        학교조직의 학습조직으로 변화의 논거

        There is recently a growing need for applying the learning organization concept in school settings. In the United States, the necessity and advantage of applying the learning organization concept to schools is advocated from two reasons: an alternative to the limit of existing school reform movement and a strategy leading to teacher professional development. Reviewing the existing reform policy or school context of Korea by the lens of learning organizations, the researcher presented three theoretical implications for the improvement of Korean schools toward becoming learning organizations. First, the new strategy needs to be developed, which applies the disciplines of learning organizations in the future because the existing educational reform based on the centralized and hierarchical approach have not leaded to successfully school change. Second, transforming schools into learning organizations is a key to increase each school's capacity to adapt to its current environmental change and reforms required by the central government. Third, because existing teacher training programs are usually away from school contexts, a new in-service training system for teachers is needed to improve their professional, which includes teacher learning as a daily occurrence in teachers' workplace, problem-based learning, and team learning. 최근 들어 학습조직 개념이 학교에 적용되어야 한다는 요구와 주장은 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 학습조직 개념과 원리를 학교조직에 적용하여할 논거의 경우, 미국에서는 기존 학교개혁 전략의 한계에 대한 대안으로서와 교사의 전문성 신장을 주도하는 전략 차원에서 그 타당성이 제기되었다. 우리나라의 경우는 학교조직들이 학습조직으로 변화되어야 할 논거를 구체적으로 세 가지 차원에서 그 타당성과 시사점을 찾아 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 학교변화를 주도하기 위한 기존 중앙집권적·하향식 방식의 교육개혁 추진은 그렇게 성공적이지 못했기 때문에 학습조직 원리에 입각하여 새로운 학교변화 정책이 추진될 필요가 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 사회 환경변화와 정부주도 개혁과제에 대응을 위한 단위 학교 차원의 조직 역량 강화 방안으로 학습조직화는 필요하다는 것이다. 셋째, 교실 현장으로부터 유리된 기존 교원연수 제도는 전문성 신장에서 한계성을 지니므로 학교현장 중심 연수, 자발적인 문제인식에 기반 한 자율연수 및 팀 학습 위주의 훈련 등 새로운 교원연수 제도 도입 차원에서 학습조직화가 필요시 된다는 것이다. 전반적으로 학교의 학습조직으로 변화의 논거는 그 구성원 개별적 측면에서 자율성과 자기주도성 원리에 따라 평생학습자로 거듭나게 하고 조직체제적인 면에서 학습문화의 창조가 필요하다는 귀결과 맥을 같이하고 있다.

        The effects of principal's leadership style on support for innovation: evidence from Korean vocational high school change

        A climate of innovation and principal leadership in schools are regarded as significant factors in successfully implementing school change or innovation. Nevertheless, the relationship between the school climate supportive of innovation and the principal's leadership has rarely been addressed to determine whether schools successfully perform their intended change. In this vein, this study investigated the impacts of the principal's leadership style on the teacher's perceived school climate in terms of support for innovation. The participants were 981 full-time teachers in 32 public vocational high schools in South Korea. To examine the unobserved characteristics of schools and principals that promote a school climate supportive of innovation, both traditional multiple regression and HLM analyses were conducted and compared to the estimated effects of the principal's leadership style as a predictor at both the teacher level and the group level. While the unobserved characteristics of school type and principals' demographics were considered, results of the study revealed that the leadership style of the principal significantly affects how the teachers perceive the school climate in terms of support for innovation. More specifically, the findings of the study assert that principal's leadership style as an Initiator or a Manger, rather than a Responder, can provide support for an organizational climate which enhances innovation in schools. Additionally, evaluating the government's change initiative, the study illustrates that the government's top-down mandate requiring schools to change was not related to the creation of a climate supportive of innovation in schools.

        염산용액에서 유기인산계 추출제에 의한 Nd와 Pr의 분리추출

        Nd와 Pr이 함유된 모나자이트 샌드의 염산침출용액에서 Cyanex272 및 PC88A를 기반으로 한 TBP 및 Cyanex272와의 혼합용매를 사용하여 두 금속을 분리하기 위한 용매추출실험을 시행하였다. 이러한 목적을 위해 수상의 pH에 따른 추출제의 농도가 두 금속의 추출 및 분리에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 본 연구의 실험범위에서 Nd의 분배계수가 Pr의 분배계수보다 컸다. Cyanex272로 추출하는 경우 추출제의 농도와 초기 pH는 분배계수에 영향을 미치지 않으나, 초기 pH가 증가할수록 분리인자는 증가하였다. 혼합용매의 경우 PC88A를 단독으로 사용했을 때보다 분배계수가 낮고 분리인자에 차이가 없었다. Solvent extraction experiments have been performed to separate Nd and Pr from chloride leaching solution of monazite sand using single Cyanex272 and mixed extractants as PC88A+Cyanex272 and PC88A+TBP. For this purpose, the effect of the concentration of extractants on the extraction and separation of the two metals were studied by varying the pH of aqueous solution. In the experimental ranges conducted in this study, the distribution coefficients of Nd were higher than those of Pr. In Cyanex272 system, our results indicated that concentration of extractant and initial pH did not affect distribution coefficients, but separation factor was increased with increasing initial pH. In binary extractant system, distribution coefficients were lower than those of single PC88A system, whereas separation factor was similar in both mixed and single extractant system.

        Differential Imaging Features of Pulmonary Artery Dissection from Other Intraluminal Diseases of Pulmonary Artery: Two Cases Report

        Pulmonary artery dissection is rarer than other intraluminal diseases of pulmonary artery such as pulmonary thromboembolism or pulmonary artery sarcoma. We report two cases of pulmonary artery dissection mimicking pulmonary artery sarcoma. Computed tomography (CT) showed no enhancement of intrapulmonary arterial lesion or expansion of involved pulmonary artery. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed low-signal intensity intimal flap on T1- and T2-weighted images. There was no fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake on positron emission tomography (PET)-CT. In this case report, we describe the imaging features of pulmonary artery dissection on CT, MRI, and PET-CT.

        According to development of wireless communication technologies, we need not only high data rate but low data rate system of low power consumption. This low data rate system is utilized in the field of home automation, health care, sensoring and monitoring, etc. IEEE 802.15.4 LR-WPAN system is the best choice for realizing ubiquitous networking system. In this paper SoC Architecture for IEEE 802.15.4 Low Rate WPAN is designed. IEEE 802.15.4 Low Rate WPAN system serves the functions and realization of home area network. We propose the SoC architecture for 868/915MHz frequency band of IEEE 802.15.4 Low Rate WPAN system. The key issue is to design SoC architecture which provides the function of Low Rate WPAN system to meet the requirement of IEEE 802.15.4 standards.

        임펄스 UWB 시스템을 위한 RF 송수신기 설계

        In this paper, we design RF transceiver architecture and building blocks for impulse radio UWB system. Impulse radio UWB signal occupies the wide frequency band which is very low transmission power. So, it can minimize the interference effect with the other system. Using UWB technology, we obtain position awareness service. Therefore, we describe the RF transceiver architecture of direct conversion receiver and define the requirement of RF transceiver. Moreover, we implement a prototype RF transceiver based on the presented standard and verify a function and performance through the wireless data communication and ranging test.
