Recently in the automobile industry, there have been several efforts to reduce the weight and enhance the safety of vehicles. In this study, the hardable boron steel sheet was used in hot press deep drawing process. Through hot press deep drawing, boron steel sheet alloys generally show a good formability, work hardening and a small amount of spring back. The main process parameters are punch speed, blank holding force and initial blank temperature. Experiments were performed at a constant temperature for the die and punch. The effects of the main process parameters were thoroughly investigated. After forming process, two main kinds of graphs were obtained ; (1) the graphs presenting relationship between punch load, blank holding force and forming depth and (2) the graphs presenting relationship between blank holding force, punch velocity and forming depth . Finally, the corresponding maximum punch load and maximum forming depth value were obtained for forming depth limited. Then regions of fracture and non-fracture were made with point in graph. Furthermore, the microstructural observations and hardness were conducted for different part of the formed boron steel sheets after die quenching.
Effect of Surface Roughness and Reynolds Number on Compressor Cascade Performance

An experimental work has been conducted in a linear compressor cascade to find out the effect of surface roughness and Reynolds number. Surveys were conducted with different roughness size and Reynolds number. The k<SUB>s</SUB>/c value of each roughness is 0.0006, 0.0090, 0.00150, 0.00213, and 0.00425. The range of Reynolds number is 300,000~600,000 and conducted with roughened blade, which roughness Ra is 2.89 microns. Flow pressure, velocity, and angle have been found out via 5 hole probe. Pressure loss and deviation increased with increasing roughness. In the low Reynolds number under 500,000, tested roughness does not affect to the performance of compressor cascade. However, roughness is very sensitive to pressure loss in high Reynolds number over 550,000.
입체적 토지등록 및 이용을 위한 법ㆍ기술 개선방안 연구

본 연구는 토지의 등록 및 이용에 따른 현행 법령상의 제규정 실태를 분석하고 향후 바람직한 토지의 입체적 등록ㆍ이용방안을 모색해 보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적의 효율적 달성을 위해, 본 연구는 문헌조사법에 의해 입체적 토지등록 및 이용에 관한 기초 이론을 검토하였으며, 구체적 사례조사를 통해 현행 공ㆍ사법적 영역에서 규정하고 있는 토지등록 ㆍ이용에 관한 내용을 파악하였다. 아울러 향후 합리적인 토지의 입체적 등록ㆍ이용방안을 제시함에 있어서는 검토된 내용을 객관적 기준에 토대한 기술적(記述的) 분석방법을 동원하였다. 연구수행을 통해, 본 연구는 우선 입체적 토지등록 및 이용을 위한 기본법적 토대는 현행 지적법이 되어야 하며, 그 구체적 등록 과정에서 최우선으로 고려되어야 할 사항으로서 각 기관부처별로 기 구축되어 있는 데이터의 공동 활용방안과 당해 기관별 추진 중인 사업간의 중복방지를 전제조건으로 제시하였다. 이를 토대로 본 연구는 지상건축물과 지하구조물을 등록할 수 있는 구체적인 기술방법을 제시하였으며, 국가지리정보사업의 추진 과정에서 융화될 수 있는 상호관계를 구체적으로 정립하였다. This study intends to examine the effective limits of the right of ownership in land in discussing about utilities of 3D space. And then indicates the problems of existing legislation and suggests improvement direction of land registration. As a study result, we proposed that the Cadastral Act should provide a three dimensional lot number and the classification of land category. And also it must be the rule that all building and structure should be registrated. There is no provision in the statute on this point. In the field of cadastral surveying, the method of level surveying should be introduced for gain of three dimensional cadastral information.

The purpose of this study is to derive innovative ideas that can provide a smart learning contents effectively to multicultural youth through service design research methods that the creative and multidisciplinary way. This study propose ideas about smart learning contents that solve the educational problems for multicultural youth, through an in-depth study, interviews and stakeholder survey. The multicultural youth are having problems that adapting to korean culture and education curriculum, but they has a negative reactions to separated with korean students at the same time. They want to study the same curriculums with korean students by the education that applied interesting elements such as animations, games, individualized step through the smart learning technology. And all immigrant women were in need of help to child support such as an understanding Korean letters and notices for parents or any Korean bills. To that end, this study presents improvement plans for the education and individual needs through the smart learning contents that applied individualized system.
A Theoretical Study for the Design of a New Ballistic Range

The Ballistic Range has long been employed in a variety of engineering fields such as high-velocity impact engineering, projectile Aerodynamics, creation of new materials, etc, since it can create an extremely high-pressure state in very short time. Of many different types of Ballistic Ranges developed to date, two-stage light gas gun is being employed most extensively. In the current study, a theoretical work has been made to develop a new type of Ballistic Range which can easily simulate a flying projectile. The present Ballistic Range consists of piston, pump tube, highpressure tube, shock tube and launch tube. One-dimensional, unsteady compressible equations are solved to obtain the major design parameters of the present Ballistic Range.

When u safety valve equipped in a nuclear power plant opens in un instant by an accident, a moving shock wave propagates downstream the valve, inducing a complicated unsteady flow field. The moving shock wave may exert severe load to the structure. So, to reduce the load acting on the wall of POSRV a gradual opening of POSRV is adopted in general. In theses connections, a numerical work is performed to investigate the effect of valve opening time on the unsteady flow fields downstream of the valve. Compressible, two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations arc used with the finite volume method. The obtained results show that sharp pressure rise through moving shock for the case 0 r instant opening is attenuated by employing the gradual opening of valve. It is turned that the flows for the two cases of gradual valve opening time show the similar to that of highly under-cxpaJl(.Ied one in jet structure having expansion and compression waves and Mach stem. Also, comparing with the results for the two cases of opening time, the shorter the valve opening is, the pressure gradient at the downstream of the valve becomes softly.
