초ㆍ중학생을 위한 기업가정신 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과

이 연구의 목적은 초등학생과 중학생을 대상으로 기업가정신을 함양하기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌 연구를 통해 기업가정신 교육프로그램 틀을 도출하고 전문가로부터 타당성을 검증 받았으며, 그 결과에 근거하여 기업가정신 교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한 초중학교에 시범 적용과 함께 설문 조사 및 질적 자료 수집을 통해 현장 적합성 및 효과성을 검증하였다. 이러한 연구에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초중학교의 기업가정신 교육을 위한 프로그램 내용 및 목표를 타당성 있게 개발하였다. 둘째, 초‧중학생의 기업가정신 교육프로그램을 각각 17차시로 구성된 워크북과 교사용 매뉴얼을 개발하여 현장 적용성을 확보하였다. 셋째, 초‧중학생을 대상으로 기업가정신 교육 프로그램 수업 후 설문 조사 및 질적 자료 수집을 통해 최종 교육프로그램을 개발하고 적용 효과를 분석하였다. 추후 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 학교에서의 기업가정신 교육의 활용과 청소년 기업가정신 교육을 올바른 개념 정립, 체계적인 교육과정 정립, 교원의 전문성 확보를 위한 노력이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to develop the entrepreneurship education program for elementary and middle-school students. For this, the verified program after review of the related study literature was developed and adopted to the targets of elementary and middle school students. And the qualitative study methods such as interviews and data collections were used for its site-compatibility and efficacy. tThe results of this study were as followings First, it was proved that the developed program in this study has considerable reliability in the aspect of both contents and purpose appropriateness. Second, it is concluded that this program has substantial site-preferences owing to the 17 lesson workbooks for students and their manuals for teachers. Third, it was certified that this program could improve students' entrepreneurship according to the result of the analysis on the lessons through interviews or data collections from students. These results suggest that it was needed to implement the more well-developed programs for youth after defining the right concept and curriculum, along with investment to raise teachers' expertise on these programs.
