한반도 서해안 변산-태안지역 연안 퇴적물과 육상지질과의 지화학적 상관관계

A geochemical study was carried out to define how marine shore sediments are related to their terrestrial source rocks in the region of Taean and Byunsan Peninsula, western Korea. The lithology of the coastal part of the study area is composed of Pre-Cambrian granite gneiss, schist, Jurassic terrestrial sedimentary rocks, and Cretaceous plutonic intrusives. Shore sediments are transported from three drainage tributaries. The sediments consist of quatrz with clay minerals, such as illite, kaolinite, smectite, chlorite. Heavy minerals include hematite, ilmenite, rare amount of zircon and apatite. Compared to those in coastal rocks, amount of heavy minerals in the sediments is considerably low. The low content of heavy minerals is thought to be attributed to the heavy mineral detainment in the river beds and influences of tidal currents which cause heavy minerals to accumulate in specific spots. Chemical composition of the major and trace elements, trace elements, and REE chondrite normalized pattern suggest that shore sediments transported from the corresponding drainage tributary show close mineralogical and geochemical relationships with the source rocks distributed in the Taean and Byunsan Peninsula.
막장볼트가 수평으로부터 벗어나는 경우 추가해 주어야 하는 본수에 대한 실내실험 및 수치해석

막장볼트는 시공중 지반조건 및 천공기계의 기계적 원인에 의해 수평으로부터 벗어나게 타설되는 경우가 많다. 본 연구는 실내실험과 수치해석을 통하여 막장볼트가 수평으로부터 벗어나는 경우에 대한 보강효과의 변화를 검증하였다. 또한 이 결과를 바탕으로 추가해 주어야 하는 볼트의 개수에 대하여 고찰하였다. 본 연구로부터 막장 중앙부부터 타설하는 막장볼트는 가능한 한 수평으로 타설하는 것이 효과적이며 벗어나는 경우에는 볼트를 추가해 주어야 하는 것이 명확해 졌다. 본 연구의 조건하에서는3본/단면을 타설 할 경우 모든 볼트가 $R15^{\circ}$로 수평으로부터 벗어나면 1.5본/단면을 추가해 주어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. During installation of face bolts, they are often deviated from the designed horizontal direction. In this study, a laboratory test and numerical analysis were conducted to examine the change of support effect by them. Also, the number of bolts to be added for achieving the designed support effect was considered. It was verified in this study that the horizontal installation is more effective. Under the test condition of this study, 1.5 bolts/section should be added in the face of which the installation density was 3 bolts/section when the bolts were installed with $R15^{\circ}$ angle from the horizontal position.
Education and Training Program using HANARO

This report will introduce the epitome about the subject, HANARO (Hi-flux Advanced Neutron Application Reactor designed by KAERI in early 1995) Utilization Education Training Program Development and Operation, which is one of the nuclear research basic expansion businesses executed from 1999. 12. to strengthen the usage of HANARO. This program consists of the basic reactor experiments program for university students who have specialty of nuclear and other engineering, and the special research education program for faculties from universities and researchers from industrial fields. Principle lessons are reactor operation, radioisotope production, neutron activation analysis, neutron radiography, radiation shield (health physics), nuclear fuel combustion measurement by gamma scanning arrangement, and CNS (Compact Nuclear Simulator) and so on.
수치해석 및 계측자료 분석을 통한 막장볼트의 보강효과에 관한 연구

국내의 경우 터널 지반보강증 강관다단그라우팅 공법이 폭넓게 시용되지만 해외의 경우 시공성 및 경제성이 막장볼트 공법이 흔히 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 도로터널 붕락 발생시 적용한 강관다단그라우팅 및 막장볼트의 적용효과에 대해서 수치해석을 통해 분석해 보았다. 또한 해외 시공사례의 계측데이터를 바탕으로 두 공법의 보강효과에 대해 분석해 보았다. 본 연구를 통해 막장 전면에 파쇄대가 발달하는 경우 페이스공법도 막장보강에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. Unlike in Korea where steel pipe-reinforced multistep grouting is of commonly used methods for tunnel reinforcement, face bolt method is more widely used due to its better workability and lower construction cost in other countries. In this paper, the effects of both methods after tunnel failure were numerically analyzed and verified based on the oversea construction experiences. As a result it is concluded that the face bolt method may be effective to reinforcement especially when there are some fractured zones developed in the face of tunnel.
