load training. Certain visual biofeedback methods enable the strengthening of the vastus medialis (VMO) muscle, whose activity keeps the lower limb in neutral alignment. However, the visual biofeedback devices in most studies are hard to use, and only a few have suggested methods for selective VMO strengthening using laser equipment during weight-bearing tasks. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to measure the electromyographic VMO and vastus lateralis (VL) activity during forward lunge with and without biofeedback. Methods : Twenty subjects with a healthy participated in this study. VMO and VL activity between forward lunges with and without visual biofeedback using a laser beam was compared. The VMO, VL, and VMO/VL muscle activity ratios with and without visual biofeedback were analyzed using paired t-tests with p < 0.05 as the significance level. Results : The VMO muscle activity was significantly higher (p = 0.020) during the forward lunge with visual biofeedback than that in the forward lunge without feedback. The VL muscle activity was decreased but not significantly (p < 0.05). The VMO/VL muscle activity ratio was significantly higher (p < 0.05) during the forward lunge with visual biofeedback than that in the forward lunge without biofeedback. Conclusions : In this study, there were significant increases in VMO muscle activity and VMO/VL muscle activity ratio with biofeedback. The results show that the use of laser equipment for visual biofeedback can affect selective muscle activation, and the visual biofeedback equipment can be useful in treatment or development of protocols for the performance of weight-bearing exercises or exercises intended to prevent knee injury.
