사전 학습 모델 기반의 리뷰 감성분석 및 핵심 키워드 추출 프레임워크 : 한국어 호텔 리뷰 데이터 수집부터 시각화까지

기존 리뷰 시스템은 서비스의 품질과 소비자의 만족도를 보여주기 위해 평균 평점을 이용하였다. 하지만, 최근 들어 평점이 실제 만족도보다 높게 평가되는 현상인 ‘평점 인플레’ 로 인해, 평점 시스템의 문제점이 발견되었다. 본 연구에서는 평점 인플레를 해결하기 위해, 호텔 리뷰 데이터에 언어 모델을 이용하여 리뷰의 감성을 분류하고, 분류 결과를 시각화하였다. 또한, 키워드 추출방법론을 사용하여 키워드 목록을 만들고, 리뷰와 키워드 사이에 코사인 유사도가 높은 키워드를 핵심 키워드로 하여 시각화 하는 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 본 연구 결과는 평점 인플레로 인해 의미를 잃고 있는 리뷰 평점시스템이 본 기능을 되찾을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

To identify key job duties and core competencies of data librarians, this study conducted content analyses of 75 U.S. job advertisements of data librarians and statistical analyses of 105 responses from incumbent data librarians. As a result, the key job duties identified are jobs related to collaboration, workshops, trainings, conferences, data service, research consultation, and research support. Core competencies identified are communication skills, teaching, diversity, inclusion, and equality, data management, and data tool. This study is significant in that it analyzed the key duties and core competencies of the data librarians using the most up-to-date data and opinions collected from incumbent people. It can be a basis for future study such as on job satisfaction, user satisfaction, and perception surveys for data librarians.

Generally AEB tests for pedestrian are performed in Euro NCAP considering vehicle’s longitudinal behavior. But protecting pedestrian needs to consider vehicle and pedestrian’s Lateral behavior as well. The paper presents establishment of simulation environment and performance evaluation considering vehicle and pedestrian’s lateral behavior. AEB algorithm consisted of TTC(time to collision) and Target Lateral Speed is designed to apply simulation environment considering longitudinal and lateral behavior. This system is developed by means of MATLAB/Simulink and Carsim for various scenarios beyond Euro NCAP scenarios.

The importance of big data is becoming more emphasized, and with the development of information technology, the use of big data has become the core value of companies. The rapid increase in online-based untact activities has accelerated the transition to the digital economy, leading communication skills more important than ever for companies to interact with consumers using digital tools. In particular, the MZ generation is a major consumer base leading the trend and is actively engaged in consumption activities utilizing digital environments such as SNS media, so it is critical for marketers to actively use SNS to appeal for them. Convenience stores continue to expand their influence and weight on daily life, and instant foods are enjoying explosive popularity, especially among the young customers. Therefore, SNS marketing of convenience stores is critical tool to appeal for MZ generation. This study attempted to investigate the significant SNS usage motivations that can attract MZ generation by utilizing mixed methods. Based on results, we suggest strategies on how the convenience store industry can attract active SNS participation for young generation. Through the survey, we identified important motivations of using social media and suggest the effective ways to encourage consumers in their 20s and 30s to actively participate in corporate SNS. Also we investigate whether consumers' usage of YouTube and Instagram is different in the context of usage and SNS participation. We analyzed news media data, Instagram, and comments posted on YouTube in order to examine how consumers are currently using social media. By grasping the voice of the consumers through text mining, it was suggested how the distribution industry is able to utilize efficient SNS strategies for MZ consumers.

This study examined the family cultures of Uzbekistan and tried to examine the filial ideas in traditional customs. For the objective and systematic analysis of the filial ideas, first of all we start from examining the characteristics of obedience, friendship, persistence, and agency, which are major components of the hyo system of generalizing possibility. Then we analyze how the four main elements of family culture and family education in Uzbekistan appeared. As a result, the family culture of Uzbekistan shows elements of the filial piety to the elderly, the blessing of parents which is associating with the blessing of God, and the continuing care of their parents. It was found that it exists as one of the characteristics of the Uzbek people. In spite of the deconstruction of traditional traditions and family values due to industrialization and globalization, traditional ceremonies still have significant sense for Uzbek people. And these family traditions constitute one unique and the biggest part of the spiritual foundation of Uzbek culture.

In Korean Society, a variety of statutes have been enacted and the multi-cultural education has been stressed in preparation for the multi-cultural society due to the sustained increase in migrants. Even if the multi-cultural education is considered to be a part of the multi-cultural policy, as the concept of multi-cultural education implies the point of view from the law of education such as non-discrimination, support of social adaptation, education reforms etc., it is necessary to examine it on its own. For this purpose, this paper wanted to examine how the multi-cultural education has been implemented in the relevant legislation, in particular whether the significance and purpose of multi-cultural education have been implemented well. In order to achieve them, this study attempted to investigate the aspects of how this multi-cultural education has been implemented critically on the basis of extracting the content elements of multi-cultural education and obtaining the implications of the representative cases of legislation in the U.S.A. through the analysis of the significance of multi-cultural education. As a result of this analysis, it was possible to organize the content elements of multi-cultural education into the non-discrimination, ensuring the right of education along with the educational support, training support for social adaptation, and educating all students and general members in multi-cultural understanding. However, this country appeared that the multi-cultural education has been limited only to the migrant people and showed a tendency to recognize it only at the level of welfare. In addition, it was analyzed that multi-cultural education on more diverse cultural backgrounds than that of migrants and the multi-cultural understanding education of all students and citizens were insufficient. Accordingly, this study proposed expanding the target and scope of multi-cultural education, bilingual education and the affirmative action for migrants, strengthening the multi-cultural understanding education, and the legislation of the independent multi-cultural education acts as the measures of improvement.
