The discharge started at lower voltage for the cathode corona than the anode corona. In contract Spark occurred higher voltage for the cathode corona. The anode corona showed higher NO to NO₂ conversion rate. The cone-hole type showed more stable discharge than the cone-plate type. As O₂ concentration increases, the NO to NO₂ conversion increases. It can be seen that the onset of combustion occurs at approximately 280℃ when using NO₂, while temperatures of around 480℃ are required to combust soot using 0₂

In order to analyze fuel consumption characteristics of passenger cars, an experiment study was carried out under various driving conditions; vehicle speed. air conditioner on/off, stop idle, fast and slow acceleration. The measurements were made with various sedan cars which were light, small and mid-size cars. These cars were tested on-road with fuel consumption meter. The instantaneous fuel consumption and driving speed were calculated with signals from the ECU.<br/>

The characteristics of soot oxidation are investigated experimentally. Soot oxidation occurs at approximately 470t in a mixture 21%O₂. base N₂ gas. and enhances as temperature increases. The initiation temperature of soot oxidation advances greatly to about 330°C with the addition of 300ppm NO₂ CO is generated at higher temperature by about 100°C than CO₂ in the process of soot oxidation. As the O₂ concentration increases, the soot oxidation started at low temperature and CO₂ is created a lot. With the result of the soot oxidation by NO₂, NO and 0₂, NO₂ is the most effective and NO and 0₂, followed.

The substrate transform using polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is a tool for providing Si substrate with flexible and transparent properties. In this study, an appropriate manufacturing process experiment was conducted to alter the existing silicon material into a PDMS material. The manufacturing process used plasma and electroless plating processes, and the contact angle and pixel analyses were conducted experimentally. Because the plasma process generates residual stresses on the PDMS surface and cracks the plated metal thin film, we determined the most suitable process model to avoid these issues. Moreover, we considered modifying the appropriate process model according to the catalyst application time. Therefore, this study expresses the applicability of metal electroless plating through various variables.
산업환경규제레짐의 유형과 특성: 선진 4개국 비교,분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 미국, 네덜란드, 영국 및 일본을 대상으로 환경적 특수성, 사회·경제적 여건 등 상이한 규제환경에 상응하며 설계·운용되고 있는 산업관련 환경규제레짐을 비교·분석함으로써 환경성과와 비용절감을 극대화시킬 수 있는 산업환경규제레짐의 유형과 특성 그리고 구성요소를 조명하였다. 정부자료 등 관련문헌을 참조하고 각 국 정책실무자들을 만나 반구조적 심층면접 조사방법을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 산업관련 환경규제레짐의 중요한 구성요소로 `규제구조 통합성`과 `규제집행 유연성`을 파악하였다. 선진국 사례연구가 주는 중요한 함의는 매체통합적인 규제구조와 유연한 집행방식을 매개로 하여 규제자와 피규제자간 다양한 형태의 의사소통과 협력을 통해 피규제자의 자율성과 창의성을 살리는 환경혁신을 유도하고 촉진시켜 나가고 있다는 점이다. This paper explores how regulatory regimes might achieve comparable of higher levels of environmental protection at lower costs. The research methodologies are based on semi-structured interviews with policy makers in four developed countries : the UK, the US, the Netherlands and Japan. The paper focused on an investigation of the different ways in which the environmental regulations are designed and implemented in order to provide guidance for the construction of better environmental regulations. The importance of regulatory integration and a more flexible approach to implementation in delivering competitive industry with a smaller negative environmental impact was observed. Furthermore, two essential components of regulatory regimes were identified: the regulatory framework(regulatory integration) and its implementation style(implementation flexibility). Based on an empirical study of four developed countries the regulatory regime can be divided into four quadrants of the basis of two variables: types of regulatory framework and implementation approach. The taxonomy of regulatory regime can be a reference point for identifying the relative status of Korea`s environmental regime, compared with those of the four developed countries, as well as providing some policy implications for the creation of an efficient regulatory regime in Korea.
