본 연구는 제품시장의 경쟁구조를 분석하기 위한 새로운 접근법을 제시하기 보다는 기존에 제시된 여러 방법들을 소비자 선택과정의 틀 안에서 이론적으로 검토하고, 실제로 수집된 상표간 유사성 지각자료 들과 동태적 선택행동의 결과로 얻어지는 총합적 수준의 상표전환 행렬을 사용하여 경험적 비교를 행함으로써 시장구조 분석접근법들에 대한 시사점을 찾고자하였다. 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 개인소비자들의 상표간 유사성 지각행렬들을 MDS에 적용하여 제품시장구조를 공간도로 표현하는 접근법에서는 표본전체를 나타내기 위해서 평균과정을 통해 새롭게 구한 상표간 평균 유사성행렬을 비가중 MDS에 적용하기 보다는 개인수준의 자료들을 원래의 형태 그대로 이용하는 가중 MDS를 사용할 것을 제시하였다. 둘째, 총합적 수준의 상표전환행렬을 이용하는 접근법중에서는 소비자의 인지적 구조에 기초하는 탐색적 방법인 Rao와 Sabavala(1981)와 박세훈(1992)에 대하여 경험적 비교를 해보았는데, 박세훈의 접근법이 Rao와 Sabavala보다 해석상 우월한 시장구조분석 결과를 보여주었다.

This study reviews reform tasks for developing the Chinese university education. Chinese university remains underdeveloped, compared with other countries with similar economy level. Difference in demand and supply of university education is an issue, confronting Chinese Higher Education. Chinese universities have been controlled by government's close supervision under old planned economy. This implies that Chinese higher education adopt free market system. Society and individuals as well as Central Government need to be involved in establishment and management of university. Private universities should be developed with policy support of Central Government. Free competition and supplementation are major directions which public and private universities should be developed and managed. Quality control and efficiency are a share of university authorities. Government's minimal control and university's autonomy are key reform tasks for developing Chinese university education and upgrading university quality.

High-voltage Terminal Test of a Test Stand for a 1-MV Electrostatic Accelerator

The Korea Multipurpose Accelerator Complex has been developing a 300-kV test stand for a 1- MV electrostatic accelerator ion source. The ion source and accelerating tube will be installed in a high-pressure vessel. The ion source in the high-pressure vessel is required to have a high reliability. The test stand has been proposed and developed to confirm the stable operating conditions of the ion source. The ion source will be tested at the test stand to verify the long-time operating conditions. The test stand comprises a 300-kV high-voltage terminal, a battery for the ion-source power, a 60-Hz inverter, 200-MHz radio-frequency power supply, a 5-kV extraction power supply, a 300-kV accelerating tube, and a vacuum system. The results of the 300-kV high-voltage terminal tests are presented in this paper.

이 연구는 변화하는 시대에 다양한 특성을 지닌 학교조직에서의 효율적인 수업전문성 확보를 위해 장학, 평가, 연수 등의 다차원적 접근을 통해 새로운 통합적 수업전문성 모형을 개발하고 그에 따른 적용방안을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 교사의 수업전문성에 관한 장학, 평가, 연수 등의 다차원적 접근을 통하여 각각의 활동에서 갖게 되는 문제점이나 한계는 무엇인지를 밝히고, 새로운 통합적 수업전문성 모형을 개발하여 그 내용을 제시하였다. 모형에는 통합적 수업전문성 모형의 기본가정, 이념 및 목표, 핵심가치, 실천전략, 기대되는 성과 등이 포함되었으며, 이를 토대로 새로운 통합적 수업전문성 모형이 단위학교에 정착하기 위한 방향과 과제를 탐색·제시하였다.

폐쇄시장에서 임금상승이 시장 생존성에 미치는 영향에 대한 시스템 다이내믹스 모델 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of wage increases on market survivability in the closed market of a single commodity using the system dynamics methodology. As a result of analyzing the market by creating 5 scenarios by dividing the wage increase rate into 1, 3, 5, 7, 9% per year, it can be seen that the rise of wages of the workers leads to the collapse of the market. If the wage growth rate is 1%, the market has survived 195 months, but if it is 3%, it will decrease to 104 months, and if 9%, it will be 65 months. In addition, the market survival rate was 51 months as a result of applying the wage increase rate of 16.4% in 2018. The higher the wage growth rate, the shorter the survivability of the market. This indicates that the increase in wages does not necessarily increase demand, and that survival of such a market requires factors such as productivity improvement, cost reduction, and import and export. Although the research model is simple, the feedback loop is effective in analyzing the system, and it is necessary to expand the system dynamics methodology in the macroeconomic analysis methodology in the future.

Beam Property Measurement of a 300-kV Ion Source Test Stand for a 1-MV Electrostatic Accelerator

The KOMAC (Korea Multi-purpose Accelerator Complex) has been developing a 300-kV ion source test stand for a 1-MV electrostatic accelerator for industrial purposes. A RF ion source was operated at 200 MHz with its matching circuit. The beam profile and emittance were measured behind an accelerating column to confirm the beam property from the RF ion source. The beam profile was measured at the end of the accelerating tube and at the beam dump by using a beam profile monitor (BPM) and wire scanner. An Allison-type emittance scanner was installed behind the beam profile monitor (BPM) to measure the beam density in phase space. The measurement results for the beam profile and emittance are presented in this paper.

급성 음낭 통증의 드문 원인: 고환정맥의 자발적 혈전증

Acute scrotal pain is a common clinical symptom of urinary system and there are various causes. Among them, thrombosis of testicular vein is rare, but one of the causes of acute scrotal pain. Thrombosis is a common disease that can occur anywhere in our body. But thrombosis of testicular vein has not been reported in Korea. We report a case of thrombosis of testicular vein in a 26-years-old man with acute scrotal pain. 급성 음낭 통증은 흔히 접하는 비뇨기계 임상증상이며 다양한 원인들이 있다. 그중에 고환정맥 혈전증은 드물지만 급성 음낭 통증을 유발하는 원인 중 하나이다. 혈전증은 우리 몸 어느 곳에서나 발생할 수 있는 흔한 질환이지만 고환정맥에 발생한 혈전증은 아직까지 국내에 보고된 바가 없다. 저자들은 급성 음낭 통증으로 내원한 남자 26세 환자에서 고환정맥의 혈전증을 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the pancreas is an extremely rare subtype of pancreatic cancer. To our best knowledge, magnetic resonance imaging findings, including diffusion weighted images and the non-hypervascular feature on computed tomography, in patients with SCC of the pancreas have not been reported previously. We present the computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging findings of SCC of the pancreas in a 63-year-old male patient with no specific past history. 췌장의 편평세포암(squamous cell carcinoma of the pancreas)은 아주 드문 질환이며 저자들이 아는 바로는 확산강조영상을 포함한 자기공명영상과 과혈관성 소견을 보이지 않는 컴퓨터단층촬영 소견은 국내외적으로 보고된 바가 없다. 특별한 과거력이 없는 63세 남자 환자에서 췌장의 편평세포암 1예를 경험하였기에 컴퓨터단층촬영과 자기공명영상 소견을 중심으로 보고하는 바이다.
