한국 스파 시설을 이용하는 한국, 일본, 중국인 관광객의 특성과 만족도에 대한 조사

The purpose of this study is to investigate selection standard of spas users of Korean, Chinese and Japanese and regional satisfaction of using spas by conducting surveys for 148 spa users of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese from 1st to 16th October in 2014 at the ‘dayspas’ in Seoul. This survey indicated users of three countries found information about spas from the Internet and the Japanese spa users who revisited the spas more than 5times were ranked the highest level of return visitors, which were 33 responders (55.9%). An importance of selection of spas for Korean and Chinese was the outstanding technique of therapy and for Japanese the quality of service. The image of the spas for Korean was luxurious skin care shop and fitness center, which 34 responders (33.0%) chose, for Chinese was Korean dry sauna and sauna, which 14 responders (42.2%) chose, for Japanese was luxurious skin care shop and fitness center, which 37 responders (38.1%) chose. It indicated that Korean preferred the Urban Spa, Chinese preferred the Medical Spa and Japanese preferred the Skin care shop in the hotel or resort. In the part of the awareness of the types of the spas, 84 responders (8.52%) answered Thai Massage, which was ranked the highest, 80 responders (8.11%) answered Head Spa and 76 responders (7.71%) answered Foot reflexology Massage. The purpose of visiting spa was that all three countries of spa users visited spas when they were tired. All three countries said mostly ‘yes’ on the recommendation of Spa Therapy and the inclination of Spa Therapy as the gifts. They were most interested in the gift cards of Spa Therapy which can give as the gifts to the other people. As the improvement for the future of the spa, all three countries needed the relaxing places after caring. Chinese felt inconvenient when they consulted programs and the satisfaction of overall communication with staffs, locations, products, facilities in the spas and specialized knowledge showed average 4points which was in high opinion. We hope that interest in study on beauty tourists of Chinese increase more.

주상복합건물의 동선체계에 따른 공간체계분석에 관한 연구

The study is purposed to analyze circulation system according to horizontal and vertical factors of indoor-outdoor. The results of this study as follow: 1) In the results of analyzing the characteristic of story use and circulation, circulation system is showed vertical types that is composed the residential place and commercial place divided. 2) The using method of parking lot select public using method but it should consider vertical moving line to protect residents. 3) Horizontal moving line approaching at the indoor buildings. It requires affirmative equipment for ensuring territory of resident place.

시각장애인의 대체자료 이용 만족도가 사회참여에 미치는 영향과 자기효능감의 매개효과

This study attempted to verify the impacts of the level of satisfaction in the user of alternative materials among people with visual impairment on their social participation, and the mediation effect of self-efficacy during such process. The subject of the study was the visually impaired who were live in Gyeonggi Province and were registered in the Korea Blind Union. The data of final 120 participants through a telephone survey were analyzed. The subject of the study used the recorded materials the most for the purpose of leisure and information research mainly at the braille library. The analysis of the mediation effect demonstrated that the level of satisfaction in the user of alternative materials among people with visual impairment had a statistically significant influence on social participation, and self-efficacy had a full mediation effect. These results imply the importance of alternative materials to assure the right to information access which can ultimately expand the social engagement of the visually impaired. Based on these study results, political suggestions are proposed to vitalize alternative materials in the future. 본 연구에서는 시각장애인의 정보접근권으로서의 대체자료 이용만족도가 사회참여에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도에 거주하는 등록시각장애인으로서, 시각장애인연합회 회원 중 임의표집하였으며, 전화조사를 통해 수집한 최종 120명에 대한 자료를 분석하였다. 조사대상자들의 대체자료를 이용현황은 녹음자료를 가장 많이 사용하고, 여가활용 및 정보검색의 목적이 가장 많으며, 장소는 점자도서관에서 주로 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과, 시각장애인의 대체자료 이용만족도는 사회참여에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 자기효능감은 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 시각장애인의 사회참여 확대를 위한 정보접근권의 보장으로서 대체자료의 중요성을 보여준다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 대체자료 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 하였다.

「아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법」전·후 판결비교를 통해 본 아동인권강화에 대한 소고

본 연구는 아동학대 사망사건과 관련하여 2014년 1월「아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법」이 제정된 이후 아동학대로 인한 사망사건에 대한 판결이 어떻게 변하고 있는지에 대해 살펴보고 아동학대 특례법의 개선방안에 대해 연구하는데 그 취지가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 아동학대 특례법 제정 이전인 2000년에서 2013년까지의 아동학대 사망사건(46건)과 동법의 제정 이후인 2014년에서 2016년 아동학대 사망사건(20건)에 대한 국내의 양형을 비교하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 특례법 제정이후에 양형의 기준이 확연히 엄격해 졌음을 살펴 볼 수 있었다. 양형분석에서는 행위요소에 따른 형량변화 분석, 행위자 요소에 따른 형량변화 분석, 마지막으로 판사의 재량적 요소에 의한 형량변화 분석으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 그 결과 양형기준의 엄격성이 특례법 조문 기준에 의한 것 이라기보다는 판사의 재량적 기준과 사회적 이슈에 의한 것임을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 앞으로 특례법에 처벌 기준을 명확히 제시할 수 있도록 특례법 개정의 필요성 및 재판에서 유엔아동권리협약(United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child)이 직접적으로 적용될 필요를 언급하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 공개된 판례에 한정하여 선별적으로 분석할 수밖에 없는 한계점이 존재하고 있음을 밝힌다.

항공 서비스 종사자의 문화적 역량이 업무 성과에 미치는 영향 - 서비스 유연성의 매개 효과 -

This study was conducted to understand the effects of the cultural competence of airline workers who frequently interact with customers from different cultures on service flexibility and work performance. A survey was conducted to cabin attendants and airport service workers and a total of 429 valid questionnaires were collected for analysis. The results showed that the cultural competence of airline workers had positive effects on service flexibility and work performances. It was also found that service flexibility mediated the relationship between the cultural competence of airline workers and work performances. Specifically, service flexibility had a fully mediating effect on the relationship between the motivation factor of cultural competence and work performance. As for the metacognitive and behavioral factors, partial mediating effects were found. The results are significant in that the study confirmed the important role of cultural competence within the context of airline industry particularly in relation to work performance and service flexibility. Implications of the study results are associated with the need for cultural competence-enhancing education in terms of human resource management of airlines. Several strategic measures including an adoption of flexible regulations were also suggested at the practical level to enhance service flexibility of airline workers.

충동성과 공격성으로 인해 또래관계가 어려운 아동의 놀이치료 사례연구

본 사례 연구는 충동적이고 공격적인 행동문제로 또래 관계가 원만하지 않은 초등학교 3학년 남자 아동이다. 행동적인 문제로 인해 친구와의 관계에서 좌절감과 분노감이 가득하고, 자신감 부족 등으로 학교가기를 싫어한다. 본 연구에서는 놀이를 통해서 부정적인 정서를 발산, 해소 하도록 하였다. 충동적이고 공격적인 행동문제를 가진 아동이 놀이치료를 통해서 자신의 행동을 조절하게 되었다. 칭찬과 보상을 통해서 아동은 자신감을 재형성하게 되었으며 어머니는 상담을 통해서 아동에 대해 적절하게 반응하였다. 본 사례연구는 놀이치료를 통해 아동의 분노감을 감소시켰으며 아동 자신에 대한 통제감이 증진되었고 공격성과 충동적인 행동이 줄어들었다. 그리하여 또래관계 개선에 도움이 되었다. 공격성과 충동성으로 인해 또래관계가 어렵거나, 학교 부적응 아동에게 놀이치료가 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the individual play therapy on a child with aggressive and impulsive problems. Also the subject of this study was a 10 year old boy who had difficulty in interpersonal relationship with peers. This study was designed to determine the effectiveness of 28 sessions of play therapy. It is reported that anger, aggressive, impulsive problems and the level of stress are decreased through the sessions. At the same time, his self-esteem and emotional adjustment are heighten. Social skills are improved, too. Therefore, this study supports play therapy as an effective intervention for the children who have aggressive and impulsive problems.
