LPG-톨루엔 겸용 저온 촉매버너의 연소특성에 관한 실험적 연구

The aim of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the catalytic burner to bum LPG and toluene alternately which can be applied to the dryer of an acryl coating process of textile. It was difficult to obtain complete conversion when the catalytic burner was installed to downward direction. The catalytic burner was improved by introducing the forced diffusion combustion air and the premixing air. The optimal operating conditions for the newly improved catalytic burner were obtained. The catalytic burner for toluene mixture was also investigated to incinerate toluene mixture exhausted from drying process. Results showed that the catalytic burner could oxidize toluene mixture completely at the proper operating conditions. Finally, the catalytic burner to bum LPG and toluene alternately was applied to the dryer of acryl coating. By using the catalytic burner, benefits of energy savings and environmental protection were obtained.

The Character Education Promotion Act 2015 is the outcome of ever-rising concerns about character education in Korea. Since its enactment kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools are required by the Act to develop and implement character education programs, whereas character education in higher education institutions are mostly left to their discretion. It is now necessary that the curriculum and programs for pre-service teachers in the Colleges of Education should be food for thought regarding character education inasmuch as character education in schools largely depends upon the kind of education offered by the Colleges of Education to pre-service teachers. This paper looks into some examples of character education programs offered by some higher education institutions in Korea with a view to deriving the ideas and principles of character education for pre-service teachers. It is argued that character education should be understood as the aim of all education, not as a type of education. Inherent in educational activities proper is a self-transcending movement in which the participants are encouraged to pull themselves out of the solipsistic view of the world. A focal point for character education can be also given to all the programs and educational activities in the Colleges of Education insofar as they are carried out for the idea of teachers’ self-education. 최근 인성교육진흥법의 제정과 더불어 고조되기 시작한 인성교육에 대한 우리 사회의 관심에는 교원양성기관에서 이루어지고 있는 교육의 양상에 대한 검토 요구가 그 한 부분으로 들어 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 국내 대학에서 운영되고 있는 인성교육 프로그램들을 검토하면서 그것으로부터 예비교사를 위한 인성교육의 방안과 원리를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 인성교육은 모종의 새롭고 특별한 교육활동에 대한 요청이 아니라 교육다운 교육을 위한 요구로 이해되어야 하며, 이 요구는 교육활동에 참여하는 주체가 목적지향성을 벗어나 자기초월적 질서에 조율됨으로써 충족될 수 있다. 오늘날 교육대학은 인성교육을 위한 자기초월적 원리를 실현하는 데 다소간 불리한 인적, 물적 환경과 사회적 상황에 처해 있지만, 동시에 여러 교육활동들을 자기교육이라는 인격완성의 분명한 초점 아래 통일시킬 수 있는 이점 또한 가지고 있다. 교육다운 교육을 책임질 예비교사를 길러내기 위한 교육대학의 문화는 인격완성의 질서가 흐르는 장(場)이 되어야 한다.
