진로동아리 활동이 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감, 진로역량, 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 진로동아리 활동 프로그램이 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감, 진로역량, 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 부산광역시 소재 D대학교 1~4학년 재학생을 대상으로 운영되는 진로동아리 활동 프로그램 참여자 113명 중 사전-사후검사 모두 실시한 65명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로동아리 활동 프로그램은 진로결정자기효능감에 효과가 있다. 둘째, 진로동아리 활동 프로그램은 진로역량에 효과가 있다. 셋째, 진로동아리 활동 프로그램은 진로준비행동에 효과가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 진로동아리 활동 프로그램이 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감, 진로역량, 진로준비행동의 향상에 효과가 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 대학생의 체계적인 진로준비를 위해 신입생 대상 학과기반 진로탐색을 위한 진로동아리, 진로설계기반 진로역량 함양을 위한 재학생 대상 진로동아리, 고학년/취업준비생 대상 실전취업을 위한 경험기반 취업동아리 개설 및 활동이 요구되며, 나아가 학생 자율성과 주도성을 함양하고 진로활동의 활성화를 위해 동아리 활동을 진로학기제와 같은 학점 제도와 연계, 개편할 필요성도 있음을 제안한다. The purpose of this study is to verify the long term effects of career club activity programs on university students' career decision-making self-efficacy, career competency, and career preparation behavior. This study was conducted on 65 out of 113 participants in the career club activity program operated for 1st to 4th graders at D University in Busan, who conducted both pre- and post-examination. The results of this study are as follows. First, the career club activity program is effective in career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, the career club activity program is effective in career competency. Third, the career club activity program is an effective tool for career preparation. The results of this study show that club activity is effective in improving university students' career decision-making self-efficacy, career competency, and career preparation behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to open and reorganize career clubs for department-based career exploration for freshmen, career clubs for students to cultivate career design-based career skills, and experience-based employment clubs for seniors/job seekers. Furthermore, the study suggested that there is a need to link and reorganize club activities with credit systems such as the career semester system to foster student autonomy and initiative and revitalize career activities.
