Noncontact measuring methodology of 3-dimensional profile using CCD camera are very attractive because of it's high measuring speed and its's high sensitivity. Especially when projecting a grid pattern over the object, the captured image have 3 dimensional information of the object. Projection moire extract 3-D information with another grid pattern in front of CCD camera. However phase measuring profilometry(PMP) obtain similar results without additional grid pattern. In this paper, the projection moire are compared with the PMP mathematically, and it is shown that PIMP can generate moire image with simple mathematical computations. Experimental works are also carried out showing the same results. It is shown that using a single gird pattern, moire image can be obtained directly without any mathematical operation when some conditions are satisfied.
레이저를 이용한 광학식 리니어 스케일의 분해능 향상에 관한 연구

The main scale of linear scale greatly affects on the precision of displacement measurement. Especially when needing the long range measurement, the length of main scale should be increased accordingly. In this paper, we propose a linear scale that uses laser interference pattern as main scale for long range measurement. The linear scale is similar to Michelson interferometer excepting that the reference mirror is tilted so as to obtain interference fringe pattern and a grating panel is attached on a quadratic photo diodes. Four kinds of grating having phase differences of 0, π/4, π/2, 3π/4 are arranged on the panel. The experimental results show that signals of quadratic photo diode, A, B, A ̄ and B ̄ are cosine wavelike and successive signals have phase difference of π/4 each other. So the proposed method can achieve improved measurement resolution.

The development of Shadow Moire in many kinds of methods for acquiring 3-dimensional information from an object is written in this paper. The fringe is appeared, when a grating mask makes its shadow on the object. The object is moved along x-axis more then 3 times to get phases from its fringe that contains data of the object's height. PMP(Phase Measuring Profilometry) is used for analyzing these images from a CCD camera. The calculated phase is remedied for expending the restricted results due to range of the tan^(-1).

In this paper we write to the result of measuring human body shape method - ibs-2000 - for human body shape measurement. The size measurement units and measuring speed is very inportant to efficiency of human body shape measurement units. By polygonal mirror system, the size measurement units and measuring time can be retrench.
Cu (tetramethylenesulfoxide)_6 (ClO_4)_2에서 금속과 리간드의 상호작용

The diluted powder electron spin resonance spectra of the hexacoordinated complex of copper (Ⅱ) with tetramethylenesulfoxide (TMSO) exhibit Jahn-Teller distortions. The g values of this complex are consistent with tetragonally elongated environment for the Cu^(2+) ion. Admixture of d3z^2-r^2 into dx^2-y^2 was found to be about 5%, The transition temperature of the copper (Ⅱ) doped Zn(TMSO)_6 (CIO_4)_2 was much higher than the reported transition temperature of a hexahydrated copper (Ⅱ) complex, CuSiF_6·6H_2O. The low temperature spin Hamiltonian parameters of this complex were used for the calculation of bonding parameters.
γ-ray로 照射된 2,4-dichloropentane

2, 4-dichloropentane irradiated in a Cobalt-60 source has been studied by gas chromatograph, IR-spectrometer, UV-visible spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance. More than four new substances were detected when 2, 4-dichloropentane was irradiated to 20Mrad. Free radicals produced were unstable at room temperature resulting in the formation of 1, 3-pentadiene, a conjugated compound, of which quantity increased as the dose rate increased. The absorption peak of 2, 4-dichloropentane occuring at 240㎜ seems to indicate that 2, 4-dichloropentane is partially hydrogen-bonded.

Moire principles are applied to the measurement of the spindle radial error motion. As opposed to conventional techniques, no master cylinder or ball is needed in the measurement so that the offset and out-of-roundness errors of the master can be inherently eliminated. Two periodic circular gratings are used, one is made on the spindle and the other is held stationary on the reference frame. When the two gratings are seen superimposed during spindle rotation, an interference fringe pattern is observed from which the information on the eccentricity between the two gratings can be extracted with high precision. The optical design and fringe analysis techniques of a prototype measurement system are described in detail with exemplary measurement results.
