Emerging of cloud computing service has made network infrastructure a service component as NaaS (Network as a Service). Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customers systems and information is of the utmost importance to network provider, as is maintaining trust and confidence in cloud computing business which deals with critical information personal and enterprise properties Especially, a secure connectivity and E2E QoS between enterprise network and cloud data centers are mandatory condition with regard to enterprise cloud service. In this paper, we consider security requirements in WAN and LAN region of cloud network service and on the basis of that, we make an estimate the evolution of cloud service network.

Internet business environment is changing rapidly from web-centric business to video content delivery. Now a day, the share of traffic is more occupied by file sharing and video contents than web surfing. Since these large size video contents are growing, network operators and internet providers start to build cooperation in order to ensure the transport QoS. The change of the use of internet traffic and a surge in traffic as a way to align revenue needs Smart Network which is able to aware the service and provide a high-quality content delivery by allocating the best network resources. Smart network is proposed for optimal structure and functionalities for contents delivery over IP network. Smart Network performs the role of foundation for the evolution for Content-Centric Network; CCN. In this paper, we propose the architecture and functionalities of Smart Network to provide the video contents delivery in an efficient and optimized way.
비좌굴 knee brace가 설치된 철골조 건물의 내진설계

Analytical models and a performance-based seismic design procedure were proposed for a steel structure with buckling-restrained knee-braces. The hinge-connected main structural members, such as beams and columns, were designed only for gravity loads, and all the lateral seismic load was resisted by the braces. The design procedure was based on the concept of the capacity spectrum method, and the size of knee-brace was estimated using the equivalent damping required to be supplied to meet the given performance objective. Parametric study was performed with design variables such as yield stress and cross-sectional area of knee-braces to find out proper slope and yield strength of the brace. The proposed method was applied to a five-story structure with buckling-restrained knee-braces. According to the time-history analysis results, the maximum displacement of the model structure retrofitted by knee braces turned out to correspond well with the desired target displacement.

To cope with exploding Internet traffic, telecommunication companies are considering smart network technology. This paper evaluated the impact of Internet traffic for the smart network when ISP utilized nodes smartly so that they can do smart caching, ISP controls both routing and traffic matrix as a Telco-CDN so that they can decide more efficient traffic routing policy and ISPs cooperates each other so that they efficiently control IX traffic between them as a Telco-CDNi. Finally, the economic valve of smart network from the traffic reduction of these points was estimated.
