        A Study on Current Use of Land in Green Areas and Improvement -Focused on Jeon-ju City-

        This study focuses on strengthening the land use problem and the management policy of the green policy. First, in this study, we investigated the problems of land use of green land through analysis of green area development permit confirmed through official procedure of city planning committee. Second, this study investigated the requirements for improvement of green land policy through individual interview. Four types of residential personnel were selected. Male - to - male interviewed data analysis. The analysis showed that the demand for the four types of residents has shifted. In conclusion, natural green spaces face the need to develop factories, homes and neighborhood service buildings. In particular, renewable facilities for solar energy systems have increased rapidly. Therefore, it is very important to establish a demand for location discrimination that is supported by the land-use system for supply of car supported by the complex land-use technology tool and the sub-district land-use plan.

        Numerical simulation was performed to investigate the flow characteristics inside static in-line mixers for water treatments. RANS3D flow solvers with the standard k-? turbulence model were used for the three cases of the computation conditions. The hydraulic performances were analyzed in sense of the pressure drop and turbulence mixing properties. Through the comparison of the elements composing the mixers, the basic understanding of the mixing mechanism could be obtained to be used for the parametric study of the design.

        Cu박판의 초음파 금속 용착 실험을 통한 용착성 평가

        The Ultrasonic metal welding is used in the solid-phase welding method at room temperature or low temperature state. In welding process, the high frequency vibration energy is delivered to the welding part under the constant pressure for welding. In this study, we aimed to design and manufacture a 40,000 Hz band horn through finite element analysis. By performing modal analysis and harmonic response analysis, the modal analysis result is that the horn frequency was 39,599Hz and the harmonic response result that the horn frequency was 39,533Hz. These results were similar. In order to observe the designed horns performance, about 4,000 voltage data was obtained from a light sensor and was analyzed by FFT analysis using Origin Tool. The result RMS amplitude was approximately 8.5㎛ at 40,000Hz, and maximum amplitude was 12.3㎛. Using this manufactured horn along with an ultrasonic metal welder and tension tester, the weldability of Cu sheets was evaluated. The maximum tensile force was 66.53 N in the welding condition of 2.0 bar pressure, 60% amplitude, and 0.32s welding time. In excessive welding conditions, it was revealed that weldability is influenced negatively.

        초음파 금속 용착기를 이용한 Cu 박판의 용착성 실험

        Ultrasonic metal welder is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster, and horn. Precise designing is required since each parts’ shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper analyzed Cu sheet deposition characteristics using ultrasonic metal welder and tension tester. A horn suitable for 40,000Hz was attached to the ultrasonic metal welder in order to weld Cu plates. The Cu sheet welding was done with different amplitude, pressure, and welding time, and its maximum tension was measured with tension tester. Maximum tension of 153.87N was obtained when the pressure was 2.0bar, amplitude was 80%, and welding time was 0.30s. Therefore, excessive welding condition negatively influences maximum tension measurement result.

        In this study, micro reactor and micromixer of LOC are machined on fused silica glass via powder blasting, a mechanical etching process, and the machining characteristics of the channels are experimentally evaluated. In the process, material removal is performed by the collision of micro abrasives injected by highly compressed air on to the target surface. This approach can be characterized as an integration of brittle mode machining based on micro crack propagation. Fused silica glass, a high purity synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide, is selected as a workpiece material. It has a very low thermal expansion coefficient and excellent optical qualities and exceptional transmittance over a wide spectral range, The powder blasting process parameters affecting the machined results are injection pressure, abrasive particle size and density, stand-off distance, number of nozzle scanning, and shape/size of the required patterns. In this study, the influence of the number of nozzle scanning, abrasive particle size, and pattern size on the formation of micro channels is investigated. Machined shapes of microchannels are measured using a 3-dimensional vision profiler and the results are discussed.

        초음파 금속 용착용 40kHz 혼의 설계와 용착성 평가

        The horn is a key part of the ultrasonic welder. As the shape, mass and material of a horn have effects on the resonant frequency and the vibration mode in ultrasonic welding, a horn has to be designed and manufactured accurately. In this study, 40kHz band horn was designed and manufactured through the vibration mode and finite element analysis. A result of modal analysis showed that the natural frequency of the horn was 39,794Hz, and the frequency response by a harmonic response analysis was 39,800Hz - close to the intended frequency, 40kHz. In addition, weldability of the developed horn was estimated by welding of two Ni sheets and tensile-shear test of welded samples. It was shown the developed horn could be used in metal sheet welding.

        뼈째 포함한 전어 무섞박지 김치의 발효 중 이화학적 품질 특성 연구

        We examined the physicochemical characteristics of radish kimchi supplemented with either 10% boneless or boned sliced gizzard shad (BLGS and BGS, respectively) and compared them to those of untreated kimchi during an eightweek fermentation period. BLGS- and BGS-containing kimchi showed higher acidity, amino nitrogen, and Lactobacillus levels than control kimchi. Furthermore, BGS-containing kimchi showed higher acidity, amino nitrogen, and Lactobacillus levels, and lower reducing sugar contents than BLGS at the optimum- and over-ripened stage. Higher amino nitrogen serves as a good medium for microorganism growth, which produce organic acids, consequently decreasing the reducing sugar, pH levels and increasing the acidity. The preference test showed that the control kimchi was the most preferred at the unripened stage, while the BLGS- and BGS-supplemented kimchi samples in the ripened and over-ripened stages showed similar preferences. In conclusion, our results indicate that gizzard shad-supplemented kimchi shows positive health characteristics, such as low salinity, high amino nitrogen and Lactobacillus levels.

        초음파 식품 컷팅용 공구의 설계

        The ultrasonic cutting method is which cutting by applying high frequency vibrational energy into specific area at constant pressure. Ultrasonic cutting is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster and cutting tool. Precise designing is required since each part"s shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper focused to cutting tool design, its length L was set by calculating vibration equation. And the value of the shape parameter a was diversified as the integral multiple and the result of 40,189Hz the analysis of Modal was shown in the length 30mm of the result of performance b in the 11th mode Also by performing harmonic response analysis, the frequency response result was 40,189Hz, which was similar to modal analysis result.

        고구마 유래 안토시아닌과 카로티노이드 추출물의 Caco-2 소장상피세포 단층막 투과성

        신자미 자색고구마의 안토시아닌 추출물과 신황미 황색고구마의 카로티노이드 추출물의 장관막 투과도를 알아보기 위하여 Caco-2 상피세포를 이용하였다. Caco-2 세포에 대해 안토시아닌과 카로티노이드 추출물들의 세포독성을 확인하여 세포독성이 관찰되지 않은 10 mg/mL와 0.5 mg/mL 농도에서 각각의 단층막 투과도 실험을 진행하였다. Caco-2 세포가 transwell에 단층막을 형성하도록 25일 동안 배양하였고, 투과도 측정에 적합한 in vitro 실험모델인지를 검증하기 위해 lucifer yellow와 atenolol, propranolol을 처리하여 단층막의 integrity를 분석하였다. 그 결과 lucifer yellow는 0.53%, atenolol의 투과계수는 (6.01±0.09)×10<SUP>-7</SUP>cm/s, propranolol의 투과계수는 (2.26±0.00)×10<SUP>-5</SUP> cm/s로 단층막의 integrity가 잘 형성되었음을 확인하였다. 고구마 색소 추출물의 단층막 투과도는 신자미 고구마로부터 얻은 안토시아닌 추출물의 경우, 처리 후 1, 2, 4, 6시간에서 각각 0.31×10<SUP>-6</SUP>, 1.57×10<SUP>-6</SUP>, 4.69×10<SUP>-6</SUP>, 5.16×10<SUP>-6</SUP> cm/s의 투과계수를 보였다. 추출물 중 12종의 주요 안토시아닌 성분들 각각의 투과율을 비교해보면, benzoic acid나 ferulic acid가 결합되어 있는 안토시아닌 성분보다 caffeic acid가 결합되어 있는 안토시아닌 성분들의 투과율이 높았다. 이러한 결과는 안토시아닌의 화학 구조상 peonidin이나 cyanidin 모핵에 결합한 당에 치환된 caffeic acid가 Caco-2 세포 단층막 투과율을 높이는 데 기여하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 신황미 고구마로부터 얻은 카로티노이드 추출물은 처리 후 6시간까지 측정범위 내에서 카로티노이드 성분이 검출되지 않았다. 향후 카로티노이드 추출물에 대한 투과도 분석에서는 생체 내에서와 같은 유사한 상황을 적용하여 용해도를 최대한 증가시키거나 투과도 관찰 시간을 늘리는 등의 방법으로 반응시간에 따른 차이를 분석해볼 필요가 있다. Caco-2 human intestinal epithelial cells were used to determine the intestinal epithelial monolayer membrane permeability of the anthocyanin and carotenoid extracts from the purple- and yellow-flashed sweet potatoes, respectively. The permeability was analyzed at concentrations of 10 mg/mL of anthocyanin extract and 0.5 mg/mL of carotenoid extract without cellular toxicity. The Caco-2 cells were incubated for 25 days to form a monolayer on the Transwell filter. It was ensured that the membrane integrity of the monolayer was suitable for measuring the permeability in vitro by treatment with lucifer yellow and comparison with two markers, atenolol and propranolol. The permeability of lucifer yellow was 0.53% and the apparent permeability coefficients (Papp) of atenolol and propranolol were 6.01×10<SUP>-7</SUP> and 2.26×10<SUP>-5</SUP> cm/s, respectively, indicating that the monolayer was successfully formed. The Papp of the anthocyanin extract was 0.31×10<SUP>-6</SUP>, 1.57×10<SUP>-6</SUP>, 4.69×10<SUP>-6</SUP>, and 5.16×10<SUP>-6</SUP> cm/s for 1, 2, 4, and 6 hours, respectively. Analysis of the permeation rate on each of the twelve anthocyanins, 7 peonidins and 5 cyanidins in the extract showed that peonidins and cyanidins possessing caffeic acid present a higher permeability than those with ferulic acid or benzoic acid. However, cryptoxanthin, 13Z-β-carotene, all-trans-β-carotene, and 9Z-β-carotene in the carotenoid extract were not detectable within 6 hours of the incubation time.

        Ultrasonic metal welder is consisted of power supply, transducer, booster, and horn. Precise designing is required since each part"s shape, length and mass can affect driving frequency and vibration mode. This paper gives a description of an experimental study of the ultrasonic welding of metals. A horn suitable for 40,000Hz was attached to the ultrasonic metal welder in order to weld Cu sheet. The Cu sheet welding was done with different amplitude, pressure and welding time, and its maximum tension was measured. Maximum tension of 177.99N was obtained when the pressure was 2.5bar, amplitude was 80%, and welding time was 0.34sec. Therefore, excessive welding condition negatively influences maximum tension measurement result.
