플랜트에는 설계, 조달, 시공, 하자보수와 운전, 유지보수 과정이 있으며 각각의 과정에서 다양하고 방대한 양의 데이터가 발생한다. 이 데이터들은 상호 복잡한 관계를 가지고 있지만 각 과정의 데이터들이 흩어져 있어 고장이 발생하거나 유지보수를 시행할 때 필요한 데이터들을 모으는 데 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 각 과정의 데이터들을 한 시스템 안에서 관리 할 수 있는 플랜트 정보 관리 시스템을 구현한다. 데이터베이스를 설계할 때, 플랜트의 공정, 기기, 구조물들의 설계 설치정보와 플랜트 운영 과정에서 발생하는 운전 조건과 센서 데이터, 플랜트 설비의 유지보수 이력정보 등의 데이터를 통합하여 저장할 수 있는 데이터큐브 구조를 차용한다. 이 구조는 플랜트 유지보수를 위한 지식관리 시스템의 적용을 돕기 위해 설계되었다. 플랜트 정보 시스템 화면 설계와 활용 시나리오를 제시하여 본 정보관리 시스템의 활용성을 간접적으로 검증한다.
프로바이오틱스 혼합물의 in vitro에서의 안전성 및 탄수화물 소화 저해 효능 평가

This study aimed to assess the in vitro safety of a probiotics mixture (Lactobacillus acidophilus PBS066, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum PBS067, and Limosilactobacillus reuteri PBS072), along with its inhibitory effect on carbohydrate digestion. All three strains met the antibiotic resistance profile of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) guidelines. None of the strains exhibited hemolytic activity or cytotoxicity against Caco-2 cells. Strains PBS067 and PBS072 inhibited α-amylase activity, whereas all three strains suppressed α-glucosidase activity, indicating that the mixture might limit carbohydrate digestion in the gastrointestinal tract. These findings support the safety of this probiotics mixture and its potential to modulate carbohydrate metabolism in the gut.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the influences of early childhood teachers' play beliefs and teaching efficacy on play support competency by examining general trends about them and finding out their relationships. Methods This survey research was conducted on early childhood teachers in Gyeongnam, and data was collected from May 1, 2022, to May 19, 2022, and 349 questionnaires were collected. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 program, and descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were used. Results Play beliefs, teaching efficacy, and play support competency were all higher than usual, and they had statistically significant differences depending on general characteristics such as age, final education, career, and marital status. All play beliefs, teaching efficacy, and play support competency had significantly positive correlations. The factor with the highest influence on play support competency was teaching efficacy, followed by play beliefs. Conclusions In order to achieve higher quality play support competency, it is necessary to prepare systematic training and programs to develop early childhood teachers' play beliefs and teaching efficacy.
건강보험공단 자료를 이용한 재난적 의료비 및 의료 빈곤화 발생률 분석

Backgrounds: Until now, the calculation of financial protection indicators related to healthcare expenditures in Korea has been mainly conducted using panel survey data, which has deviated from the data actually available by the Korean National Health Insurance Service (NHIS), the main body of the catastrophic health expenditure (CHE) support program. This study calculated the incidence of CHE and impoverishing health spending (IHS) using the claims data to show the possibility of regular monitoring by the NHIS. Methods: Analyses were conducted using data from 2018 to 2020. The incidence of CHE and IHS were calculated by year and by disease, and the number and type of households with new CHE and IHS were calculated. Finally, we tried to explore high-risk groups that require intensive monitoring through logistic regression analysis. Results: The incidence of CHE using NHIS data was 16.7% in 2018, 17.0% in 2019, and 16.6% in 2020. The incidence of IHS was 2.75% in 2018, 2.82% in 2019, and 2.78% in 2020. Households with severe diseases had twice the incidence of CHE and IHS compared to households without severe diseases. After COVID-19, the number of new CHE cases decreased, but the number of new IHS cases increased. The ‘income reduction type’ increased, and the ‘healthcare expenditure increase type’ decreased. Conclusion: The calculation of CHE and IHS incidence using NHIS claims data has limitations, but it was not different much from previous studies, suggesting its validity as a data source for calculating financial protection indicators.
프로바이오틱스 Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus LRH020의 미생물막 형성 평가

병원성 미생물에 의한 감염을 일으키는 주요 독성인자중 하나인 응집 물질은 자가응집 및 미생물막 형성으로인체 건강에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구에서 Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus LRH020 (DSM25568) 균주의 독성 유전자 분석을 통해 asa1 유전자를 확인하였고, 표현형으로의 발현 여부 확인을 위하여 미생물막형성능과 자가응집능 활성실험을 진행하였다. 실험결과LRH020은 양성대조군 Escherichia. faecalis ATCC 19433 과 비교하였을 때 유의적으로 미생물막 형성능이 낮으며, 비교균주 Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG)와자가응집능에 차이가 없음을 확인하였다. 균주 LRH020 은 asa1 유전자는 가지고 있으나, 표현형으로는 상업균주LGG와 유사함으로 잠재적인 프로바이오틱스로서의 안전성을 확인하였다.

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) play an important role in dairy fermentations, notably as cheese starter cultures. During the cheese production and ripening period, various enzymes from milk, rennet, starter cultures, and non-starter LABs are involved in flavor formation pathways, including glycolysis, proteolysis, and lipolysis. Among these three pathways, starter LABs are particularly related to amino acid degradation, presumably as the origins of major flavor compounds. Therefore, we used several enzymes as major criteria for the selection of starter bacteria with flavor-forming ability. Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis LDTM6802 and Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris LDTM6803, isolated from Korean raw milk and cucumber kimchi, were confirmed by using multiplex PCR and characterized as starter bacteria. The combinations of starter bacteria were validated in a miniature Gouda-type cheese model. The flavor compounds of the tested miniature cheeses were analyzed and profiled by using an electronic nose. Compared to commercial industrial cheese starters, selected starter bacteria showed lower pH, and more variety in their flavor profile. These results demonstrated that LDTM6802 and LDTM6803 as starter bacteria have potent starter properties with a characteristic flavor-forming ability in cheese.
프로바이오틱스 Bifidobacterium breve BB077 안전성 평가

Probiotics are live microorganisms that confer health benefits onto the host when administered at adequate doses. Most widely used probiotics, such as lactobacilli and bifidobacteria, are known to be elements of healthy gut microflora and hence are not considered a threat to the host. However, probiotics may pose a risk in certain populations with compromised immune systems or defects in gut barrier functions. Herein, we evaluated the safety of Bifidobacterium breve BB077, according to the safety evaluation guidelines for probiotics produced by the National Institute of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation (NIFDS). The results show that B. breve BB077 is both non-hemolytic and non-cytolytic. In contrast, B. breve BB077 exhibited higher streptomycin and tetracycline resistance than the suggested NIFDS standard cut-off values. Hence, a genetic analysis of the streptomycin and tetracycline resistance genes was performed to determine the origin of antimicrobial resistance. Streptomycin and tetracycline resistance was shown have arisen from chromosomal mutations and considered intrinsic to the taxonomic group. In conclusion, the B. breve BB077 strain might be safe for human consumption. 프로바이오틱스가 널리 사용됨에 따라 European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)와 식품의약품안전평가원이 제시하는 프로바이오틱스 안전성 평가 가이드라인에 준수하여 B. breve BB077의 안전성을 평가하였다. 본 실험에 사용한 B. breve BB077 균주는 용혈성이 발생하지 않았으며, 독소를거의 생성하지 않았음을 확인하였다. 항생제 내성 평가에서는 7종의 항생제에서는 EFSA 권고 cut-off value 보다 낮은 항생제 내성을 보였으며, 2종의 항생제인 streptomycin 와 tetracycline에서는 cut-off value 보다 높은 항생제 내성을 보였다. streptomycin, tetracycline에 대한 내성 결정인자는 B. breve 종의 공통 유전적 특징으로 외부로부터 전달받은 내성이 아닌 자연돌연변이에 의한 획득내성이기에 사용에 안전한 균주임을 확인하였다.
