        중국 내 거주 지역에 따른 관광 광고 효과 비교 연구

        한국 내에 유입되는 중국인 관광객 수가 빠른 증가세를 보이고 있다. 중국은 다양한지역적 특성이 공존하는 국가이다. 이러한 지역적 차이를 바탕으로 한 관광 마케팅 연구는 한국 관광 시장에서의 중국 관광객 유치 전략에 유의미한 연구가 될 것이다. 본 연구는 2013년 집행된 싸이의 ‘위키코리아’ 광고를 대상으로 중국의 GDP 기준상위 4개 도시의 광고효과 차이를 검증 하였다. 광고효과는 기억효과와 광고에 대한태도, 그리고 행동단계의 참여도라는 세 변수로 구 성되었다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기억효과 측정 변수에서 지역적으로 차이가 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 광고에 대한 태도 역시 지역적 차이를 보이고 있었으며셋째, 이러한 차이는 행동단계의 참여도 변수 에서도 동일하게 나타나고 있었다. 이러한 결과들은 관광 설득 메시지를 보낼 때에 지역 간 차이를 두어야 함을 시사하며, 매체 이용에 대한 다 양성을 바탕으로 향후 관광 마케팅 전략이 구사되어야 함을보여준다.

        《난경(難經)》 오사론(五邪論)을 적용한 침법(鍼法)이 2K1C 고혈압(高血壓) 백서(白鼠)의 혈압(血壓)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to compare Xingjian(LR2) Shaofu(HT8) with Dadun(LR1) Shaofu(HT8) on Blood Pressure in Hypertensive RAT induced by Two Kidney One Clip(2KIC). Methods : This experiments was to investigate the effects of LR2 HT8(originated from ${\ll}$Classic on Difficulty${\gg}$ Shi Ze Xie Qi Zi), LR1 HT8(originated from ${\ll}$Ling Shu${\gg}$ Sheng Ze Xie Zhi) acupuncture on the blood pressure, cardiomegalic index, and plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide in hypertensive rat induced by 2K1C. Results: 1. Blood pressure was decreased significantly after third acupuncture of LR2 HT8. 2. Blood pressure was decreased significantly after acupuncture of LR2 HT8, but was increased after LR2 HT8. 3. Cardiomegalic index was not changed after acupuncture of LR2-HT8 and LR1-HT8 4. Plasma levels of atrial natriuretic peptide was increased significantly after acupuncture of LR2 HT8 but LR1 HT8 was not changed.

        웨어러블 신체 생체 활동 모니터링 시스템 개발

        Along with the development of ICT technology, wearable devices of various sizes and shapes have been developed. In addition, performance and specifications are rebuilt with IOT fusion products so that they can connect with the current smartphone. This is one of the general-purpose technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, which is spot-lighted with technology that changes the quality and environment of our lives. Along with this, as new technology products combining health care technology increases, various functions are provided to users who need it. Wearable technology is ongoing trend of technology development. It also sells products developed as products in the form of smart watches. At present, various related products are made in various ways, and it is recommended to use the Arduino processor in accordance with the application. In this study, we developed wearable physical activity monitoring system using open source hardware based TinyDuino. TinyDuino is an ultra-compact Arduino compatible board made on the basis of Atmega process Board, and it can be programmed in open source integrated development environment(named Sketch). The physical activity monitoring system of the welfare body can be said to be a great advantage, as a smart u-Healthcare system that can perform daily health management. ICT 기술이 발전함에 따라, 다양한 크기와 형태의 웨어러블 디바이스가 개발되어 지고 있다. 또한, 성능이나 스펙은 현재의 스마트폰과 연결 가능하도록 IOT 융합 제품으로 재탄생 되고 있다. 이것은 4차 산업혁명의 범용 기술 중 하나로, 우리의 삶의 질과 환경을 바꾸는 기술로 집중 조명을 받고 있다. 이와 함께 헬스케어 기술이 결합된 신기술 제품이 증가함에 따라, 이를 필요로 하는 사용자들에게 다양한 기능들이 제공되고 있다. 웨어러블 기술은 기술개발과 함께 지속적인 증가 추세에 있다. 또한 이를 스마트 와치 형태의 제품으로 개발하여 제품을 출시하고 있다. 또한 소형화를 위해 마이크로프로세서의 집적화 기술을 적용한 오픈소스 하드웨어들이 개발되고 있다. 그중 아두이노 관련 제품은 현재 다양하게 만들어져 있으며 용도에 따라 아두이노 프로세서를 개발 툴에 맞추어 사용하면 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 하드웨어 기반의 타이니두이노를 활용하여 웨어러블 신체 생체 활동 모니터링 시스템을 개발하였다. 타이니두이노는 Atmega 프로세스를 기반으로 제작된 초소형 아두이노 호환 보드로 오픈소스 통합 개발 환경(스케치)에서 프로그램이 가능하다. 웨어러블 신체 생체 활동 모니터링 시스템은 일상적인 건강관리를 할 수 있는 스마트 u-Healthcare 시스템이라는 것이 큰 장점이라 할 수 있겠다.

        The change in absorption and emission energy of several 7-amino substituted 4-methyl and trifluoromethylcoumarins in various polar, nonpolar, protic and aprotic organic solvents has been studied. The electronic transition energy including Stokes' shift are correlated with the orientation polarizability. Both the absorption and the emission transition energy decrease as the solvent polarity increases. The empirical solvent polarity parameters such as ET(30), π* are tested for their sensitivity and similar responses are observed.

        Effects of Cordyceps militaris Cultivated on Rice on Lipid Metabolism in Rats Fed High Fat-cholesterol Diets

        Dongchunghacho rice, produced by cultivating Dongchunghacho fungus on rice, could be an effective functional food because it offers added value to rice and thus increases rice consumption. However, the physiological effect of Dongchunghacho rice has not been reported yet although there is increasing consumers demand. Therefore, we investigated the effect of Dongchunghacho rice (unpolished rice cultivated with Cordyceps militaris) on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats. Forty of 8 wk-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups after a 1 week of adaptation period and fed either a normal diet (66% polished rice diet, NC), high fat (12 g/100 g)-high cholesterol (1 g/100 g) diet with 53% polished rice (HC), or high fat-high cholesterol diets supplemented with 30% of the total rice as either unpolished rice (UR) or Dongchunghacho rice (DR). After 4 weeks, rats fed the Dongchunghacho rice diet with high fat and cholesterol had dramatically lower plasma LDL cholesterol concentrations and atherogenic indexes and higher plasma HDL cholesterol levels compared with the rats consuming polished rice or unpolished rice with high fat and cholesterol diet. Dongchunghacho rice led to less total lipid and total cholesterol accumulation in liver. However, these significant reductions in plasma or hepatic lipid profiles were not closely correlated with fecal total lipid or total cholesterol excretion. The plasma concentration of total cholesterol and triglycerides were not affected by Dongchunghacho rice. This hypolipidemic effect of Dongchunghacho rice seemed to be unrelated to unpolished rice itself, because the plasma and hepatic lipid profiles of UR group were not different from that of the HC group. These results suggest that unpolished rice containing cultivated Cordyceps militaris can improve plasma and hepatic lipid profiles in rats fed with high fat-high cholesterol diet.

        산업재해환자(産業災害患者) 40례(例)를 통한 한의학적(韓醫學的) 치료(治療)의 접근성(接近性)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        Objective : The main purpose of this research is to make a survey of the effective way of the Korean traditional medical care about Industrial accidental patients. Methods : In following research, 40 cases of industrial accidental patients who hospitalized in the Dong-Shin Korean Traditional Medicine Hospital from January 1, 1996 to October 21, 2002 were surveyed. Results : 1. The highest incidence was shown in the age of twenties to fifties as much as 92.5% and the ratio of malr to female was 35:5. 2. The highest type in the industrial is professional negligences. 3. The number of patients via other hospital(82.5%) was much than that of the first visitor to our hospital(17.5%) 4. In admission motives, the patients who had been treated by western medical treatment expressed the dissatisfaction of that treatment, so hoped to be treated by oriental medical styles. 5. CVA was 47.5%, disease of sinews and bones system was 52.5%. 6. Hemiplegia(47.5%) was the most frequent out of all CVA patients symptoms, back pain(32.5%) was the commonest pain region of all the condition of sinews and bones system. 7. At first stage of admission period, Acupunture and Herb-medication was frequently prescribed for hwalhyultonglakgige, but as going to end stage was frequently used for bogi, bohyul, gudam and ansingige. 8. The treatment methods which was used for treating industrial accident was acupunture, cupping therapy, physical therapy.
