공유저작물의 활성화를 위한 법적 연구

With the recent shared economy in the spotlight, public domain that are not protected by copyrights are getting a lot of attention. public domain are meaningful in terms of achieving the purpose of the Copyright Act, means of expanding freedom of expression, contributing to the revitalization of the content industry, ensuring the author's voluntary conduct. Currently, the government is trying to enlarge the number of public domain in korea. However, many related laws, including the Copyright Act, are acting as barriers to the circulation of public domain. And many problems and limitations related to public domain are preventing them from being activated. Thus, we propose as a measure for the revitalization of public domain, a measure for the securing and managing of public domain, a revision of the law for the revitalization, and the enactment of a single law for the revitalization of public domain were put forward in this paper. 최근 공유경제가 주목을 받으면서 저작권에 의하여 보호되지 않는 저작물을 의미하는 공유저작물도 함께 큰 조명을 받고 있다. 공유저작물은 「저작권법」의 목적 달성, 표현의 자유 확대 수단, 콘텐츠 산업의 활성화에 기여, 저작자의 자발적 행위를 보장한다는 측면에서 그 의의가 있다. 현재 우리나라에서는 정부 차원에서 공유저작물을 확대하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으나 「저작권법」을 비롯한 많은 유관 법률이 오히려 공유저작물 유통 활성화의 장벽으로 작용하고 있는 실정이며, 공유저작물과 관련한 많은 문제점과 한계로 인해 활성화되지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공유저작물의 의의 및 필요성과 현황 및 문제점에 대해 살펴보고, 공유저작물의 활성화를 위한 방안으로서 공유저작물의 확보 및 관리에 대한 개선 방안과 활성화를 위한 법 개정, 단일법 제정 등을 제시하였다.

지역축제지원 조례의 확산요인 분석: 제도적 동형화를 중심으로

This study examines whether the enactment of the local festival support ordinance spread through institutional isomorphism. The local festival support ordinance is a representative local government’s support system related to local festivals. The local festival support ordinance, which has been enacted since 2004, is enacted by 134 local governments in 2021. As many local governments mainly include the budget support of the head of local governments or the composition of the festival promotion committee in the local festival support ordinance, this study also focuses on these two contents. For analysis, panel ordered logit analysis is conducted for 226 local governments and the Sejong Special Self-Governing City from 2010 to 2019. As a result, it is confirmed that the local festival support ordinance of local governments is enacted through mimetic isomorphism and normative isomorphism. In other words, when local governments enact the local festival support ordinance, other local governments’ local festival support ordinance and private non-profit organizations related to culture, festivals, and tourism have a great influence. This study contributes to empirically analyzing the diffusion factors of local governments’ local festival support ordinance, and suggests the directions of improvement for the local festival support ordinance. 이 연구는 지역축제지원 조례 제정이 제도적 동형화(institutional isomorphism)를 통해 확산되었는지 검토하고자 하였다. 지방정부의 지역축제관련 지원 제도 중 대표적으로 지역축제지원 조례를 들 수 있다. 2004년부터 제정되기 시작한 지역축제지원 조례는 2021년 기준 134개의 기초자치단체가 제정하였다. 다수의 지방정부가 주로 단체장의 예산 지원이나 축제추진위원회 구성 중 하나 이상을 지역축제지원 조례에 포함함에 따라 이 연구에서도 이 두 내용에 중점을 두고 조례를 살펴보았다. 연구 분석을 위해 2010년부터 2019년까지 10년간 226개의 지방자치단체와 세종특별자치시를 대상으로 패널서열로짓분석(panel ordered logit analysis)을 시행하였다. 분석 결과, 모방적 동형화와 규범적 동형화를 통해 기초자치단체의 지역축제지원 조례 제정이 이루어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 지방정부가 지역축제지원 조례를 제정함에 있어서 주변 지방정부의 지역축제지원 조례와 각 지역의 문화・축제・관광관련 민간 비영리단체의 영향력이 컸음을 볼 수 있었다. 이 연구는 제도적 동형화가 지방정부의 지역축제지원 조례 확산의 주요 요인임을 실증적으로 확인하였으며, 지역축제지원 조례에 대한 향후 개선방향을 제시하고 있다.

호남지역의 산지하천유역의 갈수유출특성

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of low flow on the region of the Honam : design low flow and recession constants. 63 ungaged points are selected on the 6 representative basins with the gaged stations. We observed discharge several times on the points and developed the relationship between upstream and downstream at which long-term continuous record sites are located. The low flow characteristic values are transferred from a gaged sites to the ungaged sites through the equation. The low flow statistics at the gaged sites is the published values on the flood control board. And the recession constants on the 6 gaged stations are estimated by Vogel and Kroll method.

韓國經濟의 實際와 展望에 對한 小考

Korean economy is an economic system based on capitalism. Due to the scarcity of naturally endowed resources, however, it is unable to turn away from the heavy structure dependent on its import. This means that Korean economy is vulnerable to changes of international economic environment. While overcoming this difficulty, Korea has to accomplish two other tasks such as maintaining her sustained economic growth and resolving the security issue. In order to achieve these objectives, following things need to be effected First, equal distribution of income needs to be ensured through payment of adequate amount of wages to the workers. There should be a more democratic and rational organization of labor to improve the legal status of the workers. Second, we should not forget the fact that national security is likely to be threatened without ensuring the social and political stability. Third, making appropriate achievement of national economy requires economic growth, economic stability, equality of income distribution, and more balanced insdustrial structure. In addition to all these things, the more important thing is that a new value system should be established through correct understanding of right utilization of available resources, the workers' motivation, technological improvement, and savings which is the source of investment capital In order to resolve the issues confronting the Korean economy, the precondition is reaching national consensus and operating on its basis in the soico-political aspects as well as in the economic respect. It is worthwhile, we think, to re-emphasize the fact that the most important task is to re-evaluate and re-set the structure of our national awareness or the ideology.

코로나19상황에서의 대학 교양교육과정에 대한 학습자 요구도 탐색: A대학교를 중심으로

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze learners' perceptions and necessity of the university liberal arts curriculum at the time when the government's COVID-19 prevention policy was in full swing. For this purpose, 475 students taking liberal arts courses at A Univ. located in the metropolitan area were evaluated on their experiences of taking liberal arts courses, awareness and necessity of lecture structure, learning activities, academic achievement, academic achievement, and evaluation. Methods As an analysis method, as a result of examining the requirement ranking by factor through the Borich’s Requirement Formula and the The Locus for Focus Model, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the t-test for importance and current level. Results First, the content showing the highest trend among the teachers' requests for lesson design perceived by learners was the composition of various theoretical lectures and learning activities tailored to liberal arts subjects. Second, it is necessary for teachers to improve students' ability to solve problems and think through liberal arts classes, and to have frequent opportunities for mutual communication between professors and learners. Third, students perceived positively both at the current level and importance in relation to the liberal arts class grade evaluation. Fourth, students gave an overall positive evaluation of the current liberal arts curriculum. Conclusions The researcher first needs to reinforce the lesson design that can communicate well with each other regardless of the type of class in order to increase the educational performance and effectiveness between professors and learners. It was suggested that universities and professors are required to prepare a standard system that can autonomously design lessons according to new lesson types and monitor learners' learning performance. 목적 정부의 위드(With)코로나 방역 정책이 본격적으로 시작되는 시점에 대학 교양교육과정에 대한 학습자의 인식을 통해 요구도를 분석함으로써 향후 교양교육에 대한 의사결정 시 우선적으로 고려돼야 하는 부분이 무엇인지를 모색하기 위함이다. 방법 수도권 소재 A대학 교양교과목 수강생 475명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행했고, 학습자의 교양교과목에 관한 경험을 토대로강의구성, 학습활동, 학업성취, 평가에 대한 인식과 요구조사를 실시했다. 분석방법은 Borich 요구도 공식과 The Locus for Focus 모델을 통해 요인별 요구도 순위를 조사했고, 중요도와 현재수준에 대한 t검정 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로나타났다. 결과 첫째, 학습자들이 인식하는 교수자의 수업설계에 관한 요구 중 가장 높은 추이를 보인 내용은 교양교과목에 맞춘 다양한 이론강의와 학습활동 구성이었다. 둘째, 교수자는 학생들이 교양수업을 통해서 문제를 해결하고 사고할 수 있는 능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록하고, 교수⋅학습자 간 상호소통의 기회를 자주 가질 필요가 있다. 셋째, 학생들은 교양수업 성적평가와 관련해 현재 시행되고 있는수준과 중요도 모두에서 긍정적으로 인식하고 있다. 넷째, 현재 학생들은 A대학의 교양교육과정에 대해 전반적으로 긍정 평가를하고 있다. 결론 이를 위해 교수⋅학습자 간의 교육성과와 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 수업유형에 상관없이 상호 간에 소통이 잘 될 수 있는수업설계의 보강이 필요하고, 대학과 교수자는 새로운 수업유형에 맞춰 자율적으로 수업설계를 하고 학습자의 학습성과를 모니터링할 수 있는 표준체계 마련이 요구됨을 제시했다.

영화 대본 번역에 나타난 영어 불변화사 UP/OUT의 한국어 번역 전략

The purpose of this study is to analyze how particles of English are translated in Korean and discuss whether the results of the analysis are consistent with the cognitive semantic approach about English particles. First, UP and OUT were selected for the subjects of the study. Then, to obtain the most appropriate data for the purpose of the study, eight films were selected from the OTT platform Netflix and the text as data were collected by extracting subtitles. We examined the collected translation data, investigated what translation strategies the English particles and phrasal verbs in the data were translated through, and produced statistics. Finally, we confirmed that the results of the analysis support cognitive semantic view on English particles that particles in phrasal verbs are not arbitrary, and we made a brief generalization of the results of the analysis.scale.

중학교 수학에서의 함수지도

As already mentioned in the preface, the weight of the Function in modern mathematics is gradually increasing. The importance of studying it, however, tends be neglected because it is introduced between the first and second semester in the middle school syllabus. The studying of the Function is very important in that it can help the Students develop their mathematical and logical thinking. In this report, the concept of the function was researched historically so that the teachers may present to their students the easier way of approaching it. On the premise that the Function means the relation between the two variables, the method of discovering or unifying the objects by Functional observation was also considered hers. The three stages which and be offered as the suitable learning process are as follows. For the first-grads students, the symbolization of both the Function and the grade is needed for their understanding the systematic structure of the Function. For the second grade, the concept of the relation between the linear equation in two variable and the Function should be understood precisely, so that the students themselves may express it into a graph. For the third, the quadratic Function related to quadratic equation, the notion that the graph of the quadratic Function is a parabola The testing should be followed after each process to make sure that the students understand he given assignment. The result of the test must be analyzed to find out the dull students and solve their learning problems.

장노년층의 디지털 리터러시에 영향을미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Despite the emergence of various technologies aimed at making life more convenient due to the advancement of information and communication technology, the digital information gap remains pronounced among the elderly population compared to other age groups and populations vulnerable to information disparities. Therefore, this study aims to investigate factors influencing digital literacy among the elderly. To achieve this, an analysis was conducted using ordered logistic regression and multiple regression analysis based on the 2022 Digital Information Disparity Survey conducted by Ministry of Science and ICT(MSIT) and National Information Society Agency(NIA). The analysis results revealed that in both middle-aged and elderly groups, higher self-efficacy regarding digital devices and a positive attitude toward digital technology had a positive impact on digital literacy. Digital accessibility measured by the possession of digital devices showed that in the case of the middle-aged group, owning a computer led to an improvement in the technical usage proficiency within digital literacy. Conversely, for the elderly group, owning a computer, smartphone, and smart pad resulted in an enhancement of technical usage proficiency within digital literacy. Furthermore, among the middle-aged group, a greater level of social capital led to an improvement in social participation and information assessment abilities within digital literacy, compared to the elderly group. Through this study, we aim to explore strategies to alleviate the digital gap and inequality among the elderly, contributing to the ultimate goal of enhancing the life satisfaction of the elderly population, which is one of the objectives of welfare.
