        Based on data provided by the science and technology knowledge infrastructure (ScienceON, 2017-2021), this paper reviews the research trends of domestic police services and related technologies, and describes the research and development direction of policing technology. For this purpose, the research was searched using the keywords science policing, smart policing, predictive policing, and policing. Policing technology is used for crime investigation (prevention), such as crime analysis and crime prediction. The collection of related data use urban infrastructure, the processing of data collected using technologies, such as artificial intelligence, and the utilization of data in police services (system) were summarized. In future, on-site support technology and crime investigation (prevention) technology for a preemptive correspondence to social threats and effective police activities must be developed. In addition, the quality of police services should be improved, a system to use police-related data should be developed, and the capabilities of police experts need to be strengthened.

        전자연동장치용 연동도표 작성 지원 소프트웨어 개발에 관한 연구

        Described in this paper is the software to design of a railway interlocking table, which describes the functional specifications of an interlocking device. Interlocking tables has been designed mainly based on personal expertise among signal engineers. However, this expertise needs to be analyzed with technical uniformity and integrated in an organized system. The proposed software is amount to the signal engineer's expertise, yet a generalization of interlocking reasoning. The algorithm is based on the train route setting principle, and is applicable in solving practical problems by computers. The software was evaluated through man-made and machine-made interlocking tables are compared. The evaluation results proves the software to be effective for computer control of the signaling system as interlocking system with a much improved safety.

        Acrobeads Test를 이용한 정자수정능의 평가

        The assessment of acrosomal status is important in evaluating the ability of sperm to fertilize the egg. The acrosomal status of sperm from 47 normal volunteers with proven fertility and 167 subfertile men with not to achieve pregnancy for at least 1 year were evaluated with Acrobeads test(FUSO Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd, Japan) using immunobeads coated with MH61 monoclonal antibody, which is specific for acrosome-reacted sperm. The mean${\pm}$SD of acrobeads score in 47 volunteer group was $2.8{\pm}0.7$, of which 46(97.9%)cases were ${\geq}$ 2. The mean${\pm}$SD of acrobeads score in 167 subfertile group was $1.7{\pm}0.8$, of which 73(79.3%)cases were ${\leq}$ 1. The aerobe ads score in subfertile group were significantly lower(r=0.294, p<0.05) than those in volunteer group. In subfertile group, acrobeads score were well correlated with the sperm density and motility(r=0.275, r=0.281, p<0.01), but not with semen volume(r=0.16) and serum hormone level(FSH r=0.084, LH r=0.036, testosterone r=0.058, prolactin r=0.006 and estradiol r=0.060)(p>0.05). Of 63 subfertile cases with normozoospermia, 22(34.9%)cases showed 0 or 1 of acrobeads score, which means to accompany with a functional defect in spite of normal morphology. As a results, Acrobeads test is not only a technically simple sensitive procedure with good reproducibility in evaluating the sperm fertilizing capacity but also an useful in the evaluation of effectiveness in the treatment of infertility and the separation of acrosome-reacted sperm in the assisted reproductive technique.

        비외상성 피질하 뇌혈관질환 환자에서 병소의 편측성에 따른 인지기능, 정신행동증상 및 일상생활기능의 차이에 대한 연구

        Objectives : This study was designed to find clinical factors that could be differentiated by the lateralization of lesion and also find clinical factors to predict the lateralization of lesion. Methods : The subjects were 65 cooperative inpatients and outpatients with non-traumatic subcortical cerebrovascular disease without neurologic and psychiatric history from January 1995 to September 1995 ; 48 patients in Kyung Hee University, Oriental Medicine Hospital, 35 patients in Anam Hospital, Korea University were examined as subjects, but authors excluded 20 patients whose data were incomplete or who had uncertain lesions on brain CT or MRI. The 65 patients were divided into three groups-group with left hemispheric lesion, group with right hemispheric lesion, group with both hemispheric lesion-according to the finding of brain imaging study. Their cognitive functions were evaluated by the Benton Neuropsychological Assessment(BNA), their subjective neurobehavioral symptoms by Symptom Check List-90-R(SCL-90-R), their objective neurobehavioral symptoms by Neurobehavioral Rating Scale, and their daily living functions by Geriatric Evaluation by Relative's Rating Instrument(GERRl) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Scale(IADLs). Results : The results were as follows : 1) The results of cognitive function test indicated that the group with right hemispheric lesion showed low functions in Tactile Form Perception(left), the group with left hemispheric lesion showed low functions in Finger localization(right), the group with right hemispheric lesion showed low functions in Finger Localization(left). 2) Though, there were little significant differences in subjective neurobehavioral symptoms, the group with right hemispheric lesion showed higher scores in all symptoms except hostility. 3) Though, there were little significant differences in objective neurobehavioral symptoms, the group with both hemispheric lesion showed higher scores in cognition, guilty/disinhibition, the group with left hemispheric lesion showed higher scores in lability of mood, the group with right hemispheric lesion showed highest scores in psychotism, neurotism, agitation-hostility and decreased motivation/emotional withdrawal. 4) There were little significant differences among three groups in Daily Living Functions, but the group with right hemispheric lesion showed the lowest functions in Instrumental Activities of Daily Living. 5) As a result of discriminant analysis on each factor's contribution to the prediction of lesion, Finger Localization(left), Phoneme Discrimination and Tactile Form Perception(right) showed that they had the potentiality to predict lesion. Conclusion : The results suggest that there are little significant differences among the groups of three non-traumatic subcortical cerebrovascular disease in cognitive functions, but the group with right hemispheric lesion showed more serious and various changes in subjective and objective neurobehavioral symptoms, and showed low functions in Instrumental Activities of Daily Living. This results suggest the possibility that the decline of the daily living function in the group with right hemispheric lesion were due to various symptoms, not due to cognitive dysfunction. The confirmation of the possibility should be worked out through the follow-up study of some groups containing cortical lesion. Apart from these findings, Finger Localization, Tactile Form Perception(right) and Phoneme Discrimination suggest that they can be used as clinically valuable cognitive parameters that predict the lateralization of lesion in non-traumatic cerebrovascular disease.

        선박운항자 안전 의식에 기초한 선박통항 최소 이격거리에 관한 연구

        해상에서의 선박운항자는 선박을 운항 중 장애물 혹은 타선에 대하여 적정한 이격거리를 두고 항행하고 있다. 다시 말해 시정 상태, 풍속, 조류 등에 따라 선박 전 후 거리, 좌 우현 정횡거리를 주관적인 안전 의식에 근거하여 이격하여 통항하고 있다. 현재 우리나라에서는 통항 선박 간 최소 안전이격거리 개념을 1980년대 초 외국에서 조사된 자료로 사용하고 있고, 항계 내(제한수로)와 항계 밖의 통항 선박의 안전거리가 상이함에도 불구하고 구분 없이 사용되고 있다. 또한 선박 조종학적 안전거리는 선박 전후 거리보다는 선박 측면거리가 중심이며, 선박 종류에 따라 최소 안전이격거리가 상이하지만 고려되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 상황에 따른 선박운항자의 안전 의식을 고려한 적정 이격거리를 정량화하여 해상교통안전성 평가모델의 충돌 판정 영역 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고자 하고, 우리나라에 적합한 해상교통 혼잡도 모델 개발 및 상황 선박별 해상교통관제에 필요한 가이드라인으로 이용할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 시정이 양호한 주간의 경우 선수전방 4.4 L, 선미후방 3.1 L, 정횡 2.6L로 기존에 사용되고 있는 최소 안전이격거리와는 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었으며 시정 및 주야간 등과 같은 파라미터를 다양하게 고려하였다. Vessel Operator has been navigating with subjective sate distance in accordance with night & daytime, fore & aft, port & stbd abeam and visibility situation. This sate distances may different depending on inside & outside harbor limit, current, wind and visibility situation. By now, the concept of proper sate distance between navigating vessels has been adopted in Korea, using the early 1980's foreign data. And the safe distance is being used with the same value without any consideration of inside & outside harbor and the kind of vessel. So it is necessary to evaluate or search proper distance concept based on different sate consciousness of Korean manners. This paper aims to develop the basic model for marine traffic evaluation and the new model of marine traffic congestion. Also this paper proposes the basic control guideline of vessel traffic service center. The result of this study showed that minimum sate distance should be 4.4L forward, 3.1L aft and 26L abeam in case of good visibility in daytime, considering various parameters such as visibility, day and night. Some differences Here found between the existing minimum sate distance and the new minimum sate distance derived from the result of this study.

        선박운항자 의식 기반 충돌 위험도 예측 모듈 개발에 관한 연구

        우리나라 항구 주변에는 입․출항하는 선박으로 인하여 해상교통흐름이 복잡하다. 이러한 선박통항의 안전과 효율성을 증진하기 위 해 우리나라에서는 해상교통관제 서비스를 시행하고 있다. 24시간 쉴 틈이 없는 해상교통 관제사들의 노력에도 불구하고 관제구역 내에서의 충돌사고는 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 위험 상황이 약 20분에 1회씩 발생하고 있는 것으로 분석되어 그 위험성은 크다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 사고는 선박운항 및 해상교통관제 정보 제공 시 충돌 위험에 대한 안전 기준을 적시에 제공함으로써 사고를 감소시킬 수 있을 것으로 조사되었 다. 이에 본 연구는 선박의 충돌위험도를 선박운항자의 관점에서 평가할 수 있는 모델을 이용하여 그 위험을 선박의 속도, 침로 등을 조정하여 각 교통 상황별 충돌 위험도를 사전에 예측 할 수 있는 위험도 예측 모듈을 개발하였다. 이 모듈을 이용하여 선박운항자 및 관제사는 복잡한 교통 상황에서 위험요소를 쉽게 식별 할 수 있어, 가까운 장래의 위험 정도의 변화를 선박침로 및 속력변경 등을 제시할 수 있는 등의 적절한 피항조치를 취할 수 있다. 이 모듈의 효용성을 검증하기 위해 부산항 해역을 대상으로 조우 상황별 위험도를 예측 후 구체적인 침로 및 속력 변경에 따른 위험도 변화를 식별할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었다. In ports of Korea, the marine traffic flow is congested due to a large number of vessels coming in and going out. In order to improve the safety and efficiency of these vessels, South Korea is operating with a Vessel Traffic Service System, which is monitoring its waters for 24 hours. However despite these efforts of the VTS (Vessel Traffic Service) officers, collisions are occurring continuously, the risk situation is analyzed that occurs once in about 20 minutes, the risk may be greater. It investigated to reduce these accidents by providing a safety standard for collision danger in a timely manner. Thus, this study has developed a risk prediction module to predict risk in advance. This module can avoid collision risk to adjust the speed and course of ship using a risk evaluation model based on ship operator's risk perspective. Using this module, the ship operators and VTS officers can easily be identified risks in complex traffic situations, so they can take an appropriate action against danger in near future including course and speed change. To verify the effectiveness of this module, this paper predicted the risk of each encounter situation and confirmed to be capable of identifying a risk changes in specific course and speed changes at Busan coastal water.

        해양·수상 스포츠 진흥을 위한 경정 수익금 환원에 관한 연구

        해양 수상 스포츠를 즐기는 국민은 1인당 국민소득 증대, 주 5일제 근무 등의 여가시간의 증대로 인하여 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상되지만, 이에 대한 안전 의식 및 장비의 발전 등은 걸음마 단계이다. 우리나라 해양 수상스포츠가 발전하고 선진스포츠로서 자리 매김하기 위해서는 정착화된 시스템으로 재원을 마련해야 한다. 이 재원을 이용하여 해양 수상스포츠의 안전을 확보하고, 국내 장비의 기술 개발에 투자한다면, 해양 수상스포츠는 보다 안전하고 즐거운 스포츠로서 국민들에게 다가갈 수 있을 것이다. 위와 같은 재원을 확보하기 위하여 해양 수상 스포츠 중 유일한 수익금이 발생하는 경정을 대상으로 조사 분석하였으며, 우리보다 60년 앞선 일본의 경정 수익금 환원방안 및 법적 구조를 비교 분석하여, 선박 등 진흥을 위한 전문기관 설립 및 재원확보를 위한 경륜경정법 분리 등과 같은 법적 개선 방안에 대하여 정책 제안을 하고자 한다. It is expected to continue to increase the number of people who enjoy marine and water sports due to the increase of leisure time because of income increase, the five-day workweek, etc. However, in the safety awareness, the development of equipment is just in the early stage. Established system for fundraising is required for Korean marine and water sports to be developed first. Should the fund be spent on the safety and development of domestic equipment for marine and water sports, it would make for a safer and more enjoyable sports for the people. The profit return measures of motor boat race, among marine and water sports, are surveyed and analyzed to suggest the measures stated above. Japanese legal structure and the profit return measures on motor boat race, which are about 60 years ahead than Korean systems, were analyzed and led to suggest the establishment of professional institutions which promote motor boat, etc. and the legal improvement for funding.
