전통시장과 도심활성화: 공주 산성시장

본 연구는 본 연구는 도시기능으로서 전통시장에 대한 접근이다. 적극적으로 보면 도시경제는 지역생산자 (주변농어촌 포함)와의 연계를 통한 상호이익차원에서 비용우위 및 차별화를 만들고 서민 및 여행자들에게 색다른 여가공간을 제공하는 입장에서 전통시장의 역할이 있었다. 하지만 서민경제거래활동 조건만을 가지고 새로운 가치를 발견할 수 없기 때문에 ‘도시 또는 도심’을 형성하는 전통시장의 역할을 주목해본다. 전통시장 이 도심기능에서 차지하는 위치는 서민경제활동을 초월한 개념이며 도심경제의 활성화를 위한 역할론에 대 한 것이다. 도심경제가 표방하는 미래의 가치를 질문할 때 전통시장의 성공도 기대된다. This study is an approach to traditional markets as an urban function. In positive terms, the urban economy creates mutual benefits of cost advantage and differentiation through the linkage of local producers (including the surrounding farming and fishing villages). The role of the traditional market was to provide citizens and travelers with different leisure spaces. However, as the economy of life cannot find new values, the role of the traditional market that forms downtown is noteworthy. The position that traditional markets occupy in urban function is beyond living economy and vitalization of urban economy. In that context, what is the future value of the urban economy? In answering that question, the success of traditional markets is also expected.

중소기업의 기술사업화는 인적, 자원 등 인프라의 부족을 극복하는 과정으로서 기술사업화 전략을 찾아가는 것은 무엇보다도 중요하다. 불리한 조건을 극복하는 가장 명확한 방법은 시장지향적인 마케팅기획의 엄격함에 있으며 마케팅에 대한 기업가의 이해 여하는 기술개발과정에 중요하다. 모니터링단계에서 시장지향적인 기획이 중요하다는 현상을 파악하고 있으며, 기업의 기술사업화가 시장지향적 기술 및 제품 개발을 우선하는 아이템의 중요성을 강조한다. 시장지향적 아이템이 중소기업의 역량부족을 해결하고 성공을 보장할 것이다. Technology commercialization or new product development (NPD) is the complete process of bringing a new product to market. This paper presents a framework for a technology firm to think about its commercialization strategy in an environment where the established firms have tight control over the government funded. Companies typically see new product development as the first stage in generating and commercializing new product within the overall strategic process of product life cycle management used to maintain or grow their market share. Market-oriented item will overcome the lack of capacity, and will ensure the success of SME.

전통시장의 성공조건 탐색 : 대구불로시장과 대전유성시장의 사례

전통시장은 경제, 사회, 도심재생, 먹거리, 친환경적 혜택이 존재한다. 혜택의 확산을 위해 전통시장의 성공은 중요하다고 할 때, 성공조건은 도심과 지역 커뮤니티 간 연계, 대표단체, 지속적 투자, 프로모션, 판매 포인트, 입지, 규모의 양질 등에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 성공조건을 규모와 역사를 자랑하는 대전유성시장과 대구불로전통시장에 적용하여 파악한 결과, 전통시장 특별법상 인증등록시장인 대구불로전통시장이 공식적인 상인회를 중심으로 7가지 조건에 대응하고 있는 등 유성시장보다 나은 결과를 가져오고 있다. 그렇지만 유성과 불로시장 모두는 장기적인 관점에서 상인의 적극적인 관심과 지방정부의 정책적 지원은 여전히 필요하다.

해외 거주 중국인으로서 화교의 협상문화

협상문화로서 유교적인 계층적 사회질서에서 파생되는 개인의 사회적 관계와 위신을 분석한다. 유교는 작은 사회의 질서를 중요시하는데 중국 역사에 그 이유가 있다. 춘추전국시대에 이합집산으로 인하여 사회적 규칙이 국가 규칙보다 많아지게 된다. 국가보다 내가 속한 작은 사회가 나를 지켜주었기 때문에 그렇다. 그래서 전쟁에서 이기고 지는 것보다 나와 가족이 속한 사회의 유지가 중요해진 것이다. 중국 역사에서 수많은 왕조의 교체가 있었지만 지방이 중앙통제보다 자치사회를 유지한 이유이기도 하다. 이런 현상을 심화시킨 또 다른 원인이 거론된다. 근대화 이전까지 중국을 지배하였던 만주족이 세운 청나라의 특성에 관한 것이다. 만주족은 인구 및 관료가 부족하여 지방을 효과적으로 통제할 수 없었기 때문에 지방자치는 국가의 통치이념이 되었고 이로 인하여 지역적인 작은 사회의 질서를 스스로 통제하는 힘을 가지게 된다. 이것은 특정 집단 속에서 나의 위치와 관계를 중요하게 만들었다. 특히 작은 사회의 질서를 유지하는 도덕적 거래로서 꽌시와 대내외적인 지위의 인정으로서 미엔즈가 두드러졌다. 이러한 특성은 화교의 문화와 협상스타일에 영향을 주었다. 간혹 상대방의 협상력이 클 경우에 문화가 표출되지 않지만 글로벌 비즈니스를 경험하는 화교기업가에게 문화는 상대적으로 나타난다. 장기적인 협상과정에서 꽌시와 미엔즈는 협상도구로서 담판을 좌우하며 상대방의 협상력을 통제 가능한 수준으로 만들어서 결론짓는 것이다. 협상과정은 협상력의 크기에 따른 보편적인 전략보다 꽌시와 미엔즈에 민감도가 존재한다. This study analyzes the characteristics of individual social relations and prestige derived from hierarchical social order, which is the core of Confucian culture, in Chinese negotiation culture. Confucianism is important in the order of a small society, and the reason can be found in Chinese history. In the Warring States Period, splits and mergers resulted in more social rules than national rules. The individual has come to realize that my small society protects them. Thus, rather than winning and losing the war, it was more important to maintain a society where I and my family could belong. There is another cause of this phenomenon. It is a characteristic of the Qing dynasty set up by the Manchus who ruled China before modernization. Since the Manchus did not have enough populations and bureaucrats to effectively control the provinces, local autonomy became the governing principle of the state. This gave him the power to control the order of small local societies, and his position and relationship within the group became increasingly important. It emerged as a mianzi as a guanxi and a recognition of internal and external status as a moral deal that maintains the order of a small society. The culture and negotiating style of the Overseas Chinese who are developing a family-based network business have been influenced. However, for Overseas Chinese entrepreneurs experiencing global business, culture may be relative rather than absolute. Sometimes, when the bargaining power of the negotiating partner is large, the culture is not expressed much. Nevertheless, guanxi and mianzi are the tools of negotiation for Overseas Chinese who think about the long-term negotiation process. In general, Chinese negotiations are long-term and reliable. Therefore, the bargaining power of the opponent can be made to be controlled. Thus, the negotiation process of Overseas Chinese entrepreneurs takes priority over guanxi and mianzi over universal strategies based on the size of the bargaining power.

플랫폼으로서 전통시장 : 광천전통시장

전통시장은 공간적인 플랫폼으로 볼 수 있다. 장사하는 마당의 의미로서 전통시장(市場)은 평평한 마당(場) 에 번화가를 형성하고 상품을 사고팔며, 주택, 상점, 도로 등을 건설한 시(市)의 중심지였다. 전통시장은 도시 의 매개체로서 플랫폼비즈니스이며 ‘남의 힘을 빌어서 자신을 강하게 만드는’ 모습을 보인다. 본 연구는 토굴새우젓골목이 형성되어 있는 광천전통시장의 플랫폼 생태계를 고민해보았다. 아쉽게도 상인 개인의 만족 수준에서 광천전통시장이 정의되고 있어서 다양한 플레이어를 끌어들이는 생태계적 역할 한계가 나 타난다. 생산자와 소비자, 지역이해관계자들의 커뮤니티 구성은 필수적이며 전통시장의 성장을 선도하기 위해서 진부한 전통시장 그 이상의 계획이 필요하다. Traditional markets are spatially platform-like. As a means of doing business or a bustling yard, the traditional market was the center of the city, which built a downtown area on a flat yard, bought and sold goods, and built houses, shops, and roads. The traditional market has the character of platform business as a public property of the city and shows'to make oneself strong by taking advantage of others'. This study analyzed the development of the platform ecosystem of Gwangcheon Traditional Market where'tunnel salted shrimp alleys' are formed. However, the limit of the role of ecosystem formation that attracts various players appears because it remains in the satisfaction of the individual merchant. The community of producers, consumers, and local stakeholders leads to the growth of traditional markets and requires planning beyond old thinking.

The far-zone magnetic field patterns of a E-plane horn antenna with various edge structures are analyzed using UTD. The ray tracing method is used to lacate the shadow boundaries, and then GO and UTD are utilized to evaluate the incident, reflected, diffracted, surface diffaracted, and the second order diffracted, diffracted-reflected, and diffracted-reflected-diffracted waves existing in each region of interest. By doing this, we analyzed the effects of flanges or caps connected on the edge of a horn antenna on the side lobe and back lobe levels. Also, the validity of this paper is proved by comparing the analytical results with those of measurement and method of moment presented in the reference.
