고학력 경력단절 여성들을 대상으로 한 진로구성상담의 질적사례연구

목적 본 연구에서는 고학력 경력단절 여성들이 진로구성인터뷰(CCI)를 활용한 진로구성상담에서 어떤 과정을 통해 진로를 구성하며, 진로구성상담은 종단적으로 효과적인지 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 고학력 경력단절 여성 3명을 대상으로 2회기의 진로구성상담을 실시하였다. 사전 미래진로자서전(FCA)을 작성 후 진행된 1회기에는 진로구성인터뷰(CCI)를 통한 탐색이 이루어지고, 2회기에는 연구자와 함께 생애 자화상을 구성하였다. 이후 약 6개월 후 추수상담을 실시하여 사후 FCA를 작성토록 하여 비교분석을 통해 진로구성상담의 효과를 분석하며, 참여자들의 진로구성 과정 및 효과를 본질적 사례연구 방법에 따라 수행하였다. 결과 참여자들은 8단계 생애 자화상 작업을 거치며 각자의 생의 주제를 발견하고 진로를 구성하는 과정을 함께 했다. 사전-사후 FCA를 통해 참여자들에게서 나타난 직업적 내러티브의 변화는 ‘방해받는 것에서 희망적인 것으로의 변화’, ‘일반적인 분야에서 구체적이고 탐색적인 것으로의 변화’, ‘무시하던 것에서 방향성이 있는 것으로의 변화’ 그리고 ‘모호한 것에서 초점을 맞추는 것으로의 변화’를 나타내며 진로구성상담 6개월이 지난 시점에서도 지속된 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 결론 본 연구는 CCI를 활용한 진로구성상담에서 8단계의 생애 자화상 작업을 통해 진로구성 과정을 살펴보고 2회기의 진로구성상담의 종단적 효과성을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 진로구성상담에 대한 논의와 시사점을 제시하였다. Objectives The purposes of this study were to confirm through what process highly educated women with career interruption construct their careers in Career Construction Counseling using Career Construction Interview(CCI), and whether Career Construction Counseling is longitudinally effective. Methods To do this, two sessions of Career Construction Counseling were conducted for three highly educated career-interrupted women. In the first session, which was conducted after writing the Pre-Future Career Autobiography(FCA), exploration was conducted through CCI, and in the second session, a life portrait was constructed with the researcher. After about six months, a follow-up session was provided for a post-FCA, and the effects of Career Construction Counseling were analyzed through comparative analysis, and the career construction process and effects of the counseling were carried out according to the qualitative case study method. Results Participants went through eight stages of life portrait work, discovering career theme of each life and career constructing together. The changes in occupational narratives in the participants represented ‘change from hindered to hopeful’, ‘change from general fields and desires to specification and exploration’, ‘change from disregard to direction’, and ‘change from vagueness to focus’, and continued six months after Career Construction Counseling. Conclusions This study examined the career construction process through eight stages of a life portrait work in Career Construction Counseling using CCI and confirmed the longitudinal effectiveness of 2 sessions of Career Construction Counseling. Based on these research results, discussions and implications for Career Construction Counseling are included.
