The interlayer noise of the apartment house is a typical problem that reduces the quality of the residential environment. Therefore, many researchers have developed soundproofing materials that blocks noise between floors. However, most development technologies do not have the noise cut-off effect felt by residents, and may also have a defect in long-term deflection. In this respect, this study developed high-performance interlayer soundproofing material that can overcome existing problems. The developed technology has the noise reduction effect experienced by the residents and it has high durability without long-term deflection. Therefore, high-performance interlayer soundproofing material is expected to contribute to reducing disputes over noise between floors of apartment residents.

Inter-floor noise in an apartment building is a serious problem that causes conflicts between tenants. Accordingly, there are various attempts to solve this problem, but it is not easy to find a clear solution. Therefore, in this study, a soundproofing material between floors was developed that can improve the sagging that occurs after construction. And as a result of testing the developed interlayer soundproofing material, both light weight and weight were grade 1. And it was analyzed that maintenance performance could be improved with integrated structural characteristics.
저항운동 후 트레드밀 걷기 강도 차이가 비만중년여성의 혈중 아디포넥틴, 레지스틴, 렙틴 농도에 미치는 영향

This research is to present the way of exercise for fat loss of middle-age women by finding pertinent intensity of walking exercise that is carried out after weight training, and it is done by checking any changes in adiponectin, resistin, and leptin after doing walking exercise at 40%, 50%, and 60% of intensity. Research subjects are 28 females between 42-53 years old with over 30% body fat, and separated into groups of no-exercise, 40%, 50%, 60% walking intensity after weight training, 7 people for each group. Adiponectin, resistin and leptin are used for blood analysis, and Two-way ANOVA with repeated measure of SPSS 17.0 program is used for data processing. For adiponectin, 50% exercise intensity group has higher adiponectin level than 40% and 60% groups, and 40% and 60% intensity group have higher level than non-exercise group. For resistin, 60% and 50% intensity groups show higher level than non-exercise group. For leptin, 50% and 60% intensity groups have higher leven than 40% intensity and non-exercise group. Accordingly, walking exercise after finishing weight training is giving positive effects to obesity related factors of this research, and especially 50% to 60% intensity of walking exercise is appeared to be more effective intensity of walking to fight against obesity.
공사계약 종합심사낙찰제도의 안전관리 평가지표 개선에 관한 연구

Although safety has become important in recent years, it can be seen that safety-related deliberations in the comprehensive screening bidding system, one of the winning bid systems, are insufficient. In addition, despite the fact that safety is strengthened as an important issue due to the enforcement of the Severe Disaster Penalty Act, the construction safety items of the comprehensive screening bidding system are not classified as major items and the allocation points are relatively low. Therefore, construction safety items become major items so that discrimination can be increased. In order to reduce the incidence of safety accidents in construction sites, the analysis of construction safety items of the comprehensive screening bidding system will be conducted and measures to improve screening standards for efficient management and operation in the future are proposed.
보행시 신발 밑창 형태가 에너지 소비 및 심박수에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 double rocker sole을 채용한 기능성(complex function double rocker sole; CDR) 신발과 negative-heel rocker sole(NR)을 채용한 신발의 보행 중 에너지 소비량을 비교하여 보행시 에너지 사용을 증가시킬 수 있는 기능성 신발에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2011년 3∼8월까지 40∼50대 중년여성 11명을 대상으로 inbody 4.0 (Biospace, Korea)로 체성분 검사와 Vmax ST(SensorMedics, USA)로 운동부하 심폐기능 검사를 실시한 후, 분당 보행에너지 소비량(walking energy cost per time; WECt)과 심박수 운동강도(Heart rate intensity; HRi) 를 산출하였다. 연구 결과, CDR신발은 NR신발에 비하여 심박수 운동강도의 통계적 유의차 없이 분당 보행에너지 소 비량과 총 칼로리 소비량이 높게 나타나, CDR신발은 동일한 운동 조건 속에서 자각적 운동강도를 증가시키지 않고 운동량을 증가시킬 수 있으므로 에너지소모량을 높이고자 하는 사람에게 적합할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of form of outsole - complex function double rocker sole(CDR) vs. negative-heel rocker sole (NR) - on energy consumption and heart rate intensity during gait. 11 women, who had no medical history on musculoskeletal disease and surgery within 3 years prior to study, were participated. The walking energy cost per time (WECt) during 35minutes, heart rate intensity, and total calorie consumption were compared by using pair t-test. The WECt and total calorie consumption were found to be significantly higher(p<.05) in CDR than NR. However, there was no difference in HRi. Based on the present study, CDR shoe may have significant implications in shoe prescription for people who want to increase energy consumption.

하반신 마비환자가 스키를 탈 수 있도록 고안된 모노스키는 스키 플레이트 위에 좌석이 설치된 형태의 썰매이다. 스키를 탈 때 설면으로부터 전달되는 충격은 정상인의 경우 다리관절의 거동에 의하여 흡수되지만 모노스키의 경우에는 좌석에 탑승한 인체에 그대로 전달된다. 상용화된 대부분의 모노스키에는 이를 보완하기 위하여 스키 마운트와 시트 간에 링크 메커니즘과 충격완충장치가 설치되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 유압 실린더가 장착된 모노스키의 주행 시뮬레이션을 수행하고 불규칙한 표면 주행 중 발생하는 진동 충격 가속도를 분석하여 탑승자의 안락감을 평가할 수 있는 모델을 개발하였다. 안락감 평가방법은 국제 규격인 BS6841 을 사용하였다. 개발 모델을 이용하여 유압 완충장치의 노즐조절에 따른 안락감을 평가하였다. The mono-ski for the paraplegia designed to skiing is formed as seat bucket on the sled. The impact force transferred by snow surface during skiing is absorbed by the leg joints of normal human, but it is transferred to the human body on the seat when using mono-ski. Most of commercially available mono-ski have absorbing device and link mechanism between seat and ski mount in order to complement it. In this study we developed the comfort evaluation model that could provide skiing simulation of mono-ski with hydraulic damper and analyzed vibrational acceleration occurred during skiing uneven surface. The evaluation method used in this study is the international standard BS6841. We evaluated comfort performance of mono-ski in accordance with nozzle adjustment of hydraulic damper.

수영 운동이 쥐의 해마 치상회에 세포 생성에 미치는 영향을 5-bromo-2`-deoxyuridine(BrdU) 면역 조직화학법을 이용하여 연구하였다. 첫 번째 실험에서 수영 운동집단은 1분 수영군, 5분 수영군, 10분 수영군, 20분 수영군으로 나누어 3일간 수영운동을 실시하였다. 두 번째 실험은 1일 수영군, 3일 수영군, 7일 수영군, 14일 수영군으로 분류하여 1일 10분씩 수영운동을 실시하였다. 본 실험의 결과, 10분간의 수영 운동이 치상회의 세포생성을 가장 효과적으로 증가시켰으며, 또한 7일간의 수영 운동이 세포생성을 가장 많이 시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 미루어보아 수영운동이 치상회의 세포생성을 증가시키는 운동요법으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
