        자하 하디드 건축의 조형적 특성을 응용한 헤어디자인 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze constitutive and geometric formativeness from architecture designed by Zaha Hadid. We made total 4 hair design work based on analysis and the result are as follows. First, We analyze Zaha Hadid’s formativeness according to period of beginning, middle and latter in order to understand background of formation. At the beginning, the architecture was effected by de-constructivism so it features atypically geometric structure with dynamical- diagonal line. At the middle, irregular curves shows dynamic and the combination of porosity and systematic shows formativeness. At the end, the structure shows more curve used flexibly. Second, We analyze Zaha Hadid’s 4 representative architecture and realize that the architecture shows flexible and informal feature due to diagonal wall, leaned-column, systematic curve, repeated diagonal line and curve. Third, we are motivated by Zaha Hadid’s 4 representative architecture and finally make creative hair design work. Work 1 is motivated by Vitra Fire Station that features sharp direction and asymmetry. Work 1 shows informal beauty of a sculpture. Work 2 is motivated by Galaxy Soho that features repeated and intersected soft and curve. Work 2 shows repeated and successive pattern in three dimension. Work 3 is motivated by Heydar Aliyev Cultural Centre that features flexible curve. Work 3 shows a sense of balance with S and C curve overlapped. Work 4 is motivated by Dongdaemun Design Plaza that features harmony of irregular and asymmetric. Work 4 shows soft and rhythmical beauty by using smooth and gross texture together. Additionally It has voluminous style and an air of mystery thanks to ash blue color. The research is to make creative hair design work motivated by Zaha Hadid’s architecture. The preceding research of hair design which has something to do with architecture is limited, specially when with Zaha Hadid’s architecture. The significance of research is to develop creative hair design.

        미용서비스교육이 헤어미용종사자의 고객지향성과 직무성과에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 미용서비스교육이 미용종사자의 고객지향성과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 연구이다. 연구 결과 첫 번째, 서비스교육훈련, 고객지향성과 직무성과의 상관분석을 실시한 결과 서비스교육훈련은 직무성과와, 고객지향성은 서비스교육훈련과 직무성과는 서비스교육훈련과 가장 높은 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째, 서비스교육훈 련은 고객지향성과 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서비스교육훈련은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, 서비스교육훈련과 고객지향성은 직무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무성과에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요인은 고객지향성으로 나타났으며, 고객지향성, 서비스교육훈련의 하위요인 교육환경, 교육내용, 교육강사가 높을수록 직무성과가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 미용종사자들의 교육환경과 강사진, 교육내용이 좋을수록 고객지향적인 서비스가 높게 나타나 충성도 높은 고객의 창출로 이어지며 직무성과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 보여준다. This study empirically analyzed the effects of beauty service training on customer orientation and job performance of beauty industry workers. First, as a result of the study, there were differences in service training, customer orientation, and job performance according to general characteristics, and service training showed significant differences in age, highest level of education, work experience, and number of employees, job performance in age, work experience, and number of employees, and job performance in age, academic background, work experience, and number of employees. Secondly, it was identified that service training makes a significant effect on customer orientation, the factor that makes the greatest effect on customer orientation among sub-factors of service training is educational content, and it can be seen that customer orientation increases when educational content, educational instructor, and educational environment are higher. Thirdly, it was identified that service training and customer orientation make a significant effect on job performance. hese research results show that the better the educational environment, instructor, and educational content of beauty industry workers, the higher the customer-oriented service, leading to the creation of loyal customers and can improve job performance as well.

        미용종사자의 업무가치감이 직무만족을 매개로 서비스 생산성에 미치는 영향

        This study empirically analyzed the effect of work value of beauty industry workers on service productivity through job satisfaction. First, according to the result of investigating factors that make effect on service productivity, it was identified that service productivity increases when work value and job satisfaction are higher. Also, it was identified that service productivity increases when awareness of satisfying values, intrinsic satisfaction, recognition of work value, recognition of self-value, and extrinsic satisfaction are higher. Fourthly, as a result of investigating the effects of work value of beauty industry workers on service improvement through job satisfaction, it was identified that the mediating effect of job satisfaction was also significant in the sobel test as Z value of |Z|=15.057 showed a greater value than 1.96. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that inner motivation can be increased for beauty industry workers to recognize that their work is meaningful and worthwhile and service productivity can be maximized by improving the satisfaction and intrinsic job satisfaction that come from work itself. 본 연구는 미용종사자의 업무가치감이 직무만족을 매개로 서비스 생산성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 연구이다. 연구결과 서비스 생산성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실시한 결과는 업무가치감이 높고, 직무만족이 높을수록 서비스생산성이 높아짐을 알 수 있다. 또한 가치충족인식, 내재적만족, 업무가치인식, 자기가치인식, 외재적 만족이 높을수록 서비스생산성이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 미용종사자의 업무가치감이 직무만족을 매개로 서비스향상에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과 |Z|=15.057로 Z값이 1.96보다 큰 값을 보여 sobel test에서도 직무만족의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 미용종사들이 스스로 자신의 업무가 의미있고, 가치 있으면 보람되다고 인지할 수 있도록 내적동기를 상승시키고 일 자체에서 오는 만족감, 내재적 직무만족을 향상시킴으로서 서비스 생산성을 극대화 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

        In this study, we wanted to suggest that it is possible to cast new light on the hair design style, and presented a creative hair design style by abandoning prejudice to create a salon style in a new form. In this study, we also tried to demonstrate the practicality of signification of salon up style by analyzing the works so that it can be actually applied to the hair style of customers in the beauty treatment field, and at the same time by presenting the theoretical framework of analysis based on the works of the International Apprentices Competition.

        As we can know society and culture of the times when analyzing a phenomenon of one type, this study examined the history of beauty skills competitions, focusing on up-style and hair-by-night. This study connected elements of hair design appearing in competitions to salon style, and suggested education materials and the function of practical art through comparative analysis of up-style and hair-by-night. However, the limitation is not to provide more systematic comparative analysis and previous competition participants` materials.

        프랭크 게리 건축의 조형 요소를 응용한 헤어디자인 작품 제작 연구

        This research is to provide a new perspective and direction on original hair design by analyzing the formability of Frank Gehry architecture and visualizing the characteristics and producing three creative hair design works. The conclusions of this research are as follows. First, through domestic and international prior research and literature research, the formative characteristics of Frank Gehry's architecture are three types: organic structure, distortion and asymmetry, dismantling and overlapping. Second, after examining Frank Gehry's deconstructive architectural characteristics, We selected five representative buildings. Third, We made three hair design works by using various expression techniques to clearly reveal the formative characteristics of Frank Gehry's architecture. The characteristics and production process of the work were organized along with photos. Based on these hair design works, conclusions can be drawn as follows. First, The atypical form beauty in Frank Gehry architecture can be motive of rich hair design. Second, The expression of hair design can be expanded by providing formative features such as organic structure, distortion and asymmetry, dismantling and overlapping as morphological elements of hair design. Third, The materials and colors used in Frank Gehry architecture could be applied not only to hair design but also to beauty fields that can give artistic value such as makeup and nails. Based on the connection between architecture and hair, the Frank Gehry's morphological features can be reinterpreted as hair design and such creative designs can be presented beyond limitations through various techniques and approaches.
