A case of solitary bone cyst encountered in the distal end of right femur shaft is reported. This case, 11 years old boy, complained of pain and swelling on the right lower thigh after trauma. Roentgenological study revealed a large cystic lesion involving the end of the right femur shaft with egg-shell like thin cortical expansion and a pathologic fracture. The case was treated with radical curettage and autogenous bone chips which were taken from the iliac wing. Pathological examination grossly and microscopically revealed a solitary bone cyst. Patient made an uneventful recovery, and 6 months later he had no complaints and no evidence of recurrence.

The Purpose of this study was that analysis about influence of employee welfare satisfaction on organizational effectiveness. Based on the data conducted by the Korea Institute of Public Administration (2020), the analysis was conducted on young civil servants in their 20s and 30s who correspond to the MZ generation. The Conclusion of this study are as follows. First, employee welfare satisfaction have a meaningful influence to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, Public service motivation could be meaningful mediating between dependence variable to independence variable. Third, Public service motivation mediated perfectly between employee welfare satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior. Based on these results, practice suggestions were made and discuss the limitations of this study. 본 연구는 후생복지 만족도가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위함에 목적을 두었다. 연구를 위해 한국행정안전부(2020)에서 조사한 공직생활 실태조사를 기반으로, 젊은 20대 및 30대 MZ세대 공무원을 연구 대상으로 정의하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 후생복지 만족도는 조직몰입과 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 주었고, 둘째, 공공봉사동기는 독립변수와 종속변수 사이에서 유의한 매개효과를 보이며, 셋째, 공공봉사동기는 후생복지 만족도와 조직시민행동 사이에서 완전매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 실천적인 함의와 더불어, 한계점을 논의하였다.

Determinants of Turnover Intention of MZ Generation CivilServants and the Moderating Effects of Employee WelfareJinwoo Seo & Jongsoo Kang Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analysis the factors that affect of MZ generation civil servants’ turnover intention, and measure if employee welfare provide to civil servants could be a meaningful moderating effects. Based on the data conducted by the Korea Institute of Public Administration (2020). the analysis was conducted on young civil servants in their 20s and 30s who correspond to the MZ generation. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, MZ generation civil servants have a meaningful higher turnover intention than older generations. Second, job stress, wages satisfaction, excessive of work, and public service motivation of MZ generation civil servants affected their turnover intention. Third, employee welfare is moderates meaningfully such effects. In order to prevent the MZ generation from leaving public organization, it is necessary to reorganize employee welfare and change the generation management method of the older generation according to the characteristics of the MZ generation. RF 파워 변화에 따른 ITZO (In-Sn-Zn-O) 박막의 전기적, 광학적, 구조적 특성

본 연구에서는 고주파 마그네트론 스퍼터링 법으로 상온에서 RF 파워를 30 에서 60W 로 변화시켜가며 유리기판 위에 ITZO 박막을 제작하여 전기적, 광학적, 구조적 특성을 조사하였다. RF 파워 50W 에서 증착한 ITZO 박막이 $10.52{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$의 제일 큰 재료평가지수를 나타내었으며, 이때 $3.08{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}-cm$의 비저항과 $11.41{\Omega}/sq.$의 면저항으로 가장 우수한 전기적 특성을 보였다. 광학적 특성을 측정한 결과, 가시광 영역 (400~800 nm) 에서의 평균 투과도는 모든 ITZO 박막에서 80 % 이상으로 나타났다. XRD 측정을 통해 RF 파워에 상관없이 모든 ITZO 박막이 비정질 구조를 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. FESEM 과 AFM 으로 ITZO 박막의 표면 형상을 관찰한 결과, 모든 ITZO 박막이 핀홀이나 크랙 같은 결함이 없는 매우 부드러운 표면을 가지며, RF 파워 50W 에서 증착한 박막이 0.254 nm의 가장 작은 표면 거칠기를 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통해 비정질 ITZO 박막이 유기발광다이오드와 같은 차세대 디스플레이 소자에서 ITO 박막을 대체할 매우 유망한 재료라는 것을 알 수 있었다. In this study, we fabricated ITZO thin films on glass substrates with various RF power from 30 to 60W and investigated the electrical, optical and structural properties. ITZO thin film deposited at 50W exhibited the largest figure of merit ($10.52{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$) and then its resistivity and sheet resistance were $3.08{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}-cm$ and $11.41{\Omega}/sq.$, respectively. As results of optical characterization, average transmittance of all ITZO thin films were over 80%. ITZO thin films had amorphous structure regardless of the RF power. The FESEM and AFM results showed that all ITZO thin films have a very smooth surface having no cracks and defects and the film deposited at 50W exhibit the smallest surface roughness of 0.254nm. We found that a amorphous ITZO thin film is a very promising material for replacing ITO in the next display device such as OLED.

시츄 견에서 발생한 Mucocutaneous pyoderma 증례

A 4-year old, female shih-tzu dog with history of itching, erythema and diffuse scale was referred to Chungnam National University Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. Physical examination revealed mucocutaneous swelling, erythema, and exudate around the margins of the lips. On the tape strip test from the lips, numerous cocci was observed. It was diagnosed as a mucocutaneous pyoderma. The dog was treated with enrofloxacin at 5mg/kg^(-1) twice daily, topical mupirocin ointment application, and Chlorhexidine shampoo therapy. Clinical signs were improved after 2 weeks.

Influence of Loading Procedure of Liquid Butadiene Rubber on Properties of Silica-filled Tire Tread Compounds

Low molecular weight liquid butadiene rubber (LqBR) is a processing aid that can resolve the migration problem of tire tread compounds. Various studies are being conducted to replace the petroleum-based processing oil with LqBR. However, the effect of the loading time of LqBR in the compounding process on silica dispersion and vulcanizate properties is not well known. In this study, we analyzed silica dispersion, vulcanizate properties, and viscoelastic properties of silicafilled tire tread compound according to the processing aid type (TDAE oil, non-functional LqBR) and, silane terminated LqBR) and input timing. In the non-functional LqBR compounds, the ‘with TESPT’ mixing procedure showed excellent dynamic viscoelastic properties while silane-terminated LqBR compounds showed that the ‘after TESPT’ mixing procedure was good for 300% modulus and abrasion resistance.
