A method was developed to separate, detect and qualify aldicarb, bendiocarb, carbaryl, carbofuran, ethiofencarb, methomyl, methiocarb, propoxur in meats and fruits. Experimental beef and fork samples were fortified with 0.05mg/kg of carbamate pesticides for analysis. Carbamate-detected pear by HPLC fluorescence detector(HPLC/FLS) are extracted with acetonitril and refined by solid phase extraction(SPE) filled with aminopropyl-bonded silca, In the following step, the injected materials into LC/MS are analyzed to result in the fact that bendiocarb, carbaryl, carbofuran, ethiofencarb, methomyl, methiocarb, propoxur presents several sorts of fraction ions following with; [M+H]+, [M+Na]+, [M-CONHCH3]+, [M-OCONHCH3]+. In addition, ethiofencarb presents [M-SCH2CH3] ion distinctive and aldicarb presents [M+Na]+ and [M-OCONHCH3]+ ion which is the most decisive fraction ion for pesticides such as bendiocarb, carbaryl, carbofuran, ethiofencarb, methiocarb, methomyl, propoxur excluding [M+H]+ ion. However, [M-OCONHCH3]+ and [M-OCONHCH3]+ fraction ion charactering carbamate pesticides are detected most efficiently with fragment voltage 50eV. As a result, for quantitative analysis, [M+Na]+ ion is the most decisive ion for detection of aldicarb and [M+H]+ ion is the most decisive fraction ion for pesticides such as bendiocarb, carbaryl, carbofuran, ethiofencarb, methiocarb, methomyl, propoxur. Carbaryl-detected pear by HPLC/FLS are analyzed by LC/MS and the result shows that [M+H]+ and [M-CONHCH3]+ ions charactering carbaryl are detected.

This study was conducted two kinds of aims: 1) to modify the analytical methods(conditions) by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector for the detection of residual ivermectin in raw milk, 2) to provide basic information for the evaluation of standard of the residual ivermectin in raw milk. It could be considerable that negative ion spectra can be better method in the LC/MS analysis for the detection of residues. Characteristic daughter ions were observed in negative ion spectra, however, linear line was not formed in positive ion one. Three Holstein cows (500±10kg) were applied to commercial ointment of ivermectin just one time at the first day of test, and residues in raw milk were examined for 20day after administration. The limit of detection(LOD) was 0.65ng(n=5) by HPLC/FLD, and recovery rates were 87.85%~99.47%. The peak was observed at the 4th day, and residues lasted to the end. Thus ivermectin was prohibited when lactating.
콩나물중 benzimidazole계 농약의 추출방법과 잔류성

An analytical method was approached to determine the residues of benzimidazole fungicides in soybean sprouts and was compared with traditional solvent-based method of extraction, solid phase extrction(SPE) and matrix solid phase dispersion(MSPD). The recoveries of carbendazim for liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) , SPE and MSPD in soybean sprouts were 69.25~79.16, 79.99~90.42 and 92.40~98.48%, respectively. The recoveries of thiabendazole for LLE , SPE and MSPD in soybean sprouts were 64.86~83.26, 79.12~94.04 and 65.44-73.92%, respectively. The residues of carbendazim by elapsed time under our cultivated soybean sprouts program found 0.10~0.25 ㎎/㎏ after 5 days and trace concentration of carbendazim was detected after 7 days. Of the 448 samples analyzed, less than 1.5% had residues of carbendazim ranged from 0.05 to 0.37 ㎎/㎏.

Relatively few studies on time-related peptide losses have been reported and previous studies on the differential peptide recovery from a sample solution over a period had limitations. Thus, here, longitudinal peptide losses during sample solution storage in an autosampler vial over 145h were assessed using nanoliquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. In this study, hydrophilic peptide losses from a solution stored in a vial were observed regardless of materials of vials and the possibility of hydrophobic peptide losses brought by reasons other than hydrophobic peptide adsorption onto vials was found. Additionally, the preparation of a proteomics sample using 0.1% aqueous formic acid solution (0.1% FA) and a polypropylene vial, 0.1% FA and a glass vial, or the aqueous mixture of 5M urea, 1M thiourea, and 0.1% FA and a polymethylpentene vial proved to produce the most reliable longitudinal recovery of peptides from a solution stored in a vial.
경찰공무원 스트레스 관리에 관한 연구 : 경찰복지법을 중심으로

경찰공무원은 범죄에 대한 위험, 조직에서의 역할 등의 다양한 원인에 의하여 스트레스에 쉽게 노출되는 경향이 있다. 이러한 스트레스는 직무수행의 효율성에 저하요인이 되며, 결과적으로 경찰조직에 영향을 줄 뿐만 아니라 사회질서와 개인에게 악영향을 미치게 된다. 우리나라는 경찰공무원의 스트레스로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 문제를 예방하고 경찰의 업무효율과 삶의 질을 높이기 위해 경찰복지법을 제정, 시행하고 있으며, 이 법을 근거로 마음동행센터, 경찰공무원의 건강검진 등의 제도를 실시중이다. 이러한 노력에도 불구하고, 선행연구들에 의하면 경찰공무원의 직무스트레스는 다른 직업에 비해 높은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 또한 건강검진을 실시함에 있어서 일반건강진단 외에 특수건강진단으로의 확대가 지원되고 있지 않으며, 마음동행센터 또한 센터의 수, 인력 등 운영에 있어 여러 문제점, 그리고 정신건강에 대한 치료 및 상담에 대한 부정적인 인식이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경찰복지법에 규정된 내용을 바탕으로 경찰공무원의 스트레스 감소를 위한 노력 즉, 마음동행센터, 건강진단제도 등에 대하여 살펴보았으며 이에 대한 문제점 분석과 그 개선방안을 제시하였다. Police officials face stress as to various causes such as the risk of crime and their role in the organization. This stress hinders the performance of duties. This not only affects police organizations but also can adversely affect social order and individuals. The state enacted laws such as the Police Welfare Act to prevent problems caused by police officers trauma or stress, improve police efficiency and quality of life, and established institutions such as the Mind Health Center to examine police officers health and welfare. Despite these efforts, the job stress of police officers has been higher than that of other professions. In addition, special health examinations are not legally prescribed in conducting health examinations, and there is a lack in operating the Mind Health Center. There is also a negative perception of treatment and counseling for mental health in modern society. In this study, we are going to examine the academic definition, necessity, and legal regulations of stress experienced by police officials, check the management status, and identify problems. In addition, the government intends to seek measures to actively manage police public officials by presenting management measures, such as expanding the Mind Health Center, recruiting manpower, and special health examinations for problems.
