Banha (Pinellia ternata) is a herbal medicine which is composed of alkaloid substances, homegentisic acid, 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and 3,4-diglycosilic benzaldehyde and is mainly prescribed in cough with dyspnea, gastric retention, distention and pain of the thorax and abdomen, lymph node tuberculosis, carbuncle, and furuncle. The use of raw Banha has been prohibited in pregnant woman because of it's strong toxicity. In this study, to investigate whether Banha affects the antioxidant system of male reproductive organs, we analyzed the mRNA expression patterns of glutathione peroxidase (GPx) family (type 1-4) in the reproductive organs of rats exposed to Banha. Banha extracts (0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1, and 2 g/㎏ body weight) were treated to 6 week-old rats for 4 weeks per oral. Total RNAs were extracted from testis, epididymis, prostate, and seminal vesicle and then RT-PCR was perfomed with the specific primers of each GPx enzyme. In epididymis and prostate, GPx1 mRNA were decreased by Banha treatment except for 2 g/㎏ treatment in prostate. However, GPx1 mRNA in seminal vesicle was increased by Banha treatment. GPx2 mRNA was increased in testis and seminal vesicle. GPx4 (PHGPx) mRNA was decreased in seminal vesicles by 0.1 and 1 g/㎏ treatment of Banha. These findings indicate that Banha may affect the antioxidant system of male reproductive organs, although further study is necessary.
격자 구조를 이용한 쌍방향 릴레이 채널에서의 네트웍 코딩

본 논문에서는 단방향 릴레이 채널(One-way relay channel)과 쌍방향 릴레이 채널(Two-way relay channel)에서의 증폭 후 전송(AF:Amplify-and-Forward) 방식과 디코딩 후 전송(DF:Decoding-and-Forward) 방식을 소개한다. 또한 격자 구조를 이용한 새로운 기법을 제시하고 각 채널 상황에서의 달성가능 전송률(Achievable rate)을 기존의 방식에서의 달성 가능 전송률과 비교한다. 새로이 제안된 방식은 릴레이 노드에서 받은 신호를 격자 구조 상에서 모듈로 오퍼레이션을 하여 재전송 하는 것으로 디코딩 후 전송의 경우보다 그 복잡도가 줄어들고, 증폭 후 전송의 경우보다 신호 파워와 노이즈 파워 측면에서 이득을 볼 수 있다. 우리의 기법은 기존의 바이너리(binary) 채널에서의 네트웍 코딩 기법을 가우시안 채널로 확장한 것이라 볼 수 있다.
COVID-19 시대의 민·관·군 통합 사이버 재난본부 구성 방안

Cyber threats have become more prevalent and threatening as IT utilization increased rapidly due to COVID-19. Cyber attacks have targeted major organizations, public utilities, governments, military defenses, and the general public. Cyber attacks can lead to major crisis situations and this has prompted an analysis of Korea’s response posture to such attacks and what preparations have been made against them. With COVID-19, activities in cyberspace have increased and so have the possibility of a national crisis caused by cyber attacks. To address cyber attacks, the state should recognize that national security can be threatened by cyber attacks and consider forming an integrated public-private cyber disaster headquarters. Changes in the security and informatization departments of government agencies are needed. Measures to actively respond to cyber disaster situations by integrating the functions of the public and private sectors and the military in a cyber disaster headquarters are proposed in this paper covering a wide range of scenarios.
