In this study, we explains how to improve the system to maximize the benefits of activating energy prosumers in the form of power consumption, which utilizes renewable energy sources, produces direct power and sells surplus power. Based on this, we propose a more efficient and sustainable power industry activation plan at a time when the power grid operation and market mechanisms are changing from one-way operating system to two-way operation. In order to revitalize the energy prosumer industry, we need to review the introduction of a plan that can lead to energy savings. In addition, small-scale power brokerage and demand resource management business, as well as a system that can activate P2P power transactions is needed.

서울메트로에서는 설치된 총 399개소의 신축이음매장치의 레일변위(stroke)와 장대레일의 온도를 정기적(월2회) 및 부정기적으로 점검 하고 있다. 특히, 혹서기에는 레일장출 방지를 위해 수시로 레일온도 및 신축량을 점검하고 있다. 이에 따른 업무효율 저하와 직원들의 선로현장 출입에 따른 인명사고 위험이 상존하고 있어 사무실에서 실시간으로 레일온도 및 신축량을 통합관리하는 시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대기온도, 장대레일의 레일온도 및 신축이음매장치에 대한 레일 변위 등을 자동으로 측정하는 장치를 개발하였다. 현장 센서에서 취득된 데이터를 전용 통신케이블을 거쳐 관리자용 컴퓨터 시스템에 저장되어 모니터링 할 수 있도록 하였다. In Seoul Metro, the temperature of the continuous welded rail and the displacement (stroke) of the rail expansion joints installed a total of 399 places is checked regularly (twice a month) and irregularly. Especially in hot summer, there is often check rail temperature and expansion length to prevent bucking of rail. In accordance with decrease in working efficiency and the risk of accidents on the track, there is a need for a integrated system which manage rail temperature and displacement in real-time in the office. In this study, the atmospheric temperature, the rail temperature and displacement of the rail expansion joints had developed a device that automatically measures. Data obtained in the site sensors was stored in the administrative computer system and able to make monitor.

In this study, we will discuss the trends in the government energy-ICT convergence industry in Korea based on the highly advanced information and communication infrastructure and knowledge information service policies, and the ioT promotion trend toward energy-ICT convergence, with a focus on overseas promotion trends such as the United States, EU, Germany, Germany, China, and Japan. In addition, based on the “Second Energy Basic Plan”, we will discuss the business model of the domestic energy new industry, which is being established as an energy-ICT convergence platform(such as the neighboring power trading system/small-scale renewable energy power generation power, etc., trading guidelines/distributed resource brokerage market trading system), and the prosumer case of the United States and Germany. Based on this, we will discuss the commercialization of energy-ICT convergence technology(energy-ICT convergence energy new industry business model, etc.).

As the P2P power transaction to interchange with each node of the distributed energy system in the grid utilizing a variety of distributed power block chain technology, the spread of the centralized one-way power structure is going to be converted into a two-way power structure. This paper describes the development of a major P2P power trading platform that has been implemented in a practical form of business since the mid-2010s, and the current state of domestic P2P power transaction promotion. Based on this, we will introduce the P2P power trading business model (a key example of P2P power trading using block chain) that is being implemented as a new energy management system. Through energy brokerage projects, including P2P power transactions, it is necessary to focus on expanding the P2P business model, which is more profitable and can generate public benefit through various policy support, such as how to maintain the profitability of P2P power transactions and how to use ess linkage.
