        공간 형용사 ‘굵다’와 ‘粗’의 인지적 기제 대조 연구

        본 연구는 한국어 공간 형용사 ‘굵다’와 중국어 공간 형용사 ‘粗’의 실제 사용 양상과 확장의미의 인지적 기제를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이을 위해 구어 말뭉치에서 각각 3000개의 용례를 통해 공간적의미의 실제 결합 양상과 확장의미의 출현 빈도를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, ‘굵다’의 공간적 의미의 출현빈도는 84%, 확장의미는 16%이고, ‘粗’의 공간적 의미의 출현 빈도는 78%, 확장의미는 22%이다. 공간적 의미의 결합 양상을 살펴보면 ‘굵다’는 ‘음식’ 범주와 가장 밀접하게 결합하고, ‘粗’는 ‘인체’ 범주와 가장 밀접하게 결합한다. 의미의 확장을 살펴보면 ‘굵다’의 의미는 오감을 제외하고, 개별 단어나 현상에서 별개로 의미가 확장되지만 ‘粗’는 ‘정교하지 않고 투박하다’의 의미를 바탕으로 연쇄적으로 의미가 확장된다. 가치적으로 볼 때, ‘굵다’는 중립적 의미가 3개, 긍정적 의미가 4개, 부정적 의미가 1개가존재하고, ‘粗’는 중립적 의미가 3개, 긍정적 의미가 1개, 부정적 의미가 5개가 존재한다. 본 연구의 결과가 관련 연구와 실제 한국어 수업 현장에도 기여가 되기를 기대한다. In order to examine the actual usage of spatial adjectives 'Kulkda' and 'Cu' and the cognitive mechanism of their extended meanings, this study analyzed the actual combination pattern of spatial meaning and the frequency of the appearance of the extended meaning through 3000 cases in each spoken language corpus. As a result of the analysis, the spatial meaning of “Kulkda” appears with a frequency of 84%, and the extended meaning is 16%, which is mainly closely combined with the 'food' category. The spatial meaning of “Cu” has a frequency of 78%, with extended meaning that is 22%, which combines mostly with the 'human body' category. “Kulkda” has four positive meanings, one negative meaning, while “Cu” has one positive meaning, and five negative meanings. It is expected that the results of this study will contribute to related research and actual Korean language classes.

        한국어 형용사 ‘가볍다’와 중국어 형용사 ‘轻’의 의미·결합 양상 대조 연구

        본 연구는 한국어 형용사 ‘가볍다’와 중국어 형용사 ‘轻’의 의미 확장 양상과 문맥상의 결합양상을 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 사전 의미 분석결과 ‘轻’의 원형의미 ‘分量⼩’(분량이 적다)는 ‘가볍다’의 원형의미 ‘(사물이)무게가 작다’와 ‘(동작이)재빠르고 경쾌하다’의 두 가지 의미를 모두 포함하고 있었다. ‘가볍다’의 ‘(정도가)약하다’가 ‘轻’의 ‘认为容易,不以为重要’(쉽다고 생각하다, 중요하지 않다)와 ‘程度浅’(정도가 약하다)를 포함하고 있다. 문맥 결합 양상 분석에서는 가장 많이 사용된 단어의 유형을 살펴보았다. ‘가볍다’는 ‘추상’명사가 가장 많았고 그 외에 ‘행동’, ‘상태’, ‘표정’, ‘신체’ 명사가 다양하게 나타났다. ‘轻’은 ‘소리’명사가 가장 많았지만 나머지 명사 유형은 모두 ‘추상’명사였다. 본 연구는 형용사와 결합되는 명사의 유형과 그 분포적인 양상을 통해 양 언어 간 형용사의 차이점을 밝힌 것에 의의가 있었다. 앞으로 형용사와 결합되는 명사의 유형을 더 구체적이고 세부화된 틀로 분류하는 것이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to examine the combination of the meaning extension and context of the Korean adjective ‘gabyeopda’ and the Chinese adjective ‘qing’. According to a prior analysis of meaning, The circular meaning of ‘qing’ (small in volume) contained both is ‘small in weight’ and the ‘movement is fast and cheerful’. The circular meaning ‘gabyeopdas ‘be weak in degree’ contained ‘qing’ ‘think easy, be of little importance’ and ‘be weak in degree.’ In the Contextual Combination Analysis looked at the types of words that were used the most. In ‘gabyeopda’, there were the most ‘abstract’ nouns, and in addition, there were various ‘action’, ‘state’, ‘expression’, and ‘body’ nouns. In ‘qing’, there were the most ‘sound’ nouns, but the rest of the nouns were all ‘abstract' nouns. This study was meaningful in revealing the difference between adjectives in both languages through the type of nouns that are combined with adjectives and their distributional aspects. In the future, it is necessary to classify the types of nouns that are combined with adjectives into a more specific and detailed framework.

        한국어 {자기}와 중국어 {自己}의 대조 연구

        This paper aims to compare Korean reflexive pronouns {caki} and the Chinese reflexive expressions {ziji}, clarify the differences, and suggest a teaching method. For this purpose, the meanings and the grammatical features in many contexts such as questions were examined and analyzed. It is shown that though the Korean reflexive pronouns {caki} and the Chinese reflexive expressions {ziji} share the same Chinese character letters in spelling, they have big differences. For example, in terms of a grammatical feature, all Korean reflexive pronouns {caki} have a person restriction. By reflexive pronouns` {caki} exclusion of the role of a determiner situation, there should be an anticipatory subject in front of the third person in the use of reflection. Also, {caki} is used to refer to human beings only, not inhuman things.

        Development of an Improved Animal Model of Overactive Bladder: Transperineal Ligation versus Transperitoneal Ligation in Male Rats

        Purpose: We compared a transperineal ligation model and a transperitoneal ligation model in male rats to determine which animal model of overactive bladder (OAB) was more useful based on cystometrography, estimations of oxidative stress, and measurements of pro-inflammatory cytokine levels.Materials and Methods: Male rats were randomly divided into three groups (n=15 in each): the control group, the transperineal ligation group, and the transperitoneal ligation group. Four weeks after the ligation procedure, cystometrography was performed and oxidative stress, pro-inflammatory cytokine levels, and histologic changes were evaluated. Oxidative stress was assessed by measuring 8-hydroxy-20-deoxyguanosine and superoxide dismutase, and pro-inflammatory cytokine activity was investigated by measuring levels of interleukin (IL)-6, IL-8, and tumor necrosis factor-α.Results: The transperineal model led to results similar to those observed for the transperitoneal model, namely (1) increased voiding frequency and reductions in the non-voiding contraction interval and the maximal vesical pressure, (2) increased levels of oxidative stress markers, (3) increased pro-inflammatory cytokine levels, and (4) fibrotic changes in the bladder tissue.Conclusions: We suggest that the transperineal procedure can be used as an alternative OAB model in male rats.

        The commercial grade components in the system are severely affected by various kinds of radiation particles. The advanced countries on the radiation hardening technologies for the passive and active components, which are mounted on the system, have been doing research in the field of radiation effects for electronic circuits for space and defense, and are at the level of stabilization. However, our country is the beginning stage of the related technologies. Thus, much research is required regarding these technologies. The electrical components are affected by dose, dose rate, and particle strength, then the electrical characteristics are not satisfied with the specifications, making mal-functions or error. In this paper, TID (Total Ionizing Dose) experiment at the low energy γ rays using 60Co and SEGR (Single Event Gate Rupture) experiment for a MOSFET mounted in DC/DC converter at the cyclotron facility with heavy ions are studied.
