마늘인경에 방사선(⁶⁰Co)을 처리하여 생육특성, 항산화효소인 superoxide dismutase(SOD)와 peroxidase(POD)의 활성, DPPH radical 소거능을 조사하였다. 방사선의 처리선량이 1에서 50Gy로 증가할수록 마늘의 출아속도가 현저히 지연되며, 출아된 인편의 생존율이 현저히 떨어져 10 및 50Gy 처리에서 44.7% 및 0%의 생존율을 보였다. 방사선의 선량이 증가할수록 초장, 추대율이 낮아졌고 구중이 감소하였다. 인편의 superoxide dismutase 활성은 처리 직후에는 5 및 10Gy에서 무처리 보다 증가하나 2세대마늘에서는 차이가 없었다. POD 활성은 10Gy를 처리한 직후는 무처리 보다 1.5배 증가하였으나 2세대인편에서는 오히려 무처리의 46%로 감소하였다. 마늘인편의 DPPH radical 소거능은 무처리가 IC50이 41.6㎎ 인데 비하여 10Gy를 처리한 마늘인편은 21.7㎎로 소거활성이 증가하였다. Garlic cloves exposed to various dose of gamma radiation (⁶⁰Co) were cultured in the field, and their growth potential, activity of antioxidative enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), DPPH radical scavenging capacity were investigated. Emergence of garlic sprouts were retarded by high dose of radiation, and survival rate of the garlic plant were markedly decreased by enhanced dose of radiation. Enzyme activity of SOD and POD at just after treatment were significantly increased by 5 or 10 Gy of radiation. However, SOD activity in the second generation garlic was not affected by the treatment, but POD activity in the second generation which were treated with 10 Gy was decreased to 46% of control. DPPH radical scavenging capacity of garlic clove extract was not changed immediately after radiation treatment, but that in second generations treated with 10 Gy were significantly increased to IC₅₀ 21.7 ㎎ as compared to control, IC₅₀ 41.6 ㎎.
TV음식프로그램의 포맷구성과 콘텐츠의 의미생성: KBS-TV <한국인의 밥상>에 대한 기호학적 분석을 중심으로

As a matter of fact, food has been a hot topic of TV programs in Korea. Food programs are overflowing in various genres including culture, entertainment and drama. Thus, why did food programs turn up in the media? What is the discourse the food programs have? This study was based on <Korean Cuisine and Dining> of KBS-TV which began from January 2011, It set out to help understand its formats and narrative structures. Results from the analysis of <Korean Cuisine and Dining> showed that the program had constant trends in the plot like grounds to select subjects, ingredients offering information, the introduction of representative food cultures, re-emphasis on the meaning of subjects. It also had its own features like limited narratives, re-interpretation of stories related to food, re-productibility of cooking. The analysis of the narrative structures revealed that the narrative structures varied depending on regions, ingredients and the times, with great differences in methods to unfold story introduction and in ways to draw out subjects. The narrative structures were unfolded focusing on regions, ingredients and the times for story introduction, while the subjects were drawn out in a method to highlight Korean sentiment. The key subjects of <Korean Cuisine and Dining> were divided into the four categories of hometown, nature, time, recollection. Most frequent subject was hometown which includes nostalgia, yearning, memory, warmth and affection. Episodes related to the nature emphasized affluence and vitality, while ones concerning the times put emphasis on joys and sorrows, origin, customs and tradition. When it came to recollection, the program highlighted modesty and sacrifice. And Korean dishes introduced in <Korean Cuisine and Dining> were classified by the type, which resulted in the fact that boiled dishes(spoiled ones and fermented ones) were introduced most frequently. Korean food culture has its own features that a lot of stews and soups, and most dishes are of hot and spicy taste. Finally, its discourses emphasized times and recollection. In conclusion, <Korean Cuisine and Dining> did not simply introduce Korean dishes, but also delivered traditions of Korean food and Korean sentiments such as healing, nostalgia, affection and grudges.

This study is concerned with the analysis of satisfaction from the school trip of Seoul high school students to Kyungju historic sites. It was aimed at evaluating the level of satisfaction from the excursion of both female and male students by an empirical analysis. It further attempted to provide the basic information needed for developing a desirable high school educational trip program in future. The results of the study indicate that both school authority and student representatives should have a sound excursion master plan in order to meet educational goal and to perform program efficiently. In planning the itinerary, it is not desirable to include too many visiting sites, but to develop a package program. Orientation needs to be given before departure and reports submitted by students should be properly evaluated. Finally, it is also desirable to diversify the destinations of school trip. The development of new courses and tourism complex will relieve crowded tourist sites and will ease in lodging and related facilities arrangements.

적하수은전극에서 여러가지 농도의 염산과 질산이온 존재하에 초산우라닐용액의 환원에 의한 폴라로그램을 측정하였다. 염화칼륨 지지용액 중에서 초산우라닐의 전기화학적 환원에 대한 안정한 염산농도는 0.02M∼0.3M범위이다. 염산용액과 염화칼륨 지지용액 중에서 질산염용액은 우라닐이온 또는 수소이온이 환원되는 전위까지의 음전위에서도 아무런 폴라로그래프파가 나타나지 않는다. 0.05M HCl용액, 0.1M KCl지지용액중에서 질산염이 공존하는 초산우라닐용액은 -1.2 Volt(vs. S.C.E.)의 전극전위에서 질산염의 농도와 제 2파의 전류사이에는 좋은 상관관계를 이룬다. ??=15+?? 이러한 상관성을 이용하여 미량의 초산우라닐(millimole order concentration)이 존재하는 용액의 폴라로그램을 사용함으로써 극미량의 질산염 농도를 구할 수 있다. 질산염이 공존하는 초산우라닐용액의 제1파는 질산염 존재에 의해 아무런 영향도 받지 않는다. 초산우라닐-질산이온 용액계의 환원파인 제1파는 가역과정이고, 제2파는 가역과정에서 약간 벗어난다. Polarogram of uranylacetate solution, containing Hydrochloric acid and 0.1 M KCl as a supporting electrolyte, have been studied with and without variation of nitrate ion concentrations. No nitrate solution gives polarographic wave with the 0.05M Hydrochloric acid and 0.1M potassium chloride supporting electrolyte solution. It has been observed that the first wave of the uranylacetate solution is not affected by the presence of nitrate ion. Nitrate ion affect the second wave of the uranyl solutions at the electrode potential -1.2 Volt vs. S.C.E. and it is observed that the effects of nitrate concentration on the second wave current are given to be ??=15+?? With these results, method of quantitative analysis of nitrate concentrations by use of polarograms of millimole concentration of uranylacetate solution has been presented.
