As the development of information telecommunication technology and thus the information sharing and opening is accelerated, f system is exposed to various threatener and the avrious security incident is rasing its head with social problem. As countermeasure, to protect safely and prepare in the attack for a system from a be latent security threat, various security systems are been using such as IDS, Firewall, VPN etc.. But, expertise or expert is required to handle security system. The module, implemented in this paper, is based on Windows XP, like Linux and Unix, and has effect integrity and non-repudiation for a file. 최근 급속한 정보통신기술의 발달에 따라 네트워크를 통한 정보의 공유와 개방화가 가속화되면서 정보시스템은 다양한 보안 위협에 노출되어 있으며 각종 보안 사고가 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 시스템을 안전하게 보호하기 위하여 조직의 잠재적인 보안위협을 관리하고 시스템에 대한 공격에 대비하기 위하여 침입차단시스템, 침입탐지시스템, 가상 사설망 및 취약점 스캐너 등의 다양한 보안도구 들이 운영되고 있다. 이러한 보안 시스템은 전문가적인 지식이 필요하며 일반 사용자가 운영하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 공격에 대한 탐지가 아닌 윈도우상에서 리눅스와 유닉스에서와 같이 각각의 파일에 대한 정책을 세워 침입자의 파일에 대한 무결성, 부인 방지를 할 수 있다.

High Incidence of Staphylococcus aureus and Norovirus Gastroenteritis in Infancy: A Single-Center, 1-Year Experience

Purpose: The etiology of acute gastroenteritis (AGE) has changed since the introduction of the rotavirus vaccination. The aim of this study was to clarify which common pathogens, both bacterial and viral, are currently causing AGE in infants. Methods: Infants with acute diarrhea were enrolled. We tested for 10 bacterial pathogens and five viral pathogens in stool specimens collected from infants with AGE. The clinical symptoms such as vomiting, mucoid or bloody diarrhea, dehydration, irritability, and poor oral intake were recorded, and laboratory data such as white blood cell count and C-reactive protein were collected. The clinical and laboratory data for the cases with bacterial pathogens and the cases with viral pathogens were compared. Results: Of 41 total infants, 21 (51.2%) were positive for at least one pathogen. Seventeen cases (41.5%) were positive for bacterial pathogens and seven cases (17.1%) were positive for viral pathogens. Staphylococcus aureus (13 cases, 31.7%) and Clostridium perfringens (four cases, 9.8%) were common bacterial pathogens. Norovirus (five cases, 12.2%) was the most common viral pathogen. Fever and respiratory symptoms were common in the isolated viral infection group (p=0.023 and 0.044, respectively), whereas other clinical and laboratory data were indistinguishable between the groups. Conclusion: In our study, S. aureus (41.5%) and norovirus (12.2%) were the most common bacterial and viral pathogens, respectively, among infants with AGE.

리눅스에 사용되는 X 윈도 동향 분석

The Linux operating system is expanding to include desktops and servers, as well as mobile devices, automobiles and embedded devices, and is the dominant operating system category because it is freely available and open source software. However, the desktop market is dominated by Microsoft's Windows, and Apple's Mac OS is increasingly dominated by enthusiasts, but Linux’s growth is stagnant. An important element to make up for this deficiency is the X Window System. Most Linux distributions still use the traditional X.org server as the X Window System, but it is heavy and slow. To replace it, a new X window system called Wayland emerged. Wayland is small and light enough to fit on an embedded or mobile device, so it can be mounted on the IoT related device as well as on the desktop. With the advent of Wayland, the change in the X window will accelerate the popularization of Linux. 리눅스 운영체제는 데스크톱이나 서버뿐만 아니라 모바일 기기, 자동차, 임베디드 기기 등 다양한 분야로 영역을 넓혀가고 있고, 자유롭게 사용가능한 공개 소프트웨어라는 특징으로 인해 운영체제 부문에서 대부분 선두권을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 데스크톱 분야는 마이크로소프사의 윈도우가 장악하고 있고, 애플사의 Mac OS도 매니아층을 중심으로 점유율을 높이고 있으나 리눅스의 성장세는 답보 상태이다. 이러한 열세를 만회할 수 있는 중요한 요소로는 X 윈도 시스템을 손꼽을 수 있다. 아직까지 대부분의 리눅스 배포판이 전통적인 구조의 X.org 서버를 X 윈도 시스템으로 사용하는데, 무겁고 처리 속도도 느린 단점이 있다. 이를 대체하기 위해 Wayland라는 새로운 구조의 X 윈도 시스템이 등장하였다. Wayland는 임베디드나 모바일 기기에서 적합할 만큼 작고 가벼워서 데스크톱 분야뿐만 아니라 사물인터넷 관련 기기에도 탑재할 수 있다. Wayland의 등장과 더불어 시작된 X 윈도의 변화는 리눅스 대중화에 박차를 가할 것으로 판단된다.

최근 보안 사고가 증가됨에 따라 조직의 효율적인 정보보호 관리를 위한 보안수준 측정 방법 및 도구의 개발에 대한 요구가 높아 가고 있다. 그러나 대부분 외국의 연구로서 수준 측정을 위한 항목 구성이 우리 조직의 실정에 맞지 않고 또한 도구 역시 사용의 편이성이나 경제성을 제공하지 못하고 있으며, 국내의 연구 또한 조직의 특성을 적절히 감안하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 최근 개발된 국내의 표준을 기초로 조직이 정보보호 관리체계를 구축하기 이전에 조직의 정보보호수준을 보다 정확하게 측정하기 위한 도구를 설계 구현하였다. 수준 측정 시 4가지의 다중 가중치를 조직의 특성에 따라 가변적으로 적용하여 측정결과의 정확성을 높였다. Recently there has been increasing demand on developing methodologies and tools for measuring the information security level of organizations for the efficient security management, as the growth of security incidents. However, most methodologies from foreign countries are not realistic in constructing the checklists, moreover their tools provide neither the ease of use nor the inexpensiveness, and most domestic works are not properly considering the characteristics of the organizations. In this study, based on the recently developed standard for information security management, an information security levelling tool is designed and implemented which can be used before building an information security management system while considering the characteristics of organizations more efficiently. The efficiency comes from applying multiple variable weights for security levelling according to the characteristics of organizations.

깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동 연구용역 결과

우리협회에서는 지난 3월 '깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동' 선포식을 개최한 이래 동 운동의 성공적인 추진을 위해 해외사례조사, 연구용역 등을 통해 실무적인 준비를 추진해 왔습니다. '깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동'은 기본적으로 목장 환경개선에서부터, 크게는 지역 경종농업과 연계한 자원순환형 농업, 지역민과의 교류활동(우유소비홍보활동 등)까지 농가 지도와 사례 발굴 등을 통해 토지이용형 농업인 낙농산업의 이미지 제고와 우유소비 확대를 위해 추진코자 합니다. 2005년도에는 캠페인 중심으로 추진되어 왔으며, 2006년도에는 우수사례 발굴 등을 통해 전 낙농가로의 운동 확산을 추진목표로 삼고 있습니다. 금번 연구용역은 깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동 추진을 위한 농가의 지침서로 활용키 위해 협회에서 강원대 성경일 교수에게 의뢰한 것으로서, 앞으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 소책자를 제작, 농가에 배부할 계획이며, 그중 일부 내용을 발췌하여 본지에 게재하였습니다.
