경막외 마취가 자간전증 임부의 평균동맥압, 중심정맥압 및 Apgar score에 미치는 영향

Bupivacaine을 사용한 경막외마취를 자간전증 및 정상 임부의 제왕절개술시 시행한 결과 평균동맥압과 중심정맥압이 두 군에서 모두 의의있게 감소하였으나 심각한 합병증이 없이 수액과 승압제에 의해 교정되었고 마취 발현 및 지속 시간, 마취 높이는 유사하였으며 5분 후의 신생아 Apqar score도 두 군에서 모두 7 이상이었다. 이상의 결과를 보아 bupivacaine을 사용한 경막외마취는 자간전증 임부의 제왕절개술에서도 적절한 방법으로 사료된다. Maternal and neonatal effects of epidural bupivacaine were compared in 20 normal and 20 pre-eclamptic patients undergoing cesarean section at 37-42 weeks of gestations. Mean anterial pressure and central venous pressure were checked before and after lumbar epidural anesthesia, at delivery and 2 hr. Postpartum. Lumbar epidural anesthesia significantly reduced mean arsenal pressure and central venous pressure which were corrected without difficulty by fluid replacement and vasopressor. There were no differences in onset, duration and level of anesthesia between two groups. Neonatal Apgar scores were more than 7 at 5 minutes in both groups. Based upon above results, epidural bupivacaine for cesarean section in pre-eclampsia was considered safe and effective.

Introduction Athough fencing is one of oldest forms of combative arts and sports in the Occident, the sport in its present form is considered to be relatively, new for Korean school physical education. However, it is rapidly becoming a popular physical and recreational activity among college and high school students. The purpose of the Study The primary purpose of the study was undertaken to assess the relationship of reaction time and skill movement time in a sport of fencing. The secondary purpose of the study was compare fencer's reaction time with non-fencers' reaction time. Methodology Fifteen male fencers and non-fencers were randomly chosen as subjects for the study. Subjects were tested (1) Standing broad jump, (2) Strength, (3) Simple Reaction Time, (4) Combinational Reaction Time, (5) Simple Skill Movement Time, (6) Combinational Skill Movement Time. Non-fencers were not tested skill movement times. Two one-hundredth second timers were for this study. Data were collected by this investigator and two assistants. The data collected for the study was computed. statistically using Person's and "t" test was applied to checks for significant differences. Conclusion. Within the limitations of the scycle study the following conclusions were reached: 1. There were statistically correlated xew between fencers' simple reaction time and skill movement time. 2. There were statisticaly correlated between fencers' reactlion time and combin ational skill movement times. 3. There were no statistically signigicant difference between broad jump(power) and simple reaction time. 4. There were statistically correlated between fencers' weight and strength. 5. There were no statistically significant between fencers' weight and basic skill movement time. 6. There were no statistically significant differences between fencers' reaction time and non-fencers' reaction time. 7. There were statistically significant differences between fencers' skill movement time and non-fencers skill movement time. Recommendation 1. In developing a study of this nature in the future, it should be done for a longer period of time. 2. Subject with nationally top-rated fencers as high school fencers be should. 3. Contest scores, body size, weight and height of the subjects should be taken into consideration in future studies.

21세기를 향한 여객선의 추세는 초고속화, 대형화(국제화), 성에너지화, 우수한 내항성능, 저진동 및 저소음 등을 갖춘 선박을 요구하고 있다. 이런 관점에서 초고속선으로 속력에 한계가 있는 단동선 (monohull), 쌍동배수량형(catamaran), 최소수면 쌍동선(SWATH)의 선형과 대형화가 곤란한 수중익선 (hydrofoil)보다는 속력면에서 유리하고 대형화가 가능한 표면 효과선 또는 앞 에서 언급한 고속 선형의 장점을 복합시킨 각종 복합선형이 개발되리라고 생각한다. 그러나 복 합선형이 실용화되기까지는 경제적인 건조비, 운항자세 제어 시스템, 신소재를 이용한 경구조화, 진동과 소음, 추진 시스템 등에 대한 요소 기술의 개발이 선행되어야 한다. 끝으로 선박의 속력이 50노트가 넘는 초고속선을 설계, 제작, 운항을 하는데 있어 그 개념이 조선공학에서 다루어지는 통상 선박기술의 연장이라고 그 영역을 정리하는 경향이 있다. 이 글을 정리하면서 느낀 것이 지만 해상교통 수단의 초고속화가 이루어질수록 그 지지기술 및 자세제어기술 등에 있어서는 항공기 기술에 가까워짐을 알게 되었다. 그러한 뜻에서 초고속선 개발에는 항공기 기술에서 얻 어진 노하우를 잘 활용하는 일도 중요하리라 생각된다.
