소프트웨어 회사들은 새로운 개발보다는 기존 프로젝트의 유지보수와 성능향상 프로젝트를 보다 많이 수행한다. 기존의 비용 추정 모델들은 유지보수 프로젝트들에 적용할 수 있지만, 유지보수 분야에 적용시키기 위해서는 변경이 필요하다. 본 논문은 개발 프로젝트와 유지보수 프로젝트의 기능점수 계산방법을 분류하고 ISBSG의 밴치마킹 자료를 회귀분석한 결과를 토대로 유지보수 프로젝트의 비용을 측정할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 먼저, ISBSG 자료를 소프트웨어 비용에 영향을 미치는 요소인 프로그램 추가, 변경과 삭제 3가지 요소의 8가지 중에서 실제 유지보수가 나타나는 4가지 그룹으로 분류하였다. 그리고, 그룹별로 통계적 모델과 RBF 망(Radial Basis Function Network)을 이용한 모델을 개발하여 각각 의 성능을 분석 평가한 결과 RBF 망이 통계적 모델보다 좋은 성능을 보였다. Software industry has put more emphasis on maintenance and enhancement work than on the new development. The existing effort estimation models can still be applied to maintenance projects, though modifications are needed. This paper suggests a way to estimate the size of a maintenance project from the regression analysis of ISBSG's benchmarking data. First of all, among the 3 elements(addition, modification and deletion of the program) which influences the software cost, we selected and classified 4 groups from a total of 8 which shows actual maintenance cost from ISBSG's data. Moreover, we developed statistical model and a model which uses RBF(Radial Basis Function) Network and after evaluating each functions we concluded that the RBF Network is superior to the statistical model.

In this thesis, I will examine the activity status of the <Josunsajingeonsulwiwonhae> for the construction of the photographic society immediately after liberation, the trend of photographic works, and the process of differentiation into left and right. In addition, in the division of the left and right wing, we examined critically the activities and achievements of the <Josunsajinyesulyeonguhae>, which promoted the banner of nationalist cultural construction of the right wing.1) The first society of photographers group constructed after liberation was the <Josunsajingeonsulwiwonhae>, formed in August 1945 by Park Pil-ho. Participation targets included art photographers, photo-journalists, portrait photographers, merchants of materials. The <Exhibition of Liberation Memorial>, organized by this group, appeared new photographers such as Kim Jinsoo, Lee Dongho , Jeong Dosun and Lee Myeong-dong, who led Korean photography as critics of realism photography. On March, 1946, photographers who have been active in art society since the Japanese colonial period were formed as the center and formed the <Josunsajinyesulyeonguhae>. In terms of members, it could be said to be the successor of the <Josunsajingeonsulwiwonhae>. They consisted the scope of their activities to 'Art Photography' to clarify the organization's identity. The <Josunsajinyesulyeonguhae> hosted the 《National Photographic Arts Contest》, which produced national photography enthusiasm and expanded its base. This was a time when members of Korean society tried to restore independence in their own ways. Since the distress of the past 36 years originated from the fact that, above all, the sovereignty of the state was lost, efforts to restore Korean self-sufficiency at the time proceeded toward emphasizing pure ethnic characteristics. Korean photography was the same.

Most of the methods of estimating the size of software are based on the functions provided to costumers and in the process of granting the score to each function we consider the complexity during the process. The FFP technique has advantages applied to vast areas like data management, real-time system, algorithmic software, etc, but on the other hand, has disadvantage on estimating sizes for weights for necessary function elements. This paper proposes the estimating method for software size by considering the complexity of each function elements in full function point calculation method applied to a new developed project and maintenance projects. For this, based on function point by using surveyed data proved the validity of proposed method. The valid result, was that the function elements, the attributes used in size estimation of software, estimated better estimated sizes than in the case of other weights being applied.
