ディアスポラ論から捉える ニューカマー在日韓国人の アイデンティティに関する考察

본 연구에서는 뉴커머 재일 한국인을 이해하기 위한 프레임으로서 디아스포라론 및 디아스포라 아이덴티티의 개념이 가지는 유용성과 한계에 관해 살펴보았다. 연구자는 디아스포라를 디아스포라의 주체와 조국 및 거주국으로 구성된 구조 내에서 개개의 이민 또는 그 집단이 그들에게 영향을 행사하는 정치권력과 상호작용을 함으로 인해 일어나는 동적 현상(프로세스)으로 간주하고 있다. 디아스포라를프로세스의 개념으로 이해하는 관점은 디아스포라의 전통적 개념인 민족과 민족문화, 민족 정체성이 가진 고정성과 본질성으로부터 탈피하여 현실세계 속에서 일어나는 변화와 재구축의 양상을 파악할 수 있다는 이점을 가진다. 또한 상기의 과정을 통해 디아스포라가 창출하는 가변적이며 다양한 아이덴티티의 형성 과정을고찰할 수 있다. 연구자는 뉴커머 재일 한국인의 이주 경험을 디아스포라 개념을 통해 고찰함으로써 글로벌 시대를 살아가는 동시에 식민지 시대의 유산을 부분적으로 짊어지고있는 뉴커머 재일 한국인이 다양한 민족 아이덴티티를 형성해 가는 과정을 설명할수 있다고 주장한다. 또한 디아스포라 아이덴티티는 뉴커머 재일 한국인이 일본사회와의 적극적 공존과 참여를 통해 창출하고 있는 복수의 사회적 아이덴티티를이해할 수 있게 해 준다. 한편, 뉴커머 재일 한국인 커뮤니티의 약한 결집력 및 짧은 역사는 그들의 이주를 이해하는데 있어 디아스포라론이 가지는 한계를 나타낸다. 아직 이민1세가 왕성한 활동을 하고 있는 뉴커머 재일 한국인의 경험이 세대가 교체됨에 따라 어떻게 전개될 것인지에 관한 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것이다. This study explores the theoretical utility of the concepts of diaspora theory and diasporic identity as a frame for understanding Korean newcomers in Japan. I consider diaspora as a dynamic phenomenon, or process, that occurs historically and temporally within a structure composed of diasporic subjects, their homeland, and their country of residence. Understanding diaspora as a process has the advantage that it allows us to see how migrants actively participate in the process of migration, how agency is formed, and how political power attempts to influence that process. It also allows us to analyze the formation of the variable and diverse identities that diasporas create through the above processes. I argue that examining the migration experiences of Korean newcomers in Japan through the concept of diaspora can explain the process by which Korean newcomers, who are living in a globalized world and partly carrying the legacy of the colonial era, are actively forming their own national identities. Diasporic identity also allows us to understand the various social identities that Korean newcomers in Japan are creating through their active coexistence and participation in Japanese society.

토양미생물군집의 개체수와 활성도에 미치는 경유의 영향

The effects of diesel oil on the microbial community in sandy loam soil were investigated, and the effects of bioremediation which was performed to enhance the removal of diesel oil from soil were also measured. The residual percentage of diesel oil was about 50% after 16 week incubation period. The bioremediation treatment increased the removal rate at 60~95%. When the soil was contaminated with diesel oil, the direct bacterial count, length of fungal hyphae, aerobic heterotroph and hydrocarbon degrader were increased by 2~3 orders of magnitude. The bioremediation further increased these numbers 10 to 100-fold. There were no difinite patterns of change in fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis activity in bioremediation-untreated soil, but about 10 times of increase of activity was observed in bioremediation-treated soil. Similar change was occurred in soil dehydrogenase activity. 경유를 sandy loam 토양에서 농도별로 투여하여 토양미생물군집에 미치는 영향을 조사하였으며 또한 경우가 첨가된 토양에서 경유의 신속한 제거를 위해 실시한 bioremediation에 의한 영향을 측정하였다. 경유는 토양에서 16주 후 약 50% 내외의 잔류량을 나타내며 bioremediation 처리시 제거율은 60~95% 정도가 증가하여 16주 후 약 8~20 범위의 잔류량을 나타내었다. 토양에 경유가 첨가되었을 때에는 세균직접계수, 진균류의 균사 길이, 호기성 종속영양세균과 탄화수소 분해세균의 수가 최고 10 내지 100배 정도 증가하였다. Bioremediation 처리시에는 그 증가가 더욱 두드러져 각종 미생물 개체수 측정치가 최고 100배 내지 1000배까지 증가하였다. 경유가 fluorescein diacetate 가수분해 활성에 미치는 영향은 bioremediation 처리를 하지 않은 토양에서는 뚜렷한 증감의 경향이 없었으나 bioremediation 처리를 한 토양에서는 10배 내외의 활성의 증가를 보였으며 이러한 양상은 soil dehydrogenase 활성에서도 유사하게 나타났다.

휘발유오염이 토양미생물군집에 미치는 영향

The effects of gasoline on the microbial community in sandy loam soil were investigated, and the effects of bioremediation which was performed to enhance the removal of gasoline from soil were also measured. Most of gasoline was rapidly dissappeared from soil within several days through evaporation. The effect of bioremediation treatment to enhance the removal of gasoline was negligible. When the soil was contaminated with gasoline, the increasing rates of direct bacterial count, length of fungal hyphae and aerobic heterotroph were in the range of 2 to 10-fold, but the number of hydrocarbon degrader was increased by 2 orders of magnitude. The bioremediation further increased these numbers several times. There was a slight increase of fluorescein diacetate hydrolysis activity in gasoline contaminated soil, but the bioremediation did not increase this activity further. There was no definite pattern of change in soil dehydrogenase activity in untreated soil, but the bioremediation increased this activity up to 3 -fold.

유아교육기관의 스마트 앱을 활용한 알림장 사용에 대한 인식 및 실태

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 스마트 앱을 활용한 알림장에 대한 인식 및 실태를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 Y시에 위치한 유아교육기관의 교사 200명과 부모 239명이다. 자료수집 및 분석은 기술통계를 이용하여 문항별로 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차를 산출하였으며, 교사와 부모 간의 차이를 살펴보기 위하여 ²검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 교사와 부모 모두 스마트 앱을 활용한 알림장에 대한 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 이유로는 유아에 대한 빠른 정보 교류 및 상담이 가장 높게 나타났다. 스마트 앱을 활용한 알림장의 사용경험여부는 교사와 부모 모두 높았으나 횟수에서 차이를 보였다. 스마트 앱을 활용한 알림장에서 실질적으로 많이 사용하는 내용은 유아의 활동사진 게시가 가장 높았고, 스마트 앱을 활용한 의사소통에서 가장 중요한 효과는 영유아 정보교류 및 상담이었으며 교사와 부모 간 차이를 보였다. 스마트 앱을 활용한 알림장의 불편한 점, 개선사항에 대한 인식에서는 교사와 부모간 차이를 보였다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 스마트 앱을 활용한 알림장의 필요성에 대하여 알 수 있었고, 스마트 앱 알림장의 효율적인 사용을 위하여 장단점을 충분히 파악하여 스마트 앱 알림장이 효율적인 의사소통의 도구로서 더욱 발전되어야 함을 시사해 주었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness and actual situation of the class note using smart app of early childhood education institutions. The subjects of the study were 200 teachers and 239 parents of preschool teachers in Y city. Data collection and analysis were performed using descriptive statistics to calculate the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation for each item, and to verify the differences between teachers and parents. As a result, both teachers and parents were aware of the necessity of using smart app. The reason for this was the fastest information exchange and counseling for young children. Teachers and parents had a high experience in class note using the smart app, but there was a difference in frequency. The most frequently used contents were the highest posted pictures of activities of young children. The most important effect in class note using smart app was information exchange and counseling for young children, and showed difference between teachers and parents. The discomfort of reminders using smart app and perceptions of improvements showed differences between teachers and parents. In conclusion, through this study, we were able to know the necessity of using smart app. In conclusion, through this study, we were able to understand the need of using smart app, and it implies that we need to understand the pros and cons of smart app class note more to use it as a effective communication tool.

만화잡지를 통한 시대읽기(1) -『보물섬』의 창간을 중심으로

The study attempts to create a 500-page comic magazine called "Treasure Island" to try a cultural read about what kind of motility it had and whether it recognized its heyday. As the first comic magazine, "Treasure Island" tracked what discourse it had created and how it had gained readership. Despite the fact that children's magazines were already published, such as "The New Boy," "The Boy Center," and "The Awakening Friend," we looked at the background of the new comic magazine in the 1980s. The study also analyzed how the publisher's commercial reorganization, which uses cartoon readers and comics as tools, met. This can explain the history of reading culture. Addendum comics from children's magazines that delve into the "era of culture" have opened a new chapter in the comic market even amid bad cartoons. And I have a boy reader. The addendum cartoon, used as a kind of marketing strategy for expanding the lives of children's magazines, stimulated a boy's desire to consume cartoons, and the clover book published in the process brought about a change in the perception that comics were worth a small intestine. These mid-tier changes enabled the creation of a cartoon magazine called Treasure Island in 1980. Treasure Island has targeted parents who are the real buyers through a strategy to differentiate themselves from bad cartoons, and the strategy has succeeded. The editorial composition, which took advantage of the atmosphere of the times when the emphasis was on culture and soundness, served as a decisive occasion for the successful publication of comic magazines. The creation of "Treasure Island" lies in the extension of culture advocated by literary lines, collections or children's magazines in the 1960s and 1970s. In this study, the social and cultural system surrounding the creation of "Treasure Island" is a warrior of reading comics and magazines among the history of reading culture. 본고는 『보물섬』이라는 500여 페이지에 달하는 만화잡지 창간 시도가 어떤 운동성을 가지며 만화잡지 전성시대를 추인했는지에 대한 문화적 읽기를 시도하고자 한다. 이를 위해 『보물섬』이 최초의 만화전문잡지로서 어떠한 담론들 속에서 창간되어 독자를 포섭했는지 추적했다. 『새소년』, 『소년중앙』, 『어깨동무』와 같이 이미 아동잡지가 출간되었음에도 불구하고 1980년대 들어 새롭게 만화전문잡지가 등장하게 된 배경을 살펴보았다. 또한 문화장 내에서 만화읽기와 만화를 도구로 한 출판사의 상업적 재편이 지배적 이데올로기와 어떻게 교합되며 독서문화사의 일면을 구성하는지 분석했다. ‘교양의 시대’를 파고든 아동잡지의 부록 만화들은 불량만화 담론 속에서도 만화시장의 새로운 장을 열며 소년 독자들을 확보해나갔다. 아동잡지들의 사세확장을 위한 일종의 마켓팅 전략으로 사용된 부록만화는 만화를 소비하고자 하는 소년의 욕구를 자극했고, 그 과정에서 출간된 클로버문고는 만화가 소장의 가치가 있다는 인식의 변화를 불러왔다. 이러한 중층적 변화들로 인해 1980년에 들어 만화전문잡지인 『보물섬』의 탄생이 가능했다. 보물섬은 불량만화와의 차별화 전략을 통해 실질적인 구매층인 학부모를 공략했고, 그 전략은 성공했다. 바로 교양과 건전을 강조하던 시대적 분위기에 편승한 편집 구성은 만화잡지가 성공적으로 안착할 수 있는 결정적 계기가 되었다. 『보물섬』의 창간은 1960-70년대 문학선·전집이나 아동잡지가 표방한 교양의 연장선상에 놓여 있다. 이처럼 『보물섬』의 창간을 둘러싼 사회‧문화적 환경의 고찰은 독서문화사 가운데 만화잡지읽기의 서언에 해당한다.

Selective Interaction Between Chloroplast β-ATPase and TGB1L88 Retards Severe Symptoms Caused by Alternanthera mosaic virus Infection

The multifunctional triple gene block protein 1 (TGB1)of the Potexvirus Alternanthera mosaic virus (AltMV)has been reported to have silencing suppressor, cellto-cell movement, and helicase functions. Yeasttwo hybrid screening using an Arabidopsis thalianacDNA library with TGB1 as bait, and co-purificationwith TGB1 inclusion bodies identified several hostproteins which interact with AltMV TGB1. Hostprotein interactions with TGB1 were confirmed bybiomolecular fluorescence complementation, whichshowed positive TGB1 interaction with mitochondrialATP synthase delta′ chain subunit (ATP synthasedelta′), light harvesting chlorophyll-protein complex Isubunit A4 (LHCA4), chlorophyll a/b binding protein1 (LHB1B2), chloroplast-localized IscA-like protein(ATCPISCA), and chloroplast β-ATPase. However,chloroplast β-ATPase interacts only with TGB1L88,and not with weak silencing suppressor TGB1P88. Thisselective interaction indicates that chloroplast β-ATPaseis not required for AltMV movement and replication;however, TRV silencing of chloroplast β-ATPase inNicotiana benthamiana induced severe tissue necrosiswhen plants were infected by AltMV TGB1L88 but notAltMV TGB1P88, suggesting that β-ATPase selectivelyresponded to TGB1L88 to induce defense responses.

백-밸브-마스크 보조장치를 이용한 환기효과 비교

Purpose: TThe experiment was designed to compare the efficiency of ventilation between conventional BVM ventilation and a newly devised A-BVM ventilation method with Tidal volume, total ventilation rate, average Ventilation speed, and average Ventilation volume. Methods: 40 Paramedical students who agreed to participate in the study were analyzed. Values were measured using IMB PASS after 2 minutes of Bryiden Pro manikin with BVM and A-BVM ventilation. The difference in general characteristics was assessed by t-test and ANOVA and the difference in ventilation methods was analyzed by IBM SPSS. Results: A significant difference was found between the two ventilation methods in terms of tidal volume (t=-11.203, p<.001), ventilation time (t=-3.834, p<.001), and optimum ventilation probability (t=10.770, p<.001). A-BVM ventilation method, rather than BVM ventilation method, showed a value close to the appropriate amount recommended by Korean Advanced Life Support (500~600mL) in tidal volume, and higher in optimum ventilation probability. Conclusion: We could identify the a better mode of ventilation. Further studies on the efficacy of existing BVM ventilation methods as compared to device augmented BVM ventilation methods should be carried out to ensure that adequate ventilation is available to patients in clinical practice.
