본 논문은 이온선택성 전극(ion selective electrodes: ISE) 센서 기반의 리더기, 안드로이드 APP과 휴대폰 기반 스마트 미터(smart meter: SM) 및 원격 서버로 구성되는 저가형 모바일(이동식) 수질 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 안드로이드 APP을 이용하여 수질 오염유무를 발생 현장에서 즉시 판정하는 실시간 모바일 모니터링으로 불법적인 무단 폐수 방류에 효과적이고 신속한 대처를 가능하게 한다. 제안한 ISE 센서는 스크린 인쇄기법을 기반으로 제작되어 저가형이며 기존의 ISE에 비해 여러 이온선택성 전극을 하나의 형태로 제작하여 대량생산과 함께 소형화가 용이하다. 각 센서는 Nerenst Equation에 의거 시료의 전위차로부터 이온농도를 측정하며 측정 데이터는 리더기를 경유 블루투스를 통해 SM으로 보내어진다. SM의 안드로이드 APP은 수신한 측정 데이터를 이용 GUI 기반 실시간 분석으로 시료의 오염유무를 간단히 판정한다. APP은 또한 시료 분석 결과를 측정 데이터와 함께 WiFi 혹은 WAN(Wide Area Networks) 망에 연결된 웹 서버로 보내주어 원격 감시 및 DB (MySQL) 확보(저장)를 가능하게 한다. 테스트 베드는 마스터(SM)-슬레이브(리더기) 방식으로 구현되며, 리더기는 atmega328 MCU 칩(Chip)을 갖는 아두이노 우노보드로 설계한다. SM와 리더기 간 통신은 블루투스(HC-06) 모듈을 활용하며 리더기는 I2C(Inter-Integrated Circuit) 통신 방식을 통해 각 이온선택성 전극을 제어한다. This paper proposes a low-cost mobile water quality monitoring system consisting of ion-selective electrode (ISE) sensor-based reader, android APP and a smartphone-based smart meter (SM), and a remote server. The proposed system enables effective and prompt countermeasures against unauthorized wastewater discharge by real-time mobile monitoring that instantly judges the presence or absence of water pollution using Android app (APP). The proposed ISE sensor is manufactured based on the screen printing technique and is low price. It is possible to manufacture various ion selective electrodes in one form compared with the existing ISE, and it is easy to miniaturize together with mass production. Each ISE sensor measures the ion concentration from the potential difference of the sample according to the Nerenst Equation, and its sensor sends the measurement data to the SM via Bluetooth. The APP of SM then determines whether the sample is contaminated and sends that information to a web server connected to a WiFi network or a WAN (Wide Area Networks) network, which enables remote water quality monitoring and database (MySQL) storage. The testbed is implemented as a master (SM)-slave (reader) scheme, and the reader is designed with an Arduino Uno board that has an atmega328 MCU chip. The APP to reader communication uses the Bluetooth (HC-06) module and the reader controls ISE sensors through the I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) communication.

The lower extremity injuries are extremely increasing with the development of industrial & transportational technology. For the lower extremity injuries that result from high-energy forces, particularly those in which soft tissue and large segments of bone have been destroyed and there is some degree of vascular compromise, the problems in reconstruction are major and more complex. In such cases local muscle coverage is probably unsuccessful, because adjacent muscles are destroyed much more than one can initially expect. Reconstruction of the lower extremity has been planned by dividing the lower leg into three parts traditionally The flaps available in each of the three parts are gastrocnemius flap for proximal one third, soleus flap for middle one third and free flap transfer for lower one third. Microvascular surgery can provide the necessary soft tissue coverage from the remote donnor area by free flap transfer into the defect. Correct selection of the appropriate recipient vessels is difficult and remains the most important factor in successful free flap transfer. Vascular anastomosis to recipient vessels distal to the zone of injury has been advocated and retrograde flow flaps are well established in island flaps. Retrograde flow anastomosis could not interrupt the major blood vessels which were essential for survival of the distal limb, the compromise of fracture or wound healing might be prevented. During 5 years, from March 1993 to Feb. 1998, we have done 68 free flap transfers in 61 patients to reconstruct the lower extremity. From analysis of the cases, we concluded that for the reconstruction of the lower extremity, free flap transfer yields a more esthetic and functional results.
개수로 흐름에서 난류가 관성입자의 침강속도에 미치는 영향에 대한 실험연구

Existing particle tracking models predict vertical displacement of particles based on the terminal settling velocity in the stagnant water. However, experimental results of the present study confirmed that the settling velocity of particles is influenced by the turbulence effects in turbulent flow, consistent with the previous studies. The settling velocity of particles and turbulent characteristics were measured by using PTV and PIV methods, respectively, in order to establish relationship between the particle settling velocity and the ambient turbulence. It was observed that the settling velocity increase rate starts to grow when the particle diameter is of the same order as Kolmogorov length scale. Compared with the previous studies, the present study shows that the graphs of the settling velocity increase rate according to the Stokes number have concave shapes for each particle density. In conclusion, since the settling velocity in the natural flow is faster than in the stagnant water, the existing particle tracking model may estimate a relatively long time for particles to reach the river bed. Therefore, the results of the present study can help improve the performance of particle tracking models.

Combining similar data provides larger data sets through conducting test for homogeneity of several samples under various production processes or samples from different LOTs. The test for homogeneity has been applied to either variable or attribute data, and for variable data set physical homogeneity has been tested without consideration of the specification to the set. This paper proposes a method for test of homogeneity based on quality level through using both variable data and the specification. Quality-based test for homogeneity as a way of combining data is implemented by test for coefficient of variation in the proposed method. The method was verified through the application to the data set in open literature. And possibility to combine performance data for various types of thermal battery was discussed in order to estimate operation reliability.
Improving Legibility and Understandability of Source Code by Using Korean Naming Convention Tool

The larger the software, the larger the size of the developing organization.( The software size is growing. Therefore, there is a growing software development organization.) Such increase in size of development teams lead to communication gaps between developers, which renders the legibility and understandability of source codes critical. Programmers interpret code software based on the identifiers of the source code. Disorderly nomenclature of identifiers can make it difficult to understand their meaning, requiring additional time and manpower and thereby incurring higher development costs. Moreover, as source codes are written in English, Korean programmers face the challenge of the language barrier when understanding source codes. In order to solve this issue a Korean naming convention tool can be used, which would entail the following: the natural language process can be applied to the identifiers to categorize the data, which in turn would undergo morphological analysis and matched with Korean words to be Romanized in their notation. Applying this method is expected to enhance Korean programmers' ability to read and understand source codes.
