This experimental study is conducted to investigate effects of a splitter plate, which is set on the back side of a square prism in the uniform flow. The Reynolds number is $1.44{\times}10^{4}$ based on the width of the square prism. The measurement of velocity vector and pressure distribution are carried out 4 cases of length in the range of 0.5L to 2.0L with 0.5L interval and 3 cases of Position at 0L, 0.25L, 0.5L, Flow visualization is also executed by smoke-wire method to understand the mechanism of vortex formation The results show the strong vortex shedding patterns and drags are decreased effectively, when the position of splitter plate is 0L. And the drag reduction rate is in inverse proportion to the splitter plate length

Functional dyspepsia is one of the most common gastrointestinal disorders encountered in clinical practice. Functional dyspepsia is currently defined by Rome III criteria as the chronic dyspeptic symptoms (postprandial fullness, early satiety, epigastric pain or burning) in the absence of underling structural or metabolic disease that readily explain the symptoms. According to the Rome III consensus, functional dyspepsia can be subdivided into postprandial distress syndrome (PDS) and epigastric pain syndrome (EPS). Although the Rome III criteria have been published more than 8 years ago, not much effort has been put into validating these criteria and direct scientific evidence supporting the validity of the subdividing functional dyspepsia into PDS and EPS are lacking. This article is intended to review the validity of the Rome III criteria on the subdivisions of functional dyspepsia, i.e. PDS and EPS. The impact of sleep disorder, Helicobacter pylori-associated dyspepsia, and the emerging drug therapies in functional dyspepsia will also be discussed in this article. Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the effect of thermal change on face, acupuncturing Yon-gok (KI2). The room temperature adjust 26 ℃ making use of air-conditioner. Methods: A Clinical study was done on 20 males and females who didn`t have any disease. We used IR-5000 to observe the effects of acupuncture at face temperature. Results: Acupuncturing Yon-gok(KI2), the special region on face falls the temperature (n=20) from Avg.=28.1400±0.2603 ℃ to Avg.=27.4910±0.2539 ℃ the special region on chest falls the temperature (n=20) from Avg.=26.9450±0.2591 ℃ to Avg.=26.8690±0.2519 ℃. These effects result at the stimulating `Hwa` point, one of five-shu-point one in the meridian, Yon-gok (KI2) is one of `Hwa`. the stimulating `Hwa` is able to cure fever, headache, and pains. and it has ablility of controlling body temperature, specially, upper region of whole human body. Conclusions: In conclusion. Acupuncturing Yon-gok (KI2) falls the temperature of region on face, Compared with the temperature of region on chest.

In Korea, concerns over a deflation arose for the first time in the summer of 2014, following three straight years of CPI falling below the target rate. Particularly, prices of agricultural crops continued to show an unusual downward trend, and the CPI fell below 1% amid stumbling oil prices in the latter half of 2014, fueling anxiety over a possible deflation. Some strongly advocated the idea of slashing the policy rate to prevent a deflation. However, according to the analysis of this report, the current deflationary concerns are overrated, and even if CPI falls below 0% for one or two quarters due to falling oil prices and agricultural crop prices, it would be a "good deflation" that lowers production costs as well, not a "bad deflation" that should be avoided at all costs by lowering the interest rates. While an interest rate cut takes substantial time to buoy the price level and the effect remains dubious, it clearly has an adverse effect of worsening household debt problems that have become the greatest threat to the Korean economy. Given this, cutting the interest rate to dispel"deflationary concerns"would not be a viable option at this moment. A more direct and immediate policy response would be to lower energy-related utility prices to keep CPI in the positive territory.
