집합행위에 대한 엘스터의 설명 논리 비판

문】엘스터는 사회구조적으로 결정된 이해관계의 내용과 형태를 추구하는 개인들의 합리적 선택의 결과로 집합행위가 나타난다고 설명한다. 그러나 왜 특정한 유형의 집합행위가 수행되는가에 대해서는 엘스터로서는 제대로 설명할 수 없다. 개인들이 수행하는 집합행위는 항상 특정한 유형으로 존재한다. 이에 대해 제대로 설명할 수 없다면, 그의 이론은 그만큼 설득력이 떨어질 수밖에 없다.사회구조와 개인들의 행위가 본질적으로 연관되어 있는 한, 미시적 기초인 개인의 지성, 의도뿐만 아니라, 사회구조를 통해서도 개인들의 행위를 해명할 수 있어야 한다. 행위 유형적 접근 방식은 사회구조로부터 행위를 설명하는 것을 가능하게 만든다. 특정한 사회구조가 존속, 유지된다는 것은 그것을 유지시키는 기본 집단의 존재를 함축하며, 이들이 수행하는 특정 유형의 집합행위는 사회구조에 의해 규정될 뿐만 아니라 그것의 존속과 유지에 필수적인 행위 유형, 구조제약적 행위로서 존재한다. 구조제약적이든 그렇지 않든 간에 사회적으로 유의미한 결과를 가져오는 특정 유형의 집합행위는 사회구조의 특성에 의해 그 존재와 양상이 규정되는 한에서, 집합행위를 이해하기 위해서는 사회구조의 본질적 특징이나 규칙에 대한 분석이 선행되어야 하고, 다음으로는 상호관계의 구조적 배경에 대한 파악이 필요하다.

직업적성 개념에서 주목해야 할 측면-철학적 접근

The main purpose of this paper is to grope for possibility of the concept ‘occupational aptitude’ to be supported by theoretical and practical power through the philosophical elaboration & enrichment. To accomplish it, this paper searches for noteworthy aspects in the study of it. For excising studies can't propose a good power of explanation on problems connected definition and essence of occupational aptitude. In the first place, we can only reach balanced in-depth and dynamic understanding of occupational aptitude if the variation of technical social Contents of job must be premised and involved in our studies. Secondly, mutual dependance between job & occupational aptitude and correlative variation of contents of both are only exposed come out from the relative and unified viewpoint on occupational aptitude & contents of job. Thirdly, in order to reach balanced understanding on occupational aptitude, we ought to concentrate on not only external conditions but also internal factors of it's formation and developing. And fourthly, value-oriented disposition of human thinking & action have always to be used for the valid and effective access to comprehend the formation processes & aspects of occupational aptitude. In the final analysis, the concept of occupational aptitude to be supported by theoretical and practical power have to premise enforcement of job-centred stance , balance of aspects to be focused on and not to be focused on in existing research, the idea that the complex approach is apt for occupational aptitude. 이 연구의 목적은 정교화의 충실화 작업을 통해 이론적•실천적 지지력을 갖춘 직업적성 개념의 조건을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존 연구에서 주목하지 않았던 측면(직무의 내용 변화, 직무와 직업적성의 상호작용, 직업적성의 주체적 계발과 형성, 직업적성의 직업관 의존성)을 집중 조명한다. 첫째, 직무의 기술적•사회적 내용 변화에 대한 다각적 분석을 전제하거나 병행해야, 비로소 직업적성의 균형적•심층적•역동적 이해가 가능해진다. 직무 내용의 변화는 직업적성 자체의 가변성뿐만 그 발현 조건의 변화를 함축하기 때문이다. 둘째, 직무가 직업적성에 미치는 영향만큼이나 후자 역시 전자에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 연관적, 통일적 관점에서 접근해야 양자의 상관적 변화를 포착할 수 있다. 셋째, 직업적성 계발 및 형성에 영향을 미치는 주체적 요인에 주목해야, 역동적이고 성숙한 직업적성 개념에 도달할 수 있다. 넷째, 사고와 행위의 가치 지향성은 인간의 본래적 특성이기에, 직업관은 직업적성 개념 및 직업적성 형성 과정과 양상에 큰 영향을 미친다. 이론적, 실천적 지지력을 갖춘 직업적성 개념은 직무 중심 논리 강화, 주목받았던 측면과 주목받지 못했던 측면의 균형 회복, 구성 요인들의 복합적 상호관계를 드러낼 수 있는 접근법을 전제해야 한다.

아비투스의 직업철학적 함의

The main purpose of this paper is to find out the implication of ``habitus`` for occupational philosophy. I guess that ``habitus`` has a good power of explanation and theoretical usefulness for it. For the sake of efficient conduct of these tasks, we need to question closely how ``habitus`` can be applicable to main themes in occupational philosophy. ``Habitus`` based upon cultural constructionism of society provides the way in which we can make an in-depth study of not only the occupational character of class but the class character of occupation. And through the uncovering structural roots of occupational choice, it breaks the illusion that we always behave our own will. Furthermore it has intrinsic possibilities to lead us into the study of the relations of occupational activities to ideologies and to self-examinations of the one attending to his work. Finally it does not miss an opportunity to meet the theoretical power of occupational activities even if it concentrates occupational prestiges.

마르크스 노동소외론의 직업철학적 재정립-부정적 접근

노동소외론의 현재화와 정교화는 직업 및 관련 담론에 대한 포괄적 포섭 능력을 전제하며, 노동소외론 스스로 직업철학의 유력 패러다임으로 자리매김해야 온전한 수행이 가능하다. 이를 위해 노동소외론이 수행해야 할 전략적 과제들이 있다. 자신이 겨냥한 이론적 목표의 직업철학적 유효성을 입증해야 하며 직업 영역의 주요 문제에 대해 적실한 설명도 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 무엇보다 노동소외 관련 문제에 대해 차별화된 강점을 보여줄 필요가 있다. 그러나 이 과제들의 수행 가능성에 대한 평가는 부정적이다. 노동소외론과 직업철학 담론 양자의 내포 및 외연의 차이 그리고 학문적, 현실적 맥락의 상이함 때문에 전자의 이론적 목표는 후자의 핵심 목표로 남기 어렵다. 구조와 계급을 넘어 개별 요소와 계층을 담아내지 못해, 직업의 분화와 다양화• 생활방식과 의식구조의 이질화 • 이념성의 탈색 등 직업 영역의 주요 문제에 대한 설명적 적합성도 확보하기 어렵다. 이로 인해 노동소외 관련 문제에서조차 흡인력을 발산하지 못하고 있다. 복합적으로 분화된 직업 현실 및 관련 담론을 포섭하지 못하는 한, 노동소외론의 현재화와 정교화 시도는 성공할 수 없다. The purpose of this paper is to attempt a repositioning of K. Marx"s ‘the Alienation of Labor’ from an aspect of occupational Philosophy through the negative approach. In spite of enormous potentialities, ‘the Alienation of Labor’ expose it"s serious weaknesses. In the first place, the theoretical targets of ‘the Alienation of Labor’ is not suitable for occupational Philosophy because there are the extentional and intentional differences between ‘the Alienation of Labor’ and occupational Philosophy. Second, ‘the Alienation of Labor’ can"t present effective explanations of main issues of occupation sphere that are connected with differentiation and diversification of occupations, heterogeneity of one"s lifestyles and consciousness structures, exclusion of ideological faith from occupational sphere etc. Because it lacks the capacities to explain individual elements and strata beyond structures and classes. And therefore, finally, it can"t propose a good power of explanation on problems connected alienation of labor.

Under modes functional explanation, Cohen explained forces of production through the benefit that production relations makes an offers to forces of production. This is in collusion with theses of development and of primacy of forces of production. The theoretical basis of these is his understanding of forces of production. Defining of forces of production, he wholly excludes concepts of relation. For Cohen, forces of production are identified with productivity, are the object that has carrying forces of production, namely labor power and instruments of production. According to him, combinations of labor power and instruments of production is not involved in forces of production. But combinations of labor power and instruments of production is in itself not involved in forces of production. Labor power is realized under the conditions that owners of labor power is acting, and combinations of labor power and instruments of production is realized under conditions that the owners of labor power and non-labours is combined in. And the basis of this combinations are their relations attributed to their social, structural potions. Futhermore because their interactions reproduce material world, those becomes structural interactions. Now forces of production can be defined the modes of social combinations of labor elements that is based on the structural interactions, or modes of specific relating of labor elements that is based on the structural interactions.

한정 경험의 인식적 함의에 대한 사회철학적 접근 -물신성 개념의 분석을 토대로-

The restricted experience mediate objective reality and epistemic fallacy. According to Marx, Fetischcharakter is suitable in seeing through this mediation. Fetischcharakter comes out Selbstandigkeit of phenomena that Essence brings about. It gives rise to Umkehrung of essence and phenomena. And it conceals the sources of Mehrwert. Especially we must pay attention that Fetischcharakter determines the main causes that restrict our experience in individual dimension. Only so we can show that Fetischcharakter determines fixed repeated actions in limited sphere and absence of theoretical capacity. Thus fixed repeated actions in limited sphere and theoretical consciousness are shut up in the Selbstandigkeit of phenomena, Umkehrung of essence and phenomena, concealment of the sources of Mehrwert. These actions and absence of theoretical capacity after all lead to the restricted experience and epistemic fallacy imbued with Fetischcharakter.
