The aim of this study is that the green management evaluation criteria and the awareness of employees were examined to analyze their impact on the management performance. In order to carry out this research we obtained 53 survey sheets. Validation results of hypothesis are summarized as follows. Awareness of Strategy Systems don't play a mediating role in the process of Strategy Systems affecting the Management Performance. Awareness of Resources&Energy don't play a mediating role in the process of Resources&Energy affecting the Management Performance. Awareness of Greenhouse gases&Environmental pollution play a mediating role in the process of Greenhouse gases& Environmental Pollution affecting the Management Performance. Awareness of Harmful chemical substance play a mediating role in the process of Harmful chemical substance affecting the Management Performance.

중대재해처벌법 대응을 위한 중소기업의 대응전략

2022년 1월, 산업재해 발생 시 기업과 경영자의 처벌을 강화하고 시민과 종사자의 생명과 신체를 보호하고자 ‘중대 재해 처벌 등에 관한 법률’(중대재해처벌법)이 시행되었다. 이 법의 시행으로 산재 사고로 종사자가 사망하면 해당 사업주나 경영책임자는 1년 이상의 무거운 형벌이나 10억 원 이하의 벌금을 받게 된다. 또한, 기업이나 기관에서도 50억 원 이하의 벌금을 납부할 수 있으며, 중대재해를 일으킨 경영책임자나 법인도 최대 5배의 징벌적 손해배상이 가능하게 되었다. 특히, 이 법은 상시근로자 50명 미만을 고용하고 있는 사업장과 건설업 공사 50억 원 미만의 공사는 2024년 1월부터 적용된다. 그렇지만, 공공기관에서 2021년 발표한 실태 조사 결과를 살펴보면 대기업과 비교해 인력과 재정이 열악한 중소기업의 53.7%는 중대재해처벌법에서 요구하는 안전보건 확보의무 준수가 매우 어려운 상황임을 알 수 있다. 이 법은 복잡, 다양하여 대기업조차 완벽하게 대응하기 어려운 상황으로 열악한 환경에 노출된 중소기업의 경우 현실적인 어려움에 처해있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 중대재해처벌법의 시행이 중소기업에게 미치는 다양한 상황을 살펴보고 중소기업이 체계적으로 대응할 수 있는 효과적인 대응전략을 제시하고자 한다.

하이드로싸이클론을 이용한 해수 양식장 침전 고형물의 제거 효율 평가

Flow-through aquaculture systems generate large amounts of wastewater containing compounds such as solids that can settle near aquafarms and cause eutrophication. The settled solids are often reintroduced into flow-through systems, and aquatic animals can be affected by the solids and pathogens associated with these solids. For a sustainable aquaculture operation, adequate wastewater treatment is required. Hydrocyclones are one of the most promising technologies for the removal of solids in aquaculture wastewater. In this study, a model for performance prediction of hydrocyclones was investigated under three different operating conditions: water temperature, solids concentration, and water inlet velocity. The synthetic solids solution was prepared using settled solids from abalone aquaculture farms. The daily solids removal rates of the tested hydrocyclones ranged from 0.18 to 26.0 g solids-m-3-day-1, and removal efficiency ranged from 5.1 to 34.4%. The inlet water velocity had the greatest effect on solids removal and hydrocyclone efficiencies. The following multiregression model equation was derived from the daily solids removal rate (g solids-m-3-day-1) results for water temperature (T, °C), solids concentration (SS, mg-L-1), and tangential inlet water velocity (TIV, m-sec-1): daily solids removal rate: f(z)=4.465+0.809TIV-0.375T+0.217SS (r2=0.976).

계층 분석적 의사결정방법(AHP)을 활용한 중소제조기업의 제조물책임 대응전략 수립

To formulate strategies for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs) in response to the enforcement of the product liability (PL) law, factors that influence the enforcement of the PL law were identified through a political, economic, social, and technological (PEST) analysis. Furthermore, the relative importance was proposed for each area through a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats _ analytic hierarchy process (SWOT-AHP) -analysis of the identified factors. In order to identify the relative importance of each area, a pairwise analysis was conducted through a questionnaire survey targeting experts in businesses related to PL. The results suggest the greater importance of opportunities and strengths than threats and weaknesses, indicating that the enforcement of the PL law would provide SMEs more opportunities than burdens. Through these results the S/O, S/T, W/O, W/T strategies for SMEs, which can be preferentially implemented, were proposed.

IPA를 활용한 제조기업의 중대재해처벌법 대처방안

중대재해처벌법은 안전보건관리체계 구축 및 이행 등 안전보건 확보의무를 위반하여 인명피해를 발생하게 한 사업주, 경영책임자, 공무원 및 법인의 처벌 등을 규정함으로써 중대재해를 예방하고 시민과 종사자의 생명과 신체를 보호하고자 2022년 1월 27일 시행되었다. 다만, 사업주와 경영책임자 등이 안전보건 관리체계를 구축하고 안전보건 확보의무를 다하였다면 처벌되지 않으며 공무원 및 법인, 기관도 안전보건 위반행위 방지를 위해 주의, 감독을 충실히 하였다면 면책될 수 있다고 한다. 그렇지만, 관련자들의 중대재해처벌법에 대한 관심과 이해, 인식수준 등이 대체로 미흡하고 제조기업의 인력과 재정적 여건의 부족으로 인해 복잡, 방대한 법률에 따라 안전보건 확보를 이행하기 어려워 체계적으로 대응하는 데 어려움이 예상된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 그동안 실시되었던 다양한 문헌과 선행연구를 통해 제조기업이 중대재해처벌법에 체계적으로 대응하기 위해 필요한 5개의 핵심요인과 각각의 세부실행방안을 도출하였다. IPA 기법을 활용하여 5개의 핵심요인과 세부실행방안의 중요도와 수행도를 파악하여 제조기업의 현재 상황을 살펴보고, 제조기업이 안전보건 확보의무를 효율적, 체계적으로 이행할 수 있도록 실무적인 대처방안을 제시하고자 한다.

다중전공 활성화방안이 학생성과에 미치는 영향

흔히 다중전공이라 하면 복수전공, 부전공, 연계전공, 융합전공 등을 말한다. 다중전공은 1996년 학부제 도입과 함께 학생이 입학 후 적성 불일치 문제를 해결하고 다양한 학문을 접할 기회를 제공하기 위해서 도입되었다. 다중전공은 학생이 주전공 외에 제2의 전공을 이수하는 것을 가능하게 하고 4차 산업혁명시대에 사회적 요구에 부응하는 융합형 인재로 성장할 수 있는 기회를 얻게 된다는 점에 의미가 있을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 선행연구에서 제시되었던 다양한 다중전공 활성화 방안을 체계적이고 효과적으로 운영될 수 있도록 관련 요인을 도출하고 활성화 방안이 대학생에게 어떠한 성과를 미치는지 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다중전공이 활성화되기 위해서 학생의 눈높이 알맞은 홍보전략이 필요하고 다중전공을 신청하려는 학생과 참여 학생을 지원할 수 있는 대학의 지원체계가 필요하다. 마지막으로 다중전공에 참여한 학생이 어떠한 성과를 달성했는지 지속적으로 분석하여 아직 신청하지 않은 학생이 올바른 결정을 내릴 수 있도록 관련 정보를 제공하여야 한다.

제품사용설명서의 정보전달원칙에 대한 소비자의 중요도-만족도 분석

제품사용설명서는 제품 또는 서비스의 생산자가 안전하고 효율적인 사용을 위하여 소비자가 취해야 할 조치 등을 알리는 데 필요한 기본적인 사항을 제공하는 안내서와 같은 역할을 담당한다. 그동안 기업은 소비자의 올바르고 안전한 사용을 위하여 사용설명서를 활용하였다. 특히, 제품수명주기가 빨라지고 제품의 기능이 복잡하고 다양화됨에 따라 사용설명서의 역할은 더욱 중요성이 강조될 것이다. 한국산업표준에서는 사용자에게 필요하고 유용한 형태의 사용설명서 작성에 필요한 지침을 제공하여 생산자 등에게 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다. 그렇지만 한국산업표준의 권고 형식에 대해서 소비자를 대상으로 실태조사를 하였거나 소비자가 제품사용설명서를 사용하는 경험 중에 어떠한 부분을 중요하게 생각하고 어떠한 때에 만족하는지에 대해서 파악하고 개선하고자 했던 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 KS A ISO/IEC Guide 14:2003과 KS A ISO/IEC Guide 37:2003에서 요구/권고하고 있는 제품 및 서비스의 정보전달형식에 대해서 소비자가 느끼는 중요도와 만족도를 분석하여 제품사용설명서가 제조물책임법 같은 법률적 의무를 충족하고 소비자에게 제공되는 제품사용설명서의 품질을 개선하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용하는 데 있다.
