        저전력 주차 안내 시스템 설계

        주차안내 시스템은 주차장에서 주차정보를 제공하여 운전자에게 주차 편리성을 제공한다. 동시에 다수의 센서, 디스플레이와 제어모듈을 이용하여 아주 소량의 전기 에너지 만을 소모한다. 녹색 빌딩 설계의 요구가 점차 증가함에 따라 주차관리 시스템의 운용 전력 감축 문제가 이수화 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주차 관리 시스템의 감지기와 디스플레이 장치의 설계와 소비전력 감축의 결과를 제시한다. 이 시스템은 무선 Park Tile 과 Park Disk를 사용하여 전력소비를 감축 시키고, 여러 개의 주차공간 감지기와 자동차 카운터, 정보 디스플레이 장치, 안내 터미널과 제어장치로 구성되어 있다. 그리고 시스템 구조설계와 통신망 설계, 주차정보 서비스 시나리오 설계, .배터리 수명 제어, 운영 전력 평가 등이 수행되었다. 주차장당 운영전력은 0.4W로 평가 되었으며, 이는 기존 시스템의 17%정도 이고 매년 유지비는 기존 시스템에 비해 43%에 해당된다. The parking guidance system can increase driver’s convenience with detailed parking information service in the parking lot. At the same time, parking guidance system consumes non-negligible electrical energy with large amount of sensors, displays and control modules. With the increase in the demand for green and sustainable building design all over the world, it becomes a meaningful issue for parking guidance system to reduce operating power. This paper presents the preliminary design and estimated results of a parking guidance system which is optimized to reduce the power consumption mainly on detectors and displays. The system design is based on pre-developed wireless parking detectors, Park Tile and Park Disk. The system has a number of parking space detectors, vehicle count detectors, information displays, guidance terminals and other control units. We have performed system architecture design, communication network design, parking information service scenario planning, battery life regulation and at last operating power estimation. The estimated operating power was 0.4 watt per parking-slot, which is 17% of traditional systems. The estimated annual maintain cost was 43% of traditional systems.

        시뮬레이션 기법에 기초한 근골격계 질환 감소를 위한 용접자세 분석

        The industrial disaster caused by a work-related disease like a Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs) becomes a big social problem and increases rapidly. This leads to the degradation of the labor desire and the productivity. Welding work belongs to the work with a high intensity. This paper aims to analyze the welding work in the various positions from a view-point of the burden of the human musculoskeletal system and to propose the desired position with lower burden. For this purpose the real welding work was observed in the shipyard and analyzed using the RULA method, a powerful ergonomics tool. The 3-dimensional simulation model fur this work was also developed. In this model, ergonomics human model and welding work environment were built. This model was verified through the comparison to the real work. This paper showed that the improvement of welding position by changing the location of a stool and using some auxiliary tool can reduce the work intensity remarkably and lead to the decrease of MSDs.

        Li-X 제올라이트 흡착탑에서 H<sub>2</sub>/CO<sub>2</sub>, H<sub>2</sub>/CO, H<sub>2</sub>/CH<sub>4</sub> 혼합기체의 흡착 동특성

        The dynamic characteristics of adsorption using an adsorption bed packed with Li-X zeolite (UOP) were studied through the breakthrough experiments of $H_2/CH_4$ (90:10 vol%), $H_2/CO$ (90:10 vol%) and $H_2/CO_2$ (80:20 vol%) mixtures. Effects of feed flow rate (6.24~10.24 LPM) and adsorption pressure (6.1 bar~10.1 bar) in the Li-X zeolite bed with 2.7 cm of inside diameter and 80 cm of bed length were observed. The smaller feed rate or the higher operating pressure, resulted in the longer of the breakthrough time and the breakthrough curve have tailing due to temperature variance in the bed. The adsorption dynamics of the Li-X zeolite bed were predicted by using LDF model with feed flow and pressure dependent diffusivity. The prediction and experimental data were analyzed with a nonisothermal, nonadiabatic model, dual-site langmuir (DSL) isotherm Li-X 제올라이트 흡착탑에서의 $H_2/CO_2$(80:20 vol%), $H_2/CO$(90:10 vol%), $H_2/CH_4$(90:10 vol%)의 이성분계 기체의 흡착 동특성을 연구하였다. 각 계에서 공급유속(6.24~10.24 LPM), 흡착압력(6.1~10.1 bar)에 대한 영향을 살펴보았다. 동특성 실험 결과 파과시간은 공급유속이 적을수록, 흡착압력이 높을수록 증가하였으며 탑 내부 온도의 영향으로 tailing 현상이 발생하였다. Li-X 제올라이트 흡착탑에서 공급 유량과 압력의 확산계수에 의한 LDF식을 사용하여 예측하였다. 본 연구에서는 비등온과 비단열상태, Dual-site langmuir 등온식과 고려하여 해석하였으며 실험 데이터와 비교하였다.

        H-beam 로봇 절단용 3차원 시뮬레이터의 개발과 이를 이용한 절단 최적화에 관한 연구

        H-beam used for stiffening the upper structure of ocean plant is cut in the various shapes. The cutting process of the H-beam is done manually and requires a long time and high cost. Therefore, automation of H-beam cutting is an important task. This research aims to develop a 3-D simulator to build the automatic H-beam cutting system and to determine the optimal cutting method. The automatic H-beam cutting system composes of 6 robots including 2 cutting robots hang to a crane and 1 conveyer. The appropriate system layout for covering the various sizes and types of H-beam was tested and determined using the simulator. The H-beam cutting system uses a hybrid type of plasma and gas cutting because of special cutting shapes of H-beam. The cutting area of each cutting method should be properly divided according to the size and shape of H-beam to shorten the total cutting time. Additionally the collision between a robot and a robot or a robot and H-beam should be avoided. The optimal cutting method for the shortest cutting time without the collision could be found for the various cutting conditions by use of the simulator. 2 simulation samples shows the availability of the simulator to find the optimal cutting method.

        모바일 기반 스마트 조선소 품질관리 시스템에 관한 연구

        In the smart life era where the majority of economically active population uses mobile devices, smart devices have formed a new service market. In this study, we developed a shipyard quality management application using mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. For this purpose, the problems were derived through the analysis of the quality management work on shipyard and the considerations were extracted to build a smart work environment by analyzing the case studies of smart work in other industrial fields. Among the shipyard quality management work, functions thought to be highly utilized when converted to a mobile system has been developed as a mobile application. The application was developed by applying an object-oriented component-based development (ooCBD) methodology, and is expected to improve the user experience and the efficiency of quality management operations in shipyard.

        모바일 기반 스마트 조선소 생산 공정관리 지원 시스템에 관한 연구

        The shipbuilding industry is facing the various problems of less demand and oversupply owing to the global economic crisis and the increase in shipbuilding countries. Shipyards of the industry are making effort to strengthen their ability to handle the crisis via a smartwork technology for flexible working environment. In this study, we developed a smartwork system that manages the information in shipbuilding process with mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. To successfully apply the developed smartwork system to shipyards, we analyzed several best practices and management tasks of the shipbuilding processes. The developed system was designed by CBD approach that is a branch of service-oriented software engineering for reusability and flexibility on the system. As it is designed considering the flexible working environment, it supports to increase their productivity by reducing the time required to carry out tasks and by increasing the mobility required to manage work performance in field of shipyards.

        교육용 해양플랜트 Rig 굴착 시뮬레이션 구현

        The purpose of this study is 3 dimensional modeling of lower part of drilling system in offshore rig and simulation of drilling process. Recently, shipbuilding companies have been focusing on offshore rigs due to their high added-value and the reduced demand of new shipbuilding. In most cases, however, the basic design, installation and management of offshore rig are carried out by foreign companies. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain the knowledge and information of drilling system. In this study drilling devices, BOP(Blowout Preventor) and cementing job and mud circulation related components are included as the main components of offshore rig. The structure and function of them were analyzed from a viewpoint of object-oriented technique. On the basis of this analysis they were modeled in the 3 dimensional structure with 3D software tool such as CATIA and 3DVIA Composer. The drilling process was simulated according to the scenario of drilling operation. This simulation system can be effectively used for an educational tool for students and engineers in ocean plant industries. 본 논문은 해양구조물 rig의 굴착시스템의 하부 부분의 3차원 모델링과 굴착과정의 시뮬레이션에 있다. 최근 조선사들은 높은 부가가치성과 신조의 감소로 인해 해양구조물 rig에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 경우 해양구조물 rig의 기본 설계, 설치 및 운영은 외국회사들이 수행하고 있다. 따라서 굴착에 대한 지식과 정보를 얻기가 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 해양구조물 rig의 핵심장비로 굴착장비, 폭발방지장치인 BOP, 시멘트 작업 및 머드 순환 장치 관련 장비들을 포함하였다. 이들의 구조와 기능은 객체지향기술 관점에서 분석하였다. 이 분석에 기초하여 3차원 소프트웨어 도구인 CATIA와 3DVIA Composer 를 이용하여 이 장비들을 모델링하였다. 굴착과정은 굴착작업의 시나리오에 따라 시뮬레이션되었다. 이 시뮬레이션 시스템은 해양플랜트 산업분야의 엔지니어와 학생들에게 교육도구로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

        구강내 연조직 전이암종의 임상적 연구

        Metastatic tumours to oral soft tissue are uncommon and accounts for approximately 1% of malignant oral neoplasms. Because of its rarity and clinical appearance of benign nature, the diagnosis of a metastatic lesion in the oral soft tissue may be challenging, both to clinicians and pathologists. We analyzed the clinical data of 9 patients who had metastatic carcinoma to oral soft tissues. The metastatic site to oral soft tissue was the gingiva in all cases. The most common primary site was lung (6 cases) followed by liver (2 cases) and breast (1 case). The clinical appearance resembled gingiva hyperplasia, pyogenic granuloma or gingival swelling. In one case, the metastatic gingiva lesion was found before detection of primary cancer. The mean survival time after diagnosis of metastatic lesion was 3 months. Although this metastatic lesion is rare, oral and maxillofacial surgeon should recognized that benign inflammatory lesion may be the metastatic malignant lesion or the first sign of undiagnosed underlying malignancy.

        유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 조선 소조립 로봇용접공정의 최적화

        This research was carried out to improve the productivity in the subassembly process of shipbuilding through optimal work planning for the shortest work time. The work time consist of welding time, moving time of gantry, teaching time of robot and robot motion time. The shortest work time is accomplished by even distribution of work and the shortest welding sequence. Even distribution of work was done by appling the simple algorithm. The shortest work sequence was determined by using GA. The optimal work planning decreased the total work time of the subassembly process by 4.1%. The result showed the effectiveness of the suggested simple algorithm for even distribution of work and GA for the shortest welding sequence.

        H-beam 절단용 다관절 로봇의 절단작업영역 설정에 관한 연구

        This study aims for determination of cutting work envelope of an articular robot for H-beam cutting. The robot has its own work envelope. The cutting of piece with groove requires the specific position of the torch which contracts the work envelope. This study suggested the new method to determine the cutting work envelope for this case. The method simplified the problem by use of the combination of inverse kinematics and forward kinematics. The method was used for cutting the H-beam with groove. The cutting work envelope was determined easily. The result was verified by 3D simulation system which implements the articular robot with 6 axes and the H-beam in the virtual shop.
