STEPS Model을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 교육이 간호대학생의 문제해결효능감, 핵심자기평가 및 수행자신감에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 STEPS Model을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 교육이 간호대학생의 문제해결효능감과 핵심자기평가 및 수행자신감에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구는 단일집단 사전·사후 설계를 적용한 유사실험연구로 연구의 대상자는 U시에 소재하는 4년제 간호학과 3학년 학생 77명이며, 연구기간은 2017년 8월 21일부터 2017년 8월 30일까지였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, Paired-test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 교육 후의 문제해결효능감(t=-5.56, p<.001)과 수행자신감(t=-12.25, p<.001)의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였으나 핵심자기평가에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구를 통하여 STEPS Model을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 교육이 간호대학생의 문제해결효능감과 수행자신감을 향상시키는데 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 따라서 STEPS Model을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 교육이 예비간호사로서 요구되는 역량 증진을 위한 간호실습교육의 한 방법으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of STEPS Model based core nursing skill training program on problem solving efficacy, core self-evaluation and self-confidence for nursing students. This study used a quasi-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The participants were seventy seven our nursing students 3rd graders. The data collected from Aug 21th to Aug 30th, 2017 in one college. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test, paired t-test, ANOVA by SPSS 21.0 program. Results indicated that scores of problem solving efficacy (t = -5.56, p <.001) and self-confidence (t = -12.25, p <.001) were significantly increased after education, but there was no significant difference in core self-evaluation. Therefore, the core nursing skill training program applying the STEPS Model can be usefully used as a method of nursing practice education to enhance the competency required as a professional nurse.

프로젝트기반 학습이 간호대학생의 문제해결효능감과 팀워크역량 및 학습만족도에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 프로젝트기반 학습이 간호대학생의 문제해결효능감과 팀워크역량 및 학습만족도에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 U시 소재 일개 간호학과 3학년 학생 54명으로 연구기간은 2016년 9월 1일부터 2016년 12월 16일 까지였다. 프로젝트기반 학습을 경험한 학생과 프로젝트기반 학습을 경험하지 않은 학생을 대상으로 대상자의 일반적 특성, 문제해결효능감, 팀워크역량 및 학습만족도를 구조화된 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집하였고, SPSS 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 평균과 표준편차, t-test를 이용하여 자료분석하였다. 연구 결과 프로 젝트기반 학습을 경험한 학생의 팀워크역량(t=-3.021, p=.004)과 학습만족도 (t=-7.283, p〈.001)의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였으나 문제해결효능감에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서, 간호사로서 요구되는 간호역량으로 문제 해결능력과 팀워크역량을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 노력이 교육과정과 비교과활동을 통해 이루어져야하며, 임상에서의 적응력을 높이기 위한 역량중심의 교육전략 개발및 효과에 대한 연구가 필요할 것이다. This purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of project-based learning on problem-solving efficacy, teamwork competency and learning satisfaction of nursing college students. This study use a quasi-experimental two group posttest design. The participants were fifty four nursing students 3 rd graders. The data collected from Sep 1th to Dec 16th, 2016 in one college. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test by SPSS 21.0 program. Results indicated that the project-based learning significantly increased teamwork competency(t=-3.021, p=.004) and learning satisfaction(t=-7.283, p〈.001). However, problem-solving efficacy was not significantly increased. Therefore, we suggest that research on the development and effectiveness of programs that enhance not only the curriculum but also the problem solving efficacy and teamwork competency of nursing students through extracurriculum.
