뇌경색환자(腦梗塞患者)의 중풍전조증(中風前兆症)에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 고찰(考察)

Background : The purpose of this study was to investigate the prodromal of cerebral infarction in attacked patients and to prove the traditional hypothesis that some symptoms were to be prodromes of cerebral infarction in the oriental medicine. Methods : The questionnaire which was based on symptoms of traditional hypothesis was distributed cerebral infarction patients who were confirmed by Brain CT or MRI.. Results : Fifty-six patients(93.3%) felt some symptoms within three years before onset. Most common prodromal symptoms was dizziness(50%), failure of memory(45%), numbness of arm(45%). Conclusion : This results suggest that the prodromal symptoms before cerebral infarction can be regarded as predicting sign. and we think that these research may contributed to preventing stroke and relapse.

Robustly stable bilateral teleoperation under time-varying delays and data losses: an energy-bounding approach

This paper presents an energy-bounding approach for robustly stable bilateral teleoperation over a communication channel with severe variable time delays and packet drops. We extend the energy-bounding algorithm (EBA) for haptic interaction with virtual environments to bilateral teleoperation with remote environments by using an analogy between haptic interaction and teleoperation controls. Robust stability is achieved by both restricting the extra energy that is generated by the sample-and-hold to within the consumable energy in the master device or slave robot and passifying the communication network. Theoretical analyses of transparency are performed for both position and force tracking aspects. Comprehensive test results for various free and contact motions subsequently show that the proposed bilateral EBA can ensure robust stability against fairy large constant/variable round trip time delays (tested for up to 5 sec for free motion and 600 msec for contact motion within the device workspace) as well as for packet losses of up to 90 % during data transmission.

加味麥門冬湯이 알레르기 喘息의 呼吸樣相 및 氣管組織의 好酸球浸潤에 미치는 影響

목적 : 본 연구는 가미액문동탕이 알레르기 천식의 호흡양상 및 기관조직의 호산구 침윤에 미치는 긍정적 영향에 대한 검증을 하기 위한 실험이다. 방법 : EW 이식에 의한 감작 이후 대조군과 약물 투여군에 약물을 투여한 후 OVA 흡입을 통하여 천식을 유발시키고 호흡 양상 변화의 측정과 현미경을 통한 기관조직의 병적 변화 및 호산구 침윤의 양상을 관찰 후 통계 처리하였다. 결과 : 대조군은 일시적인 호흡 정지 또는 호기의 연장, 호흡수 감소, 호흡 길이 단축, 호기성 호흡 곤란의 이상호흡 빈도가 증가하였고 기관조직내에서 호산구 침윤, 상피층의 부종 또는 박리가 나타난 반면 약물 투여군은 이상호흡의 빈도가 대조군에 비해 현저히 감소하고, 호산구의 침윤이 뚜렷이 감소하였다. 이러한 실험결과는 가미액문동탕이 알레르기 천식에 있어 그 호흡양상의 개선과 기관조직 내의 부종, 호산구 침윤의 감소에 있어 유의성이 있음을 나타낸다. 결론 : 이러한 결과로 볼 때 가미액문동탕은 알레르기 천식에 있어 그 호흡양상의 개선과 기관조직 내의 부종, 호산구 침윤의 감소에 있어 긍정적 치료 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 임상상에서의 활용에 더욱 적정한 가능성을 가진다고 하겠다. To find out the effect of Kami-makmundong-Tang on allergic asthma. We had checked change of respiratory pattern, frequency ratio of abnormal respiratory rate, change of eosinophilic infiltration in tracheal experimental animal which was evoked allergic asthma. In this experiment, white rats were divided into 3 groups ; Normal group, Control group and Kami-makmundong-Tang group. The result were as follows : 1. There was no significant difference in individual respiratory pattern between sample group which was treated with Kami-makmundong-Tang and control group. 2. Kami-maknumdong-Tang decreased the number of malformed respiration with respect to control group (P<0.05). 3. Kami-makmundong-Tang decreased the number of eosinophils infiltrated in tracheal mucosa with respect to control group (P<0.05). According to the results, Kami-makmundong-Tang showed a remarkable effect on the respiratory patterns and tracheal tissues in allergic asthma.

중풍환자의 예후에 관한 임상적 고찰

Objectives : This study was to investigate using FIM(functional independence measure) in 70patients with stroke and to evaluate prognosis. Methods : The subjects of this study were 70 patients who were admitted to the Dong-Eui oriental hospital within 7days after stroke. Improving rate were measured by using the FIM(at admission, after 2week and 4week). Each patients was diagnosed with sasang constitutional analysis(QSCC ll), Brain-CT, MRI scan and clinical observation. Results : There were significant results statistically between FIM(degree of improvement) and sex, age, side of hemiparesis, and hypertension. While diabetes mellitus, heart disease, hypercholesterolemia, and severity of early state were not significant meaning statistically. Conclusions : Sex, age, side of hemiparesis, and hypertension were relevant factors in predicting the functional outcome in the patients with stroke. I thought that the meaning of man-left and woman-right(男左女右) is not severity of early state but degree of improvement.

‘법과 원칙’의 권위주의

Despite the Yoon Suk-yeol administration's emphasis on "laws and principles", South Korea's democracy index is declining. To understand South Korea's political reality, where the complementary relationship between democracy and the rule of law is at odds, we must first ask whether the adherence to "law and principle" fully embodies the original spirit of the rule of law, and second, whether the legalistic application of law and principle does not stifle democracy and colonize the political culture of civil society. In order to determine whether the expression of "laws and principles" is a rhetoric of authoritarian instrumental "rule by law" or a will to implement democracy, I examined the illocutionary acts of the speaker and the perlocutionary acts of the people in response to this expression. I found that the Yoon administration's "laws and principles" is an instrumental, formal, and authoritarian rule by law that justifies and enforces policy decisions and policy implementation. 윤석열 대통령과 정부가 ‘법과 원칙’을 강조하는데도 한국의 민주주의 지수가 하락하고 있다. 민주주의와 법치주의의 보완적 상관성이 어긋나는 한국의 정치 현실을 이해하려면 첫째, ‘법과 원칙’의 고수가 법치의 본래 정신을 온전히 구현하는지, 둘째, 법과 원칙의 법률주의(legalism)적 적용이 민주주의를 압박하고 시민사회의 정치문화를 식민화하지 않는지 물어야 한다. ‘법과 원칙’의 표현이 권위주의의 도구적 법치를 꾸미는 수사(修辭)인지 민주주의의 구현 의지인지 판단하기 위해 발화자가 이 말을 하며 어떤 발화수반행위(illocutionary act)를 했는지, 그리고 이에 따른 국민의 발화효과행위(perlocutionary act)는 어떠했는지 살펴본 결과 윤석열 정부의 ‘법과 원칙’은 정책 결정과 집행을 정당화하고 강제하는 도구적, 형식적, 권위주의적 법치의 성격이 뚜렷하다.

This paper presents a lower-limb exoskeleton testbed and its control method. An exoskeleton is a wearable robotic system that can enhance wearer's muscle power or assist human's movements. Among a variety of its applications, especially for military purpose, a wearable robot can be very useful for carrying heavy loads during locomotion by augmenting soldiers' mobility and endurance. The locomotion test on a treadmill was performed up to maximum 4km/h walking speed wearing the lower-limb exoskeleton testbed with a 45kg backpack load.

에너지 제한 알고리즘을 이용한 시변 지연과 데이터 손실을 갖는 양방향 원격 조작 시스템의 안정화 제어

본 논문은 시간 지연 및 데이터 손실이 존재하는 양방향 원격 조작 시스템의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 에너지 제한 알고리즘을 적용한다. 다양한 실험 결과, 자유 공간 실험에서는 단방향 2.5 초까지의 시변 시간 지연(variable time delay), 벽 접촉 실험에서는 단방향 0.3 초까지의 시변 시간 지연에 대해 전체 시스템이 안정적으로 거동하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 데이터 손실 발생 시 이전 데이터를 유지하는 방법을 이용하여 에너지 제한 알고리즘을 적용하면 90%까지의 데이터 손실이 발생할 경우에도 시스템의 안정성을 보장할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

고도근시에 대한 증례1례

1. 목적 : 고도근시에 대해 한의학적 치료(탕약, 침치료)를 통하여 호전을 보기위함 2. 방법 : 淸心蓮子湯加味와 董氏 鍼治療(上三黃, 下三皇, 上白, 立白)를 2개월간 시술하여고 도근시와 임상증상의 변화를 보고자함 3. 결과 : 상기의 치료법을 이용하여 頭重, 頭痛, 眩暈, 盜汗, 上熟感 등의 來院 時 臨床 症狀은 다 소실되었고 재발하지 않았으며 치료 도중 호소한 小便頻數, 飛蚊症도 消失되었고 고도근시는 右眼 視力이 안경(-13D)착용한 상태에서 0.2에서 2개월 치료 후 안경(-10D) 착용한 상태에서 右眼이 0.7로 호전됨 4. 결론 : 淸心蓮子湯加味와 董氏 鍼治療(上三養, 下三皇, 上白, 立白)는 頭重, 頭痛, 眩暈, 盜汗, 上熱感, 小便頻數, 飛蚊症등의 臨床 症狀 및 고도근시에 유효한 효과를 가진다.
